History will end because everybody ignores it. Smiley
8302  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Obama would love to be like Assad on: July 01, 2016, 07:54:43 AM
They don't seem to know what's going on in the US and Europe either.

http://www.thenewamerican.com/reviews/opinion/item/23122-beware-of-the-strong-cities-network

I don't think we need another super-national organisation riding over the laws of member countries. The EU is falling apart, is this going to be its replacement, and will it suck in America?

Does anyone know what this is all about. It looks pretty bad to me.
8305  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Obama would love to be like Assad on: July 01, 2016, 07:14:03 AM
It would be better if he was more like Putin - at least Putin supports capitalism. Obama just wants to suck all the capital away from the people, and you can't have capitalism without capital.

Yawn. Why don't we ban Bitcoin from this forum - after all it's linked to the drug trade. Smiley
8307  Other / Meta / Re: This forum is so cluttered with spam, impossible to post constructivly on: July 01, 2016, 07:00:40 AM
Just ignore potentially spammy threads with over 100 replies. They seem to be permanent fixtures.

ps. This is a brexit spam posting. Smiley
8308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Spanish Resident Arrested for Selling Illegal Drugs Procured Using Bitcoin on: July 01, 2016, 06:53:20 AM
I see he was also selling drugs for erectile dysfunction sufferers. I surprised that they didn't say that Bitcoin causes sexual dysfunction.
8309  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Frenchxit: French minister on bbc hardtalk: why I hate Marxist on: July 01, 2016, 06:40:37 AM
Guy Fawkes was right. Smiley

It's interesting that we ( in England) still celebrate his memory every year.
8310  Other / Politics & Society / Re: European Union on: June 30, 2016, 07:36:47 PM
It's never been a union, and with Turkey going in, it's no longer European.
8311  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Robots as 'Electronic Persons' Under EU's Draft Plan on: June 30, 2016, 07:34:17 PM
What happens if the robots vote for a Robexit. Smiley
8312  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The destruction of the UK has started on: June 30, 2016, 08:05:53 AM

You can see something has gone wrong by looking at Bojo. Hey, this guy is the clear winner. As the leading conservative backing brexit, he will probably become the next prime minister. So he should be a happy man, dancing in the street, shooting out loud: We won! We won! But we don't see that. Why?

Obviously there are a lot of threats and pressures that go on behind the scenes. It happened in Greece, and they are in worse trouble since they ignored their referendum, and continued to accept theft to support the insolvent German banks. Now it looks as if they will have to come out of the EU anyway, they are just a lot poorer for delaying it. I just hope that our politicians ( and people ) can stay strong enough to get out of the decaying EU. The big fear is the creature that will rise from the EU ashes.
8313  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BREXIT AND BTC HALVING on: June 30, 2016, 07:42:10 AM
The Internet has empowered the people, they won't be able to ignore it.
8314  Other / Politics & Society / Re: VOTE BREXIT on 23 June, UK on: June 30, 2016, 07:39:58 AM
That about sums it up Buffer - Blighty ( the magazine is going back a bit Smiley ). Even the sobriquet for the country seems to have fallen into disuse.

Stuff the EU - Blighty rules. Smiley

If threads like this are created, he's obviously doing a really good job.

Mods - please review the posters who feel he cramps their style.
8316  Other / Politics & Society / Kerry - keep out of UK politics on: June 30, 2016, 07:28:20 AM

We're coming out of the EU - live with it, it's a brilliant decision for the UK, even if it screws your chances of controlling Europe.
If you keep on, maybe we should have a USexit as well. We don't want your poisoned meat, and your drugs make us unhealthy ( and US citizens). We don't want to be included in your proxy wars eitheir ( I nearly left out the "r" Smiley ).

You do the US a lot of damage by trying to manipulate us into EU subservience.
8317  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The less you own, the more you have on: June 29, 2016, 12:04:09 PM
I'm considering this. I fancy selling almost everything, and living in a campervan. I can carry on making money by building websites for the ad revenue.
8318  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Bitcoin price is too high? on: June 29, 2016, 10:18:02 AM
Bitcoin is here to stay (unless somebody screws up core), and it will be/is a significant world currency, but it will never be the Phoenix currency.
8319  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BREXIT AND BTC HALVING on: June 29, 2016, 09:32:21 AM
I really don't think either of them will have a significant impact on the world economy.

Brexit is having a massive effect on the world economy. It is a stand against globalism, and that is a big threat to the US bankers. It will probably be a major factor in Obama/Clinton's failure. Globalism ( and TTIP ) is a major threat to the US not just Europe.
8320  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Not Just a Pipe Dream: Texas gets ready to leave the U.S. on: June 29, 2016, 09:25:52 AM
So should Mexico be a part of the US?
