8341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to Become A Bitcoin Expert on: September 04, 2017, 07:03:15 AM
Is there one or are they just claiming it?
How would one say he or she is already an expert in bitcoin? Is there a vote for that?
The price is not even predictable so if that person is expert with something, it will just be the definition of bitcoin or maybe the deeper meaning of it.
8342  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: lost and struggle of trading. on: September 04, 2017, 02:59:55 AM
Why not test it for just a little amount then you will see.
I think experience is the best teacher of all. If you havent tried it and just relied on all that you have read you will not be better through that.
You need to do it live. See the lost and the winnings, that way you could somehow identify how can it be done. You wont get a best answer here. They can all say what they want but the end it will be just you.
8343  Economy / Speculation / Re: If Bitcoin Reaches $10k in 2017, what will you do? on: September 03, 2017, 04:56:51 PM
It is still impossible for me. Maybe I dont have that much of faith in bitcoin.  Grin
But the questions is an if so maybe we should answer it according to the question.
If ever it will reach that large price it might be a sign of withdrawal for me.
I am not the hypocrite type so I wont lie and there will be panic in my heart once it came to that price.
8344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fees are like 5 sat/byte now what? on: September 03, 2017, 03:29:57 PM
Lower fees = more happy users = more adoption = higher price = more reward for miners.
(12.5BTC+0.5BTC) * $5000 >> (12.5BTC+3BTC) * 1000

I don't understand why the miners are ignoring this very important thing. If the fee is low, then for a short while their revenues may decline by 4% or 5%. But in the long term, it will increase manifold due to the large spike in users.

This tells it all.
If we increase in number of users then the price will go with the wave.
Why not just take it for now and use the profit they have made from before and all will be fine afterwards.
They say newbies whine too much. Who will not?
The large price for a long time of transactions. It is just not fair. Why would the new users need to adjust?
How can we even invite more investors if all the problems are already here? Do they just want to mine and no one will buy it? That is going to be more of a problem.
8345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying from ICO or trading altcoin. on: September 03, 2017, 07:40:43 AM
Trading is risky and so is ICO tokens but there is a big difference to the two.
If I were you and I got a lot of spare money I would choose to buy coins from the ICO.
The potential are really large now considering investors are coming all over it.
The best part is they made sales and bonuses from pre-sales and that is where you will buy the coins to maximize the profit.
I do trading before but it requires great patience for waiting unlike with ICO. When the coin is out you could sell it all without regret because the profits are good.
8346  Economy / Speculation / Re: looking for answer on: September 01, 2017, 03:40:51 PM

Many have been changed to Bitcoins. As I started here it cost just $ 400 now is almost $ 5,000 and nearly x5 is being raised. What do you think the bitcoins are still on the rise? Or it will happen again when it's up and down the price deeply

Maybe something unexpected will happen but we dont know that.
It could be that something will come up or it will just stay as it is.
No one can predict specially new coins are being created which have great features too.
But I dont think it will dip so low that it cannot come back anymore. This high price is already history and is creating more. A lot of people are already leaning on bitcoin and that cannot be changed.
8347  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: September 01, 2017, 01:41:24 PM
For me the best investment strategy is dividing your bitcoin into two, one for long term investment such as holding your bitcoin for couple of years and the other one is buying gold. We all know bitcoin is unpredictable so we must put some assurance with our earnings

Yes, we think alike and this strategy looks solid. We could also tweak the split to 70-30 since bitcoin is more profitable at the moment.

When investing, we could never be to cautious. We have to approach an acceptable level of paranoia since we are talking about our future here.

70 for the keep? I guess that number is perfect. 30 for the short investments and for necessities but that might also be changed if ever needed.
He talked about gold and I think that might not be the best but a good one for safety. They will protect gold's value for as long as possible. Bitcoin might be profitable now but it will not be forever.
8348  Economy / Economics / Re: Pump and dump is the name of the game. on: September 01, 2017, 12:13:10 PM
Did you guys noticed what was happening recently in the crytocurrency world?
People pump certain coin and then dump it later when the price hit the highest level.
And then buy later when the price dip to the lowest level.

What do you think of this? Share your thoughts Grin

It is a common thing that have been happening even before the ICO's came and I guess you are talking about them right?
After the ICO they will dump it even the bounty hunters will dump and that makes the price so low after the ICO. This is not a big deal. It depends on the coin developer if somehow they can prevent that withdrawal by making other offers and other deal that will make them hold.
8349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really secure? on: September 01, 2017, 09:23:19 AM
If you want an assurance that never will it happen that Bitcoin will be hacked, I cannot say it with all certainty. There is no absolute security really. But if you look at the past track record of hacking with Bitcoin, you will find none that is considered significant. In alts, especially ETH-based, there are many.

That is true. I have been looking for a legit website that could tell that bitcoin is hacked and yet I could not find one. I think there are events where hackers will find a way to hack a certain thing in the internet then they will be rewarded and bitcoin havent been breached yet. It is also for the purpose of strengthening the breached website.
This one is so secured it aint easy to enter while with other coins they have done it already. I guess another genius should be born just so it could be hacked.
8350  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Need advice for bitcoin wallet.. on: September 01, 2017, 06:13:09 AM
Like some of the users here said I would also recommend electrum.
That service is user friendly and I tell you it is very easy to understand.
You could also control every transaction fee that you want but with your risk of getting it for a long time if the fee is too low.
The application is also light that it wont hurt the memory of your computer.
8351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: August 31, 2017, 08:40:48 AM
There is always the analytic type of guy and some do believe in superstition.
I do analyze the game specially with dice even though I lose sometimes because of greed.
I bet low when I know I have won a streak for a high amount.
I will try to see if there will be a streak also of loss with just a low amount.
8352  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitsler withdrawal pending for more than 48 hours on: August 31, 2017, 12:57:19 AM
I don't think bitsler is scam. you should pay the high fees for transaction if you want to complete your transaction quickly. Once my transaction was pending for 24 hours they return my actual amount and also pay me the bonus.

He did pay the high fee but he is telling that there should be an option for a more higher fee just so the transaction would be faster.

You shouldve just go to their support and complain there. Have you files a ticket just so they will see that there is some stucked transaction.
I am guessing this is a problem in the blockchain. Just try to use the services where they will push your transaction to be faster.
8353  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST play/invest, level up, win more, have fun! on: August 30, 2017, 05:57:16 PM
Hey all. Hey ethan_nx I was wondering.

How difficult would it to be to convert Yolodice into an Android app ? Not just a strait copy of the site to an app I mean an actual Yolodice app with all the features of the site in it. Would this be something to do ? I just wonder how much interest such an app would bring, because Yolodice is doing new things all the time and the first to do them too so why not the first to have a fully functioning dice casino app ? You could add noises to the dice maybe even an animation of the roll. The big thing would be to have the app for regular users to make it easier to chat, so think of it as a Yolodice chat app too.  Just an idea I thought I would present.

I dont like this idea.
I have tried so many applications which regards with gambling and they are all not looking good.
Bugs are always there and there could be ways that it could be hacked.
A browser based would still be the perfect one. The bugs are easily fixed unlike with android applications.
8354  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: Best investment in 2017? on: August 30, 2017, 02:58:54 PM
Not just this year but the next year too. As long as I can get enough money and have spares I will invest it with bitcoin.
It became a store value but I dont really care much for now as long as the profits are coming. Litecoin will do the job as a currency for now and bitcoin for the stored value. But I know it will change someday.
Why not make a use of it before that time comes.
8355  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you guys withdraw your bitcoins to cash? on: August 30, 2017, 10:43:13 AM
Localbitcoin. That is just the only possible for me now. That is why I dont do it much. They pay low there and you will just regret it. I just do it when there is an emergency that really needs to be paid which cannot be dealt by my salary.

You might want to just keep your bitcoin now until there will be possible withdrawal options that will be opened by other merchants who are not greedy.
8356  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin has power nowadays ? on: August 30, 2017, 05:57:03 AM
Well its value tells it all.
It is the expensive one that have the power in this world.
Look at how gold made changes and also oil.
Who would not want to have those kind of things.
They are the most needed now and the profits in it are really faster than any businesses. We are so lucky we have one of the most valuable here.
8357  Economy / Economics / Re: How can we make more money? on: August 30, 2017, 01:07:00 AM
Try the occasional serious gamble, at least you have to find the conclusion that you deserve to be a gambler or not, bitcoin is able to realize more easily because we just need to deposit and use anonymous id. If you can control the addiction and feel comfortable in the game then it is your second door to get a source of income.

An occasional serious gambler.
Oh that sounds like me.  Shocked
I never thought of that definition and you hit it right.
Yes, it could be the door for a good profit but also a door to a great loss.
I dont believe in someone who learns how to control. As long as there is money in his account he will deplete that just so he could get back what he loss.
I think the best way is to just deposit the amount you can risk then stop after that.
You lose take it calmly. You win, withdraw quickly.  Grin
8358  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know about next pump? on: August 29, 2017, 05:14:22 PM
Don't waste your money and your time by joining Pump & Dump groups. People operating such groups buy in before the masses and dump on them. Be careful.

I was once invited to that kind of a service but I never joined.
When you analyze it, there is really something fishy about it.
You will be left alone at the end and they will all just profit or maybe those who made that group.
Only the leaders who knows when it will be, will also the one who profits first.
And if you are at the bottom the news will come to you when it is too late.
8359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: August 29, 2017, 03:17:28 PM
It's a risk that not anyone can take specially those who have weak heart.
But it could be changed. I have a weak heart before and I kind of lacking some sleep when I know money is related into what I am risking.
I am monitoring it like 20/7 and almost at the exchange for so many hours just thinking if I should withdraw or not. Not knowing what the future holds is really scary but that is what makes bitcoin special. It does have a lot of supporters now and it will not be easy to bring it down so the risk is going lesser and lesser with a lot of people in its back.
8360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How many people are asking you about Bitcoin now? on: August 29, 2017, 07:26:08 AM
Since the bitcoin price is rising they are all having questions to where I got my money and why I dont get broke even if I have a minimum pay in my job.
But I dont tell them in my own accord. I let them go to me and ask those questions. I am not the type to advance with those kind of things but I would explain it of they are the one who is passionate about bitcoin.
