Finally my QT sync's completely. After re-downloading the QT and the blocks, now I don't get the damn error anymore. Plus I did all the addnodes too, now I can trust the using QT again...lol

Excellent news. Told you everything was ok  Wink

Tix successfully repeated the fate of the dead forks. Well, or if the developers do is not to fix them problem . And I would like to believe in a brighter future.

Dead forks don't have a $5 million market cap

What issues are you guys having? Mine is working just fine on a lot of machines so I need reports if something is wrong

Sending coins from a pool to Cryptsy is an issue with either the pool withdraws or Cryptsy deposits, not the network or the QT

Just strange that even if it's a minor issue, why haven't the QT and/or checkpoint been updated? I sent a ticket to Cryptsy about the deposit/transaction issues and believe it's fine to deposit from a pool as long as it's not a P2Pool. I know Cryptsy is having issue with server overload at the moment, hopefully they get those new server online asap and fix any database issues in the transition.

Checkpoint I can do without updating the QT. I'll post the node I'm using to update checkpoints this weekend after Thanksgiving shit is done. It won't help anything except get rid of that error message, though. It doesn't affect functionality at all

So the checkpoint is too old message is the only issue you guys are having with the QT itself? That's a nice easy fix that can be hotfixed. Won't even need to download a new QT, I can just update the checkpoint server

Cool, thanks. Seems like Cryptsy has just fixed the issue with deposit and withdrawals.....It would be nice to kind of spruce up the QT and update it a little, but not a major thing if the checkpoint is getting updated.

We have some fun things planned soon  Smiley

8364  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newb Here - How Do I Access My Private Key For PPC on: November 28, 2013, 05:22:51 PM
You could always use a daemon, I suppose, if you can't get the command link banking to come up in PPC (or if it doesn't have one, not familiar with the client)

$2.6 million. Just passed Devcoin, Terracoin, Anoncoin, BBQ, and CGB. Now up to 14th highest

Told you guys it would sky rocket before Thanksgiving  Wink

Why is it though? I'm curious. Yes, I have some holdings and like the gambling aspect but I haven't seen one person mention it as a coin that they use for the intended purpose of gambling. I sort of feel like it needs to incubate a bit more. Am I missing something?

That was the original goal, but we have since changed the name from LotteryTickets to just Tickets for a wider appeal. It's also accepted on WorkForCrypto.com now

About to break $4 million USD market cap - #13 overall right now at $3,838,579 - Not bad from $30k about a week ago  Wink

Glad you got in. The rest of you should listen to me next time. It's still not too late to get aboard the TIX train, though

I"m trying to mine this using cgminer. I can connect to the listed pool, but only get stale shares. Ideas?

Yes, cgminer won't work. It's a scrypt-jane. You have to use the miner in the op or ybc miner with appropriate nsettings in your .bat

Is there any plans to update the wallet and/or the check point? I had to redirect my mining withdrawals to Cryptsy for temporary until I can trust using the wallet to deposit TIX in there.

Sure, it's just a display issue, though. The wallet still works just fine
