bitcoin will explode up before the year end thats what will happen in the next three months. taas will most probably dumped which will make its price dip a bit and soon after another dividend distribution is coming, people wil buy back again making its price higher than how much it is currently. my guess is that price might just be $7-8 per taas by the time of next distribution of dividends.

Yes, the plan was to release the app at the end of september. Now we are polishing it up (fixing minor bugs) and waiting for the scheduled upgrade of the testnet (where the app is running): https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/releases/tag/v1.7.1 to prevent any difficulties. It will be definitely out before the ICO.
