I saw an Utrust advertisement on Instagram Story, I was flabbergasted ad I did not expect to see crypto advertisement on Instagram! I think its smart.

The apps is eating up my phone space for now . I hope it's worth it in the future .
Really? That does not sound promising. It is still in the developing phase right? Since they are collecting funds with ICO, they will probably update their platform

Gatcoin tweeted that ''Nearly 5m GAT Coins sold in first hrs of pre-sale!!'' but after 28 october there are no more tweets. I think they should tweet more
Yes, I think so too. They need someone to manage their social media because it is essential theses days. Especially during their token sale there should be contact to the community and investors. And also after the sale, it should be used as a communication way. Recently I really hate this "we collect your money and then we will keep quite for a loooong time" attitude. Hope Gatcoin will not do the same. You can help us advise this at telegram they are really active there. Including their CEO its quite active there. Well, not everyone is using Telegram and I think they should communicate through all media they are using, especially for example here on Bitcoin Talk because this is the place where people were first involved with them. I, for example, don't use Telegram often. It seems like a lot of projects are on Telegram now. I really dont look at all the updates, sometimes I go to pinned messages, but they don't pin everything. I hope Gatcoin will communicate more on bitcointalk

The concept of SOMA is nothing short of revolutionary in the so called Social Markets. However, I have some reservations regarding the use of IIC's brought up in the whitepaper. IIC or Interactive Item Card is used when a seller in SOMA will register his object (to be sold of course in the market), every registered object will have their own IIC, so when it is sold to the new owner, the new owner will have the IIC of that said object. Now, let's say the owner will use the object for quite some time let's say in a year, and that owner decided to sell it in SOMA again, that object still has the previous IIC. So the challenge now is the recognition of that product. SOMA team proposes using computer vision technology to compare new item photos with older photos to confirm that the item is the same and that it hasn’t been damaged. Any changes in the item’s appearance or quality is recorded on the IIC. However, how sure are we in that computer vision tech that they will arrive on? How accurate, secure and trustworthy is that tech? What are the effects it has for the buyers? What if this tech made a mistake? There are so many questions. I think this tech is still speculative. Does the SOMA team already have a prototype working computer vision tech? Because in order for this to work, I think they need to nail this one.
We are in a very early stage and it looks like there is no prototype yet. I was also thinking, what if you can make a product look a lot better with IIC in order to sell it. Since we dont have a prototype, we can speculate a lot about how safe this IIC will be

I checked the games but they didn't appeal to me. But it's a nice thing indeed.
Just wondering, what did not appeal to you in the games? How much we can win in this tournement? In usd I mean Interesting if they pay out in USD, I would have guessed in tokens..

Probably the reason is after first-day funding got slowed like all icos funding process. Yeah I was also thinking, maybe because of the weekend? Lets see what this new week will bring! If they boost up social media campaign, they probably will see the results in token sale

Soma sounds like a girl name . A cute office assistant logo would match the name Soma, i think its a Japanese name, that I don't know what it means, but definitely is not english or spanish, it is from another language for sure, so in a way it could sound silly for other people, for me though it sounds good, but it doesn't ring the concept of the project, nor the pet animal that represents it, but at last, it doesn't matter. Could be from an Asian language or just a radom word. I can't imagen an Japanese word, also checked a dictionary and couldn't find something. Or wait, I just found some internet slang or so in Japanese which says that soma is build out of ソマ = それまじ (sore maji) which means as much as "is it real?". But don't know if this is the origin for Soma. Hey , enough . You guys didnt realize it? SOMA >> SOcial MArketplace But its also a guess SOMA doesnt sound like a girl name at all, I think its very neutral and probably abbreviation of social marketplace. I think its the perfect choice

What I like is that the authors of the medium article personally meet the Utrust team; ''We also had the pleasure of meeting most of the engineers, designers and executives when we traveled to their offices in Braga, Portugal.'' https://medium.com/@cointrackr/utrust-8e814a2dbedb

So can US citizens officially take part of Utrust ICO or it hasnt been resolved yet? I would be good if you address this before November 2nd. We all know how much this would mean for initial budget.
I didn't know that the participation of US citizens is still under discussion, I might be wrong but as far as I know they aren't allowed to take part in UTRUST ICO. Says right on the frontpage of the UTRUST website, they are still checking whether it is possible to buy tokens as a US based investor: LOL, have been so busy with reading reviews + watching videos about UTRUST that I haven't checked their website for a while It's great that they also allow US investors. Not many projects lately allowed this. Who said they allow US investors? They are researching whether it is possible to buy tokens as a US based investor, Dont jump into conclusions

Yeah we already discussed this a few pages ago, but it kind of got lost in all the messages. Partnership is with Gaze coin: https://www.gazecoin.io/What I understand of the info of the site is; they track eye movement and pay you accordingly for the advertisement that you look at. But they use difficult English so Im not sure if I understand it correctly

After ICO you can buy remaining SOMA tokens on their platform. Also interesting: "Soma will provide a "liquidity reserve" of SCT, which will only be utilized in a theoretical situation, for instance, if after the ICO the SCT is not liquid enough to support the functioning of the Soma platform." From whitepaper.
They wont burn it? Dont like that idea, i hope it doesnt backfire back on them. I dont see the reason of doing that since their ICO is going quite good. Im sorry for the confusion, I read this in the technical whitepaper, page 5: ''Soma Community Tokens can be acquired (in exchange for Ether) during the ICO. After the completion of the ICO, purchasing SCT for Ether will be available via the Soma platform. The price of SCT will be set according to its current price on the stock exchanges.'' But I read it wrong, I thought the remaining tokens would be sold on the platform, but I read now that the remaining tokens are getting burned.

The counter is still on 26%, I wonder if they have to update manually? I expected the Gat token would sell out in first day

I just find, that Utrust company registered in Switzerland? I think in Portugal (because devs from Portugal) We are incorporated in Switzerland for legal reasons. Switzerland has been exceptionally welcoming to blockchain projects! Thank you for your reply. I also read in one of the interviews on medium that the staff will partly move to switzerland in the near future and some of them will stay in Portugal. So, they will have offices both in Switzerland and in Portugal? Yes I think so, you can read it here: https://medium.com/@cointrackr/utrust-8e814a2dbedb''We also had the pleasure of meeting most of the engineers, designers and executives when we traveled to their offices in Braga, Portugal. They plan to move some of the members to Zug (Switzerland) in early 2018 but continue the majority of their operations in Portugal which makes financial sense.''

They said before, that they have money from venture inverstors. So they dont have soft cap.
I like this kind of projects, you make an investment and regardless of what it will continue. I hate sending some eth waiting for some months and get it back because apparently, ico couldn't hit the soft cap. Besides that, you also loose money, because you could have invested that money in other successful ICO. So you should be careful about what ICO you invest in

I wish there was a progress bar about the token sale on Datum website. I already had a look and they don't have it. The countdown clock seems to be confused

From whitepaper: The Datum network model could provide a basic income for everyone by allowing them to monetize their anonymized data. As user of Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, Yahoo and similar services - every year you create an excess of US $2,000, created directly from your personal data alone. For corporate entities, the value is even greater. This is only the value represented by data in each of these “data silos”, when you connect this data, the richer and wider the information, the more money it is worth. They mean, that we can earn 2000$ per year just from our data on their platfrom? If this is the case than it will be revolutionary for people in third world countries, since they will have a basic income. This article (2016) shows that internet users in emerging and developing countries are more likely to use social media compared with those in the developed world. How much they raised? I seen 26%, but how much this in usd (eth) ?
That must be 26% of the 15 miljon Gat coins. The purchase price is $0.20. I dont know if there are any reserved tokens. But otherwise you can do the math 3,9 milj USD ? Is that the correct way to calculate?
