846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin isn't worth it for consumers. And that will stop adoption. on: November 23, 2013, 11:31:55 PM
There's no reason to even worry about mass adoption as bitcoin can't even support that kind of traffic and will break. Therefore,  it can never achieve mass adoption unless the architecture is reworked from the ground up.
847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I know this has been brought up before, but confirmation times are getting weird on: November 23, 2013, 02:49:32 AM
Well not exactly Danny.  The larger the block the larger the chance of orphans.  So as a hypthetical if you collect 2% more gross revenue but increase your chance of orphans 3% you actually (after accounting for losse due to orphan blocks) make less revenue.   The large block subsidy kinda distorts the economics of mining.

I suppose, but seriously if miners want to squeeze every last drop of blood from the profitability stone, they should seriously look into implementing "child pays for parent".  I've had multiple transactions I've received where I would have been happy to pay a large enough fee on a child transaction to make sure that both my transaction and the parent transaction get included in the next block.

If they can't include a 1 kb transaction with a 0.0001 because of the cost of orphan risk, then they should absolutely be willing to include in their next block both the 1 kB transaction with zero fees that I received as well as the 1 kB child transaction with 0.002 BTC fees that I sent to increase their profits.

Posts on the Bitcoin Foundation forum by Gavin, Mike Hearn and Luke seem to imply that mining pool operators are just not paying much attention to this one way or another. They are using some default settings for accepting transactions and just focusing on making sure they find blocks... I have no idea how true this is.

What we can gather from this is Bitcoin sucks, and there will never be mass adaption because it's broken. Gavin and the foundation suck as they have known about this for years and never bothered to fix or address it. Bitcoin its on its final bubble stage before it spazes and implodes upon itsself.

The final stage can of course take it to thousands of dollars and still last a few years, but we are now in its final leg instead of the beginnings.

What's with your bend over fest with Bitcoin? Nobody gives a fuck that 90% empty blocks are still being made every 10min. What people care about is that transactions are much slower than usual,  why must you take so much bitcoin penis?  Bitcoin is getting messed up by higher activity which it cant cope with.

How is it everyone keeps wanting to press charges and Sam lives in HK but no one has even tried to go find him? Wouldn't that be the first logical step? I'm sure with the amount of investors that are in LC that there has to be at least one person who lives in HK that could go there with a camera and confront the guy. The same goes with someone that lives in Italy and going to confront FT. Everyone on here likes to put peoples addresses of Sam and FT but no one has the balls to actually go do something. I would if I lived in either of these countries or was going to travel to them anytime soon.

I guess what I'm really saying is quit with the internet witch hunt and actually go find the guys to see if its really them running the show. Also if you confronted them with a camera and asked the important questions it would essentially force them to answer them and if not add the video to the evidence collection for the person who's collecting it all.

1 word pussies, everything must be done on teh internets too scared of real people. These same guys were being complete pussies to even call Howards university and get info, until someone had the balls and got all his contact info.  Then of course once handed to the pussies again they talked with Howard in their pussy home turf TEH INTERNETS.

commes des fuckdown

Its just funny we are going to troll fabrizios on teh internets that will show him we're serious. How has nobody in hong kong not given him a few black eyes,  or does he have body guards? Kids are running around punching random people in the face,  but fabrizio can not even be spoken to in person.

Where is ninelives and his magical "tough" investigators, Again a bunch of pussies. Why haven't any of the euro pussies on here go to albertos mom's house and send him a txt that they are there with her to scare his pussy ass into showing up.

Why do you all circle jerk on the Internet?  I lost some money and I hope I don't get a penny back because none of you deserve to acting lkke spineless cowards. This is why scammers keep taking money from bitcoin tards nothing happens to the scammers, besides internet troll hunts.

The stupidity in this forum is beyond believe I guess that should of been warning flag number one.  FABRIZIO HAS ADMITED TO BEING INVOLVED WITH LABCOIN IN THE BEGINNING,  SO STFU WITH YOUR DUMBASS AFRICAN SAM NOI.

Albertos cell phone number was listed under labcoin and he even responded about ASICs and deleted an online profile that matched he's phone number.

Are you guys complete morons? Please don't even answer. Fabrizio knows who the fake Sam Noi is. Don't understand how fucking hard it is to talk to fabrizio and go to albertos moms house in italy, being the dumbass loser that he is probably hiding in his mom's basement.

Code:
Yeah, it costs 7 times more but now it can't be used as currency with all these +/-100 USD swings. Early adopters happy but the rest of the world can't use it even as store of value, because when it crosses 1000 USD mark the early adopters will cash out again. Of coz u can hold it until it reaches 2000 USD mark, but will it?

So sad you sold in 2011. You should have kept some.

Yeah... Wait, I sold at 200+ half a year ago! And keep getting them as payment for my coding service. Don't worry about me plz.

Sorry for your loss.

I'll advise not going full fiat unless in case of extreme need - full fiat tends to make people bitter and angry.

Excellent off topic rant about your penis being massively small, and your need to boost your ego.
853  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Going Places on: November 22, 2013, 02:30:40 PM
johnybigs.. just go silently into the night, and return to the labcoin thread you dearly love.. your constant "bitcoin gonna die" chatter is getting boring now..

Sadly, its not just johny bigs if you look at all the other threads most of them are about bitcoin dying.  Bitcoin has no future if the influx on truly new alternatives to it, and the fact it has massive scaling issues which are still not addressed to this day its days are numbered.

Imagine mass adoptiom that would give us GBs of block chain a day, it's ok says Gavin you can just run a lite version, that's great so then the proper blockchain will be centralized on a few servers, maybe the NSA can help to store 100GB worth of data a day.

It can still go up way more but it wont be the leader in a few years.
854  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin keeps failing on: November 22, 2013, 02:24:13 PM
Bitcoin is not only a store of value. Please google it more next time.

What is it then?

Useless psuedo bullshit, bitcoin was created to get the sheep to accept digital currency, it will be replaced by government backed digital currency and botcoin will just die thereafter when they deem ready to murder it.

Ohh you see all these Bitcoin scams can't trust some black market currency, but you can trust ECB and FED backed digital currency.

Bitcoin knew about its mass scaling problems and did jack shit in the last 5 years to address them, either really stupid or done on purpose.

I agree that Bitcoin has scalability issue, but the rest of ur post isn't backed by anything.

Its backed by many things go do some research. If you look at the current landscape governments all want a digital currency it means more control when they can track everything you spend your money on.
855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin keeps failing on: November 22, 2013, 02:21:21 PM

Average 3rd world person in poverty, has no bank account. They have no real means of even amassing wealth safely. Tack on to this, that services like Paypal and others all needed some "Exchange" end to be value, none of which was cash, prohibits them from participating.

Now, some guy can post services , get a small micro wallet, and very good chance he can exchange it one way or another. With 0 fear of some corp just jacking his funds over some KYC issues etc. The real potential is for the world of people excluded from normal banking and savings. IT will just take time and adoption.

True, a lot of people have limited access to computers, internet, banking, especially in poor regions, but they have (or could afford) mobile phones with wallets, or any other small pieces of tech, which are easy to carry, and work for days without electricity. By having a BTC wallet instead of cash you can feel safer cause it's encrypted and more secure than a credit card, no central authority watching over your money, you just have a coin in your pocket and the whole system can go F*** themselves.

Nowadays people are insecure, just look at this whole prepper thing, nobody heard about it since the cold war. In the US you can at least buy a gun and shoot it from your porch, imagine how people in the EU feel - no real rights, no weapons and more countries in debt or bankrupt.

This is very true, heard something that the poorest countries all have smart phones a data like a massive majority. The europeans me being one of them can go fuck themsleves, they deserve what they get with their pseudo bullshit progressiveness, ohh guns are bad good you dumb twats have fun getting fucked from other people with guns.

What do you expect from the nation who is going to Usher in anti christ

Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy
A lawsuit.
Seriously.
Labcoin shareholders truly are the most retarded ever, and there is serious competition.

So? Whats your solution?

I support the lawsuit since i want this scammers go to jail leading to a cleaner bitcoin community when scammers see its not the easy robbery anymore. I doubt we will see much bitcoins back though personally i dont care so much about since if at all i only could get a tiny fraction of my loss back.

So what is your criticism about?

He's critisism is about he's small penis size.

Robert save your money for emunie pre sale, to pick up some cheap coins, before launch. All the other coins are just clones of bitcoin, emunie is a completely new architecture it's crypto currency 2.0

Heck even buy some ripple, just don't waste your money on clone 1537.

Emunie seems nice, but it bothers me that it is closed source.

Theres a difference between ripple closed source forever than emunie closed source to protect the hard work from clones in the beginning. After it is somewhat established it will become open source.

Im going to have my hand in a little of a couple of coins that i deem legit after some more research. I appreciate all the responses guys. Where will Emunie be available for presale?

Not 100% sure but I think soon if all the beta testers are done purchasing them.
