841  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I choose on: November 27, 2018, 08:10:33 PM
I will advise you combine both if you can and make profit from the two. However, the way you go about establishing the two matters a lot. One thing you can do is to establish one first (real business) and regularly take a percentage from its profit to invest in the second product (cryptocurrency). By doing this, I believe in a short period, you begin to make money from both. A key advantage of combining the two is that you can survive on one if the other is going through recession.
842  Economy / Economics / Re: Young people will drive Bitcoin adoption more than the older generation. on: November 21, 2018, 10:23:41 PM
It took years of nagging before my mum could change from her old Java keypad phone to smartphone. Older people love their traditional way of life because that's what they used during their golden age. There is no doubt that youngsters hold the key to driving the current blockchain technology higher. However, I still feel the older generation can also be involved and targeted for the use of this technology. No one should be left out except he or she decided to. And we might be surprise how bitcoin adoption can spread faster among the elderly if the proper and adequate approach is used.

Future of Bitcoins - What will happens to BTC

When discuss about future of Bitcoin there are lot of Articles on various forums with different opinions and stories. Few of them agree that Bitcoin will remain as it is and has the idea that value of Bitcoin will increase. Some of them say that Bit coins will collapse it's own position soon. What will happen to Bitcoin...?
Talking of bitcoin collapsing? Forget it, it's not going to happen. But why worry about the future when the present is bloody. Not saying the future is going to be a bad one, but let the future takes care of itself. Bitcoin is here to stay.
844  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The market is looking all red once again on: November 21, 2018, 09:56:41 PM
I can't see anything that could have melted the market in this manner. It was so sudden and swift, and no evil breaking news. Well, except the ongoing hash tussle within the BCH camp. I think that triggered the downward movement, followed by panic sells and now, probably been taken over by market manipulators. I won't be surprised if this year ends in bearish mode.
845  Economy / Speculation / Re: Epic buying opportunity on: November 20, 2018, 08:01:28 PM
While this current market situation presents itself as a proper buying point in recent months, I won't still consider it as the best opportunity, so far the base/bottom is not ascertained yet. Further dips might still be on the way. Until the bottom is reached, buy your coin strategically.
846  Economy / Speculation / Re: Anyone else just going to hodl? on: November 20, 2018, 07:23:51 PM
This bear market is taking too long to recover, and this current dip was so swift — caught me unaware. Right now, there is no point selling my bloody bags. Hodling until further notice.

You could also work with cookies and IP tracking.
If the system detects two accounts from the same IP *BAN!*
Same with cookies.

If you'd prefer to keep it simple activity might do it.
Activity that cannot be automated like meaningful posts or written reviewes/articles on a project.

I remember projects where one had to ask questions or answer them in a group to be regarded as 'active' and getting the reward.
So if someone new joined everyone was keen on answering questions. Same with AMAs and interviews.
Was a totally different experience from other groupchats Grin
If you have being in this space for a while, you will agree with me that it is very easy and simple to bypass cookies and IP detector just by using simple tools, with little or no technical knowledge. I think KYC is still the best way to slow down multiple accounts.
849  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the challenges for investment with Small capital? on: November 12, 2018, 05:35:17 PM
With small capital, profit can be relatively insignificant and could take years before substantial accumulation is attained. Also, the risk is very high because there is no way to spread the little capital across more viable alternatives. I think these are the major challenges of investing with small capital.
850  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the problem of trust in projects? on: November 12, 2018, 05:28:41 PM
I think, these ICO or projects are not the problem here, it is the lack of the investors in taking time to read and know about where they are investing their money, many people are investing in cryptocurrency without even reading or making their own research about what the coin is about, and that just gave the scammers the idea that they can easily scam people around.
I quite understand the angle from which you stated your opinion, but you can't just put the whole blame on investors just like that because carrying out proper and adequate research on any ICO doesn't guarantee it won't turn out to be a scam later on. I observed that recently a lot of work is being put into scam ICOs by these scammers. These scams are being well planned and executed in such a way that investors won't see them coming until it happens. The important thing is to more careful.
851  Economy / Economics / Re: Why spend time in bitcoins? on: November 11, 2018, 05:50:46 PM
I think sometimes it is rational to think all time and effort are being wasted away especially during this long bearish period. However, when I see crypto beyond profit and loss and tend to view it from the amazing technology (blockchain) of which crypto is being built on, I know that all efforts will pay off one day both financially and mentally.

853  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why trading is unhealthy? on: November 06, 2018, 07:20:07 PM
That's why I do say to myself: crypto trading is for the real men that can handle physical, mental and emotional pressure. It is better to know one's health status before, during and after trading and adjust trading schedules accordingly. I agree with your point. In fact things (health) can get worse if no profit is coming. Another alternative is to go long-term investment.
854  Economy / Speculation / Re: People are Calm!! on: November 06, 2018, 12:15:25 PM
People are calm, but slowly some of us are loosing their cool. With the increasing number of crypto scams, few countries putting a ban on crypto currencies and the stagnant price of BTC at 6-7k mark, it has been a tough and tiring year for Bitcoiners!! I mean last year was fun, with bitcoin hitting 20k. I wonder when BTC will stand up again and bring back the glorious days. Hoping for the best.. Cheers
You didn't loose your cool April - May and now, November, you want to loose your cool? My friend, we need to keep calm till the end. This is not the time to give up. Moreso, this is a taste of price stability we have been craving for. Invest now if you can and reap the reward at a future date.
855  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitex head: bitcoin price may drop to $2000 on: November 06, 2018, 09:55:47 AM
I've come to understand that in crypto there will always be rise and fall in price — meaning I don't expect the market to be easily moved or bothered by this kind of prediction. Other experts have predicted far below $2k and heaven hasn't fall yet. So after the drop to $2000, what's next? $20k?

858  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Meditation is essential for becoming successful trader on: November 03, 2018, 01:46:22 PM
Truly, I agree with your idea of meditation before trading. Calmness and inner peace can be instrumental in profitable trades and it can go a long way in winning each trade. However, it doesn't guarantee smooth trade at all times or that one won't incur loss once a while. But it will definitely help in adequate preparation for the every next trade after loss. I'm with you on this.
859  Economy / Economics / Re: What do you think about crypto currency issued by the government? on: November 03, 2018, 01:20:59 PM
The idea of some governments issuing their own cryptocurrency is a good thing, but the intention behind this launching is what I perceive to be a bad one. They want to get involved and at the same time want to have control over everything. Whatever the outcome of their launching is, I believe people in this space are knowledgeable enough and can differentiate a centralised coin from a decentralized and from there, individuals can make the decision to follow the governmental route or the no man's land route.
860  Economy / Economics / Re: Friends reactions to crypto currencies? on: October 28, 2018, 07:50:10 PM
Every of my friends is ICT inclined and understanding the principles of bitcoin should be easy for them, but telling them anything digital currency like bitcoin is a waste of time. They will eventually term it scam.
