The only thing we have is a message in Chinese saying there are some capacity problems. Is that an excuse?

You can acces the files? Look for 'wallet.dat', that's your wallet. Install Bitcoin-QT on another PC and replace that wallet.dat with your own.

Well, the dev posted something in Chinese about server capacity etc. I think it's bullshit.
