841  Other / Off-topic / When was the last time you checked your ETH Wallet on: March 27, 2020, 11:30:26 PM
Honestly, i use to be a big fan of cryptocurrency and a partaker in Bounties and Airdrops. this lead to the habit of checking my wallet daily for airdrops that has paid and bounties too.
the recent scams and poor projects littering the cryptospace refusing to pay hunters and affected that habit. for months, i have checked and Nothing has dropped.
seriously, I am loosing the habit. i can go two weeks without checking my wallet.

I must say that since this year, i have not received more than 3 tokens in my wallet  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin
What is the essence of checking. Nothing is there. No need.
842  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bounties are boring and discouraging these days on: March 27, 2020, 10:24:44 PM
How i wish there are other reliable way to make money here apart from bounties and airdrops. the signature campaign appears far fetched for some people here espcially newbies that can;t earn merits. it is time we focus on other things like trading, staking or mining which can pay us at the end of such campaign. this we are sure of payment even if they pay little.
843  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How is payment received from the forum? on: March 27, 2020, 10:20:43 PM
Sorry, you are paid for your post rather you get a merit if your post is articulated and knowledgeable. the more you acquire merits, the more you earn trust on the platform. with the merit, you can partake in bounties. from their, you can get paid for  engaging in the signature campaign.  you must participate in campaigns that offered to pay for work done before you can be paid in this forum.
844  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sell Goods for Bitcoin on: March 27, 2020, 10:15:42 PM
it depends on your location. I konw Amazon and Ebay offers worldwide marketplace but i don;t know if they sell bitcoin on their platform. for locals like My african brothers, we use Nairaex or localbitcoin to exchange cryptocurrencies. ALSO there are platforms where you can exchange goods and services and receive payment with bitcoin. Example
Gsm2me: for mobile services
Minku: sells clothes and fashion/beauty materials. accept bitcoins.
845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PSA: Most Stablecoins Can Be Frozen, Even When in Your Own Wallets on: March 23, 2020, 04:25:30 PM
this is really an Eye opener and i learnt this today. we can collectively say that it is not save to Hold stablecoins because your KYC might be required to claim it back. it is also another way of saying that the stablecoin tokens are centralized.
there are questions begging to be answered here. Are users required to perform KYC once or multiple time to claim their coins? what if the company is not satisfied with the KYC of the coin owner.
846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / The future of cryptocurrency during this pandemic on: March 23, 2020, 04:09:02 PM
i think the crypo world has clamored for this situation for a while. A world where the fiat system is no-longer stable. if not mistaken, i will say that the world is heading into a  serious health crisis with what is happening in china, italy, spain and other parts of the world. many countries has promised their citizens of enough fiat funding printing more fiat money to support themselves.
What is the cryptocurrency family doing to support their own community at this perilous time.
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Corona coins taking over on: March 23, 2020, 04:04:23 PM
everyone should know already these tokens has nothing to offer and they are short term projects. they are been designed by scammers that has free access to exchanges to get peoples money. it is a shame that exchanges allowed such projects to trade on their platform when the world is in a pandemic crisis. the whole point is, these products will not last long in the market and exchanges will be fast to delist them when due. save your money from fast scammers.
848  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Steem fork project (HIVE) a success on: March 23, 2020, 03:36:49 PM
The Hive project was a clear sign that the real supports of steem does not like the present owner. Justin sun. they want the platform to manage the way they want it. justin can control his own steem while the real people that believe in the steem project can continue with the Hive. it is good to see both parties go separate ways.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New altcoin ideas. on: March 21, 2020, 09:58:45 AM
it seems like this is the new way to go, developing in Python just like the new project cersei did currently. As long as your project is viable and trusted. try put in your best and investors will support you. most projects have been developed under Java platform and C++. good programming languages. it seems like Dapps and platforms are better in use now.
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Another price rejection incoming on: March 21, 2020, 09:54:47 AM
don't believe whatever people says because they got a prediction right sometime ago. it works for them back them does not mean it will be the same. the market is unpredictable. it was discovered that some of these hypers intentional make this prediction to dump on the market or create an avenue to fill their bags. you don't have to trust these people.
the market respects nobody and you should be aware of this.
851  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you know when to sell on: March 21, 2020, 09:48:16 AM
you can sell whenever you want. it depends on your mindset. you might choose to sell when the profit is right for you Or you might choose to sell when the falling out of control. it may take months to regain back the huge amount that was gather if you decided not to sell. make your choice and stand on it. if you are holding, then hold as long as you want for long term admires while short term traders should sell to get back their original money.
852  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hodl altcoins or..? on: March 19, 2020, 09:44:06 PM
i am holding the altcoins i strongly believe that have future. the long term projects. i prefer to Hodl BITCOIN CASH, dash, ethereum and Neo. the modern altcoins i like to have are chillz, TEZOR, fantom, Ferrum and Quant. these projects are my favorite and i think they have along way to go and they will be adapted sooner or later.
853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are having rough days, are you still a HODL? on: March 19, 2020, 09:07:59 PM
surprise to see someone still hunting crypto through Airdrop. i don;t think airdrop is still effective besides most projects conducting airdrops ended up not distributing. while you are holding any airdrops, you have never considered whether such little amount can be sold in the market or it will riot in your wallet. you have to do more to earn cryptocurrency not just to depend on Airdrops.
854  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I Achieved It Finally!! Thank you, everyone, who helped me in my journey. on: March 19, 2020, 09:01:52 PM
congratulations on your achievement. hard work they say paid. they more you learn to work hard, the more success you will attain. some times it is not about the merit but it is about what you can offer here that drives the forum. the community is a big place to learn and share knowledge about everything Not only cryptocurrency. once again. welldone to your achievement.
855  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Phishing Revisited on: March 18, 2020, 12:57:48 PM
with all these methods, one begins to wonder whether we can still use the WIFI services. it may be wise to say the Cable network remains the only trusted and secure network. it is a known fact that Wired network are more secured that wireless Network. As long there is no external person coming into the room to access the network. what differs is the cost to set it up.
856  Other / Off-topic / what will happen here if the merit system is removed. on: March 18, 2020, 12:47:24 PM
will you continue with bitcoin talk forum if all Merits is been withdrawn and all accounts are tagged with the same identityMembers. What will become of bitcointalk forum.
i am beginning to suspect that most reasons why people are here is to earn merits and compete in bounty campaigns.

857  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Advantages of engaging in quality contributions on the forum. on: March 18, 2020, 12:43:38 PM
i must say in as much as there are far too many shit posters here as a result of language barriers. many people are mainly interested in what they can do to earn rewards here. apart form posting, many engaged in bounties without enough verification and understanding how everything works. just wondering how this platform will be if merits are been eliminated.
858  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Crypto scams revealed on: March 18, 2020, 12:35:04 PM
A quality report on scams been paraded on the crypto ecosystem. it is quite clear that some users here has no intention to make the platform a valuable place rather for their own intention. the post made here is for users that are interested in learning how the cryptocurrency platform works. people should avoid gambling sites that involves crypto. it is the new scam in crypto.
859  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Others ways to benefits in cryptocurrencies on: March 18, 2020, 12:28:13 PM
Are there ways to Earn cryptocurrencies apart from the normal Airdrops and bounty.

well this is THE way to earn money, you work your ass off and get paid for the job you are doing. it doesn't matter if they call it "airdrop" or whatever, it is a job that you (as a freelancer) do. the job is a terrible one since it is advertising scams but it is still a job.
so to earn cryptocurrency you have to continue finding "jobs" and work your ass off in them and get paid.

or better yet, find a real job in the real world and work a lot less and get paid a lot more in fiat and use that fiat to buy bitcoin.

Thank you Sir.i am impressed by your response. i feel encouraged to continue my little hustle here. there are better projects still here that conduct Airdrops and bounty. they will come around in due time. time is everything and time is money. if, well spend will yield value.
860  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Again 🔥 on: March 15, 2020, 05:15:15 PM
Binance continued to merge fiat currencies with cryptocurrenies. they have been introducing fiat currencies into their exchange platform as a way of allowing citizens of a particular country deposit and withdraw even exchange fiat with cryptocurrencies. it is a commendable one. south Africans can now buy and sell Cryptocurrenies directly from one of the most trusted exchanges in the world.
thank you Binance for accepting the south African Rand in its platform.
