Will this project be taxed somehow? And in general, how much is all this legal?
This is a completely decentralized project, based on the currency, how can it be taxed at all? Smiley
842  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] SmartBillions World’s first multi-billion-dollar blockchain lottery. on: September 23, 2017, 12:03:26 AM
And what is the maximum amount of winnings in this lottery?
2 324 000 000 USD (2.34 billion)  Wink

It is 7 000 000 ETH to be exact. so it all depends on the ETH price.

Where are these ETH from?  Is this a weekly lottery or just "one" big lottery?

95% of money raised during the upcoming ICO will be put into the Jackpot. It's like almost all of it, what shocked me at the beggining.

Maximum ICO cap is 200k ETH, so I am curious how the jackpot can be 7Million ETH.
I'm also very interested in learning how this is possible
This amount is calculated in the long term. 95% of the ticket sold will go to the jackpot fund.
That is, the amount of the jackpot will constantly grow? Why then the border is exactly 2.34 billion?

Very controversial project in terms of legality. Can he for some reason be illegitimate?

I doubt lotteries are illegal.  Even if they were, I know I will still be playing the smartbillions lottery.  Lotteries make dreams come true.  It's a chance to win a fortune with a minimal bet.
Only investing in a successful ISO project can make your dreams real Cheesy

Well yeah, that's also true.  Many ICO's have been very successful in making new millionaires.  I hope to see SmartBillions do the same for those who play and those who invest during the ICO.   Wink
Let's hope for this Smiley

Do you plan to invest in this project?
I think yes, they promise the first dividends in a fairly short time

Is it worth waiting for the localization of whitepaper and the website in other languages?
Usually for this purpose there is a bounty company, you can do it yourself and get tokens as payment Wink
Lol, I therefore ask to offer my services  Wink
OK. good luck dude Wink

Is the lottery in the world illegal?
Lotteries are legal. But is it possible to equate this project with gambling?
This is a decentralized and completely based on the blockbuster technology project. I do not think that it can be possible to somehow persecute the law
This is understandable, but if I use this service - will I have problems with the law?
But this project assumes complete anonymity. is not it so?

851  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][🔥PRE-ICO]🔥LANGPIE🔥 - ONLINE-TRANSLATION PLATFORM ON BLOCKCHAIN! on: September 21, 2017, 10:57:12 PM
Do I understand right that real people should make translations? But this service is useful only for big texts, right?
Can I use it to translate 1-2 sentences instantly?

I was imagining real person to person voice contact. Because text based is too slow, and I was imagining this being used with say tourist trying to communicate with natives. The native are not going to wait for them to type it out on their phone, which is so slow, and then wait for someone to respond. For that might as well use Google translate.

Yes, as far as I understand, the developers take as their basis the voice, not the text. Thus, the application is provided in ordinary everyday situations, literally on the move. A kind of pocket translator

It seems to me that the possibility of text translation is also necessary. If we are talking about helping in everyday situations, it may happen that a translation is needed, but there is no way to talk.

Text translation is not so convenient for the user. Moreover, there are a lot of services that can translate text.

I have a question, why is a Twitter campaign ranked more than a facebook campaign?
In my opinion, everything is assessed equally
why, then Facebook campaign - 18% (over 216 000 US Dollars) but Twitter campaign - 25% (over 300 000 US Dollars)
Publications are evaluated equally, just on Twitter allocated more funds
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][🔥PRE-ICO]🔥LANGPIE🔥 - ONLINE-TRANSLATION PLATFORM ON BLOCKCHAIN! on: September 21, 2017, 05:43:17 AM
Interesting concept, but if it's decentralized how can one guarantee that the person that they will match up with is an expert in the languages that they are translating in?

There are a lot of people who studied different languages, and they feel very confident, but in reality they're no better than Google translator.

There are many people here in the US who have a hard time speaking English, but don't realize how limited they are. It's a human nature thing.

We assume that in order to become an interpreter in our application, you will need to pass several language tests. Simply put, you definitely will not get a person who can not help you

But who administers these tests? Is it a centralized company, or is it something built right into the software. If so, what about cheaters?

Hopefully it will have a rating system I guess.

The developers, after all, said that the system will be rated to encourage the work of translators

After starting the project, will you work as a web platform or as an application for different devices? I could help with the development, I have a lot of experience in programming, interesting?

Perhaps, this is one of the biggest lotteries that are in the hands of companies. By the way, no one knows from which country the team?

Guy, no one has seen the faces of the developers. It's pointless about asking the country

This can cause distrust of the project. Although, I must say, the community is mostly positive about this lottery. I do not understand, does this speak of the net reputation of developers or do the guys just have to believe in the opportunity to get rich?

I can speak only for myself, but initially the project did not inspire me much confidence. After reading the comments of other users, I realized that you really can invest in this project. Although I'm not completely sure that I'm interested in this

This is the first time I've encountered such a project. I have a few questions about its implementation, there often appear admins?

I have a question, Pre-ICO successful, I can still invest in this project, or have all the tokens already been sold?
Yes, of course there will still be an opportunity to purchase quiet tokens. This will probably be done at the ISO stage
And when the ICO stage starts?
