I don't know why people are not seeing things from my own perspective of thing about this Chelsea team,I am not a Chelsea fan,but I understand what the coach is trying to build here,and as we all know,the first phase of any project is not always good,and it's always full of criticism and hate,but if the Management gives him more time to do well,I believe he will transform the team to a greater heights.The players bought have not blended well with each other,they haven't known their legs and the way each others play,by the time they will master themselves,everybody will see the turn around. But I doubt if the management are going to be patient enough with Pochetino,just the way Arsenal management was patient with Arteta,and allowed him to execute his project successfully.Therefore,if they can give him more time,I am optimistic that with the couple of players they have in that team now,they will do well.
