Facing Galatasaray, Bayern Munich must pay special attention to their defense if they don't want to concede. Galatasaray will probably play quite carefully in this match and playing at home gives Galatasaray the opportunity to get victory or the match ends in a draw.
The counterattack that Bayern must anticipate when facing Galatasaray because seeing from their game against Manchester United, the long passes of the Galatasaray players for counterattacks are quite troublesome and this must be anticipated by Bayern who always attack by locking up the defence and their players always come out of their posts to help attacks such as Davies and Mazroui who are always active in helping Bayern's attacks this could be a gap for Galatasaray.
But I'm pretty sure with the current difference in strength then this will not be a problem for Bayern and they will still win 3 points in this match.
842  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: October 09, 2023, 08:16:23 AM
Barcelona didn't have many of their key players today, so I wasn't surprised by this draw. I think it was a valid game despite the absence of important players, but in order to be the best in the league and move to the first place in the season, they should not have so many draws.

Now they definitely had to win El-Clasico to play for the top. I think the transfer of İlkay Gündoğan is a good transfer. He is a central midfielder who is very compatible with the Barcelona chemistry, and is a player who always thinks of good passes.
I don't think that can be used as a strong excuse even though some of their players are absent but against Granada, which is a club that is far below them in terms of level, it cannot be used as an excuse because their squad looks much more luxurious.
De Jong's absence in midfield was a problem but I didn't really like Xavi's decision to force Cancelo to play at right-back which made him less dominant in this match.
This has happened and fortunately they didn't lose the match but there are some things that need to be evaluated because looking at the conditions now it's not very good if it continues like this.

1-1 for Napoli after the 1st half, they scored a goal with a penalty.

Not an easy game until now.

Final score Napoli  1 - 3 Fiorentina another surprise today when Napoli were beaten at home, I don't even think Fiorentina can draw but in fact they can win
I don't know whether this is just luck for Fiorentina because based on statistics the two teams played evenly but 2 goals in the second half were really beyond our expectations even though we hope Napoli will do it lol, now with the addition of 3 points Fiorentina takes over 4th place and Napoli broke their good record in the previous 2 matches.
This is a big problem for Napoli as they still can't maintain the consistency they should be able to.
The chances they got in this match as well as seeing this on target indicates that their performance has decreased drastically compared to last season. There is work that Garcia still has to continue to fix in this case because looking at Napoli's current condition they do not have a problem in terms of fitness but their teamwork is not very good and many opportunities are wasted which actually benefits their opponents.
This is their second defeat and if we compare it with last season it means that in the first 8 matches this season Napoli have lost half of their total defeat last season.
844  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: October 08, 2023, 09:24:52 PM
The current EPL is unique, with outstanding performances from these elite teams. Congratulations on the Gunners' stimulating triumph over City; that's remarkable momentum. Mikel Arteta has proven football fans wrong by defeating his previous boss in today's game, emphasizing that maintaining consistency is paramount. Arsenal won after a long and difficult day at the Emirates Stadium. I would blame City's poor performance on a lack of passion to put pressure on the Gunners, who were brilliant; perhaps City's primary players remained unavailable.
Surprises always happen and it's quite difficult to see how the EPL will continue because in recent weeks there always seems to be surprises on display.
In this match Arsenal deserved to win but what bugged me was that Manchester City did not seem to play like Manchester City in the previous few matches.
They are really chaotic in terms of their schemes and attacks are not directed, the absence of midfielders as attack organisers makes Manchester City overwhelmed to face Arsenal this week and this is quite unfortunate when Rodri and Arteta are not in the squad Manchester City lose their spirit as the master of the field.

Hopefully anyone who is a member of this forum and is ONLY making minimum wage in a place like Bangladesh and/or any other country with similar kinds of low level wages, these people should be working towards increasing their wages rather than merely making minimum wage...
easier said than done. Bangladesh is the 8th most populated country in the whole world. in a place like this the competition is so high and the opportunity is so low that you should be happy that you are making a minimum wage. but not all people are only making the minimum wage, there are people whose daily expenses is more than minimum wage earned by people.
there are some side hustles that you can do in order to increase your wages but finding a proper job and keep doing the side hustles is quite a bit hard in here. and from what I know in my country the minimum wage-earning people are most likely illiterate or doing works that doesn't include any technological knowledge. so I don't think they will come forward and invest in Bitcoin. and those who are investing in Bitcoin are those who really know about it. so tackling the minimum wage is not a big deal here.
Apart from the country's economic conditions which are indeed difficult to improve and fierce competition in the end we also cannot do anything about it but when talking about investing especially in bitcoin actually this is also no compulsion because if in the end they (people in Bangladesh) can survive with their circumstances that do have minimal wages but can still invest in bitcoin I think that is something that should be appreciated because in this forum I know several Bangladeshis who are still active and investing in bitcoin.
That is one of the behaviours that I think is extraordinary regardless of their economy but they can still set aside money to invest.

But indeed in the end this also refers to economic conditions, when our economy does not allow it, then don't be too forced because however forcing secondary investments is not permitted even though it is in bitcoin because I think before investing, first think about our economic conditions so as not to torture yourself.
If in the end it is felt that it is enough for you to survive in difficult economic conditions then make an investment to support a good old age.
846  Economy / Economics / Re: I am forgetting the value of money. on: October 06, 2023, 09:54:53 PM
In my country, even $5 is considered a reasonable amount for the lower middle class. I spent $5 to purchase a seemingly worthless movie or music subscription, and I fall into the lower middle class category myself.

I've begun to realize that I may be losing touch with the value of money due to exposure to the vast sums and high salaries of people online. In the past, when I had no access to the internet and a phone, I used to carefully save every cent and think twice before spending just $1. However, now I find myself spending more without a second thought.

This is one of the human traits that is bound to happen to everyone who has earned money because there is a form where we always think that we will always feel less in terms of needs as the money we have increases.
I think everyone must have felt something like this where when the money we get per month is bigger than before then our needs will also increase over time.

This is a normal thing but it should not be a habit because it is a bad behaviour where we slowly become someone who has a hedonistic nature along with high income.

It is difficult to anticipate this where one of the reasons is our lack of wisdom in determining attitudes and trying to buy what we want instead of what we need.

And do you guys suggest, Mbappe leaves PSG to another club. If yes, to what club will Mbappe move to. I personally feel Mbappe should exit the PSG by now and move to maybe one of the EP league where he will be faced with more formidable teams like that of Arsenal or Man city. I feel like his being in the PSG is dominating and not necessarily challenging to him. Every player needs that challenge to be able to perform better. And I think that's the same perception that Zlatan Ibrahimovic has over the star players that are migrating the Europe down to the Saudi Pro Leagues and Chinese leagues. In Ibrahimovic's opinion, while talking against the decisions of Ronaldo, Neymar and Karim Benzema having migrated to SPL, saying that Money is not everything. However, that didn't stop them from performing as they are doing well. Although, the reason why they're still maintaining the tempo is because they need to prove even more efforts because of the the amount spent on them and not to lose relevance.
Moving to a Premier League club must also be clear what kind of club because in the end this is also important to support whether he can indeed compete later or not, the most important thing about this is whether the Premier League club can afford to take them.

What I know from some rumours is that Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal were link with Mbappe last season but it only became a rumour because even though clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal wanted him at that time but they were aware that their financial condition was not very good which made them just hope without any movement.

Breaking News!

Paul Pogba has tested positive for doping following today's test and this means his career is over. Paul Pogba will be banned from playing for a long time and of course he will have to accept this consequence because he has used doping. As a football player he must act professionally in dealing with this problem and must also be responsible for what he has done. Currently, Juventus is certainly also considering the next steps to take for Paul Pogba and it is very likely that Juventus will terminate his contract in the near future.

Source: https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1710274757847822640

Obviously, if Pogba has tested positive for doping and a ban on playing has also been received, then of course Juventus will terminate his contract. It doesn't matter if Pogba is still under contract because anyway, basically there is no more opportunity for Juventus to play Pogba. So yes, I think it is clear that the right step is to terminate Pogba contract and then, Pogba will no longer be able to play football in his career. Indeed, this case is a big blow of course for Pogba and also for Juventus, but because this has happened and proven then it seems that there is no longer any effort that can be done.
Sooner or later something like this must happen because previously we also knew that in several statements from Juventus they were ready and would participate in conducting an examination of Pogba so it is certain that when he is indeed positive for doping there is no reason to keep Pogba at Juventus until his contract expires.

This is clearly a blow because indirectly at this time the career of Pogba was destroyed because of his own actions which made me feel this was the end of Pogba in the world of football and his professional career as a football player.

This should be a lesson for some other players as well because in the end to improve their performance they still have better ways than doing it with doping.
849  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you seen gambling advertisements on TV? Opinion. on: October 06, 2023, 08:33:50 AM
While watching TV with my kid, I've watched various advertisements of gambling nature (let's say for example, Rummy123, RummyCircle, A23 Rummy, etc.)
These are all specifically Indian ads, but I'm sure you may have seen various gambling advertisements, some banners at boundaries when cricket is ongoing, even in any other sport. How would a kid ignore those things, they might just come and ask you about what is it. Till when can we lie to them? Don't you think that the frequency of such ads must be less in order to let the kids not get trapped into gambling and don't do it at such a small age?
I think for gambling advertisements only a few countries do that because indeed for my country gambling is still not allowed and is still illegal for all parties to consume even though there are still some conditions where some places for gambling exist but this is still something taboo.
Especially if it is used as an advertisement, it seems that this still does not exist and is unlikely to happen in my country.
For the problem of gambling advertisements on television, there should be some rules that must be set even if the government allows gambling but there must be restrictions where gambling advertisements must be at certain times so as not to be seen by children.

It looks like my decision to bet when Marseille were 2-0 up for a draw was right this time as with my draw bet on Brighton being left out at odds of 7.00 it worked out very well in this match.
I am now waiting for my multi for West Ham, Liverpool and Leverkusen. If we look at the time which is now entering the crucial time in the last 10 minutes for Leverkusen and Liverpool who are ahead at the moment it looks like this will also be my other win in this match especially West Ham has already confirmed 3 points for them against Freiburg.
It's a pretty good day for my betting Cheesy

It is ridiculous that the SBF does not want to admit fault for this problem,
Once the trial begins and if we have enough evidence to send him to jail, it won't matter whether he wants to plead guilty or not. His fate is no longer in his hands anymore.

SBF might not be favored very much by pleaing.. and there are some small chances that he could hang the jury or something like that, but there are still other charges that are outstanding.. ... so it is difficult to imagine any scenario in which he does not get at least 5-10 years.. would really be some long shot kinds of scenarios, and perhaps his going to trial is an attempt to shoot at those long shot scenarios.. even though he is likely using other people's money for the cost of the trial.. but that's another matter... remember at one point, he said that he ONLY had like $100k in his bank account.. another one of his lies.
Actually in this condition I do not really like to see trials with the common law legal system because I prefer to see civil law which in my opinion is more applicable especially for SBF cases but when it comes to SBF and USA cases, it is definitely common law that will be used with the jury as one of the reinforcements even though it is the judge who has the decision.
On the other hand, looking at the scope of the current 12 jurors if you look at their background, they do not have any background in crypto so this will clearly confuse them so that this could be an advantage for SBF in his trial even though indeed with some facts that have been spread such as he was proven to take advantage of FTX for his own interests, it is enough to be used as one of the irrefutable evidence but this could also be reversed.
However, if this is just a long term scenario as you say, then it is likely that this case will drag on even though it would be better for him to stay in jail for a long time.

Even though there were doubts, Joselu was able to prove it with the several goals he scored. Joselu is not Ancelotti's mainstay but he is always needed at the right time and he always makes a contribution to Madrid. I'm pretty sure he will continue to develop and maybe Ancelotti will make him a regular player. Currently Joselu is the second most fertile player at his club after Bellingham, the collaboration between the two players has made Madrid successful in leading the standings.
Actually if you look at Joselu's performance with Espanyol last season he was also quite good but the doubt in this context is that maybe he will not be a good substitute for Benzema but until now his performance when given the opportunity by Ancelotti I think is still quite good for a fairly cheap loan player.

But to make him a regular player with Ancelotti's 4-3-1-2 formation is clearly difficult because after all with Rodrygo and Vini in attack then surely they will be the priority but it will be a slightly different story if there is finally a change of scheme with Madrid's standard formation last season with their 4-3-3 then Joselu could be one of Madrid's choices.

The best key in this world is knowledge. Whatever you do without knowing about it is pointless, even if you have money and no knowledge in this life. Everything you accomplish will be for naught. You can't just start investing in Bitcoin without first learning about it. What do you think will happen at the conclusion of the day? Since your direction is more crucial than your speed, always keep it positive. Never consent to someone leading you astray.
I still feel that knowledge and skills and experience should be balanced in this regard.
Indeed, we will be reckless when doing something without knowledge but on the other hand, when we only struggle with knowledge and only stick to theory but without action carried out as a form of skill, it will also only be bland because it has a shell but the contents are empty considering that we only understand the theory but do not understand when applying the theory we have.

Do not forget that there are some conditions that will definitely occur when we start practicing and it will not be the same as the theory (knowledge) that we rely on as our material to try. In the end, when we only dabble in theory, our talk may lead to academic matters but we will not have anything if we do not dare to try and experience firsthand which makes knowledge with all kinds of theories useless.

well, it sounds very interesting when PSG loses Mbappe and is replaced by Osimhen and looking at Osimhen style of playing quality is on par with Mbappe and is suitable to join PSG. even if there will be many offers in the winter like osimhen and Mbappe, it seems that from now on we can predict a big chance of a move for these two talented players and I also hope that Mbappe will soon come to Real madrid and Osimhen to PSG.
Many rumors at this time Mbappe will stay because of the club owner's statement Mbappe is now happy to be at PSG after the anxiety of last transfer season.

Another one Osimhen will extend the contract with Napoli because the owner of Napoli was equally able to convince Osimhen, this has nothing to do with the chaos on social media about tiktok even though Osimhen's agent has reported the Napoli club.

The concern is that there are so many offers to Osimhen, English clubs have started to show a lot of interest, if Osimhen's offer wants to go there then it is very likely to happen, but we never know in the future.
I think Mbappe's contract at PSG is just a formality to get money because in some other rumours it is said that the contract extension is 1 year in the season but in some other rumours it is said that there is a note in the contract where Mbappe must be sold at the end of the summer although this cannot be confirmed whether this is true or not like Osimhen, Aurelio De Laurentiis seems pretty confident that he can extend Osimhen's contract despite the controversy that occurred earlier even though that's the case, I guess it's just a matter of seeing how it goes once the transfer window reopens because sometimes there are things that clubs don't mention directly just to save themselves the hassle of a lot of speculation.

I was surprised by Osimhen's leap because he beat Rudiger in an aerial duel, but Kepa was still very alert because if he hadn't been, it could have been a goal.
A tense second half but Madrid came out on top in the end and I'm happy with the result and my bet on the game.
The game was worth watching as the intensity from start to finish was hot and that's what I expect from a big game.
My bets on Bayern, Madrid and Inter worked out, but Arsenal were beyond my expectations.
Anyone would agree that the Napoli and Madrid match was the match of the day as it was a thriller with neither club wanting to drop points although in the end Meret's own goal dashed Napoli's hopes of a point as Madrid took all 3 points.
With this result Madrid are firmly on top with 6 points and I reckon this will hold until the end for Madrid although I still feel that Napoli will take second place.

In another match 2 English clubs had to lose points where the favourite Arsenal had to lose to Lens and Casemiro's red card for Manchester United allowed Galatasaray to make a comeback and get 3 points for the second match and unfortunately with this defeat Manchester United had to be ranked last in group A.

It is well-recognized fact that predicting the future price of bitcoin is difficult. But historically speaking, October seems to be a month when the price of a bitcoin tends to rise a little more than in previous months.
To me I don't think there would be any much Bitcoin price movement in these October, one of the things you should understand is that the possibility of Bitcoin repeating a price movement on a particular month is not certain and perhaps if you check very closely you will see that during the times Bitcoin price use to repeat uptrend on the Month of October are mostly when the halving are still in some years ahead so if there was supposed to be any drastic price movement it would have done it earlier before now, so the Bitcoin price has been on a consolidation for sometime now and since we are in the last quarter of the year there is a likelihood that Bitcoin price will still maintain those levels till the halving take place then you can expect Bitcoin price to surpass the ATH, so let's not allowed the psychology or speculation that Bitcoin price normally increase October affect our plans of accumulation.

But if you look at the data that always happens in every October, it is usual for bitcoin to always experience a pretty good increase and most of it is always positive, even though this is not a reference, it can still be a hope and encouragement especially if bitcoin can be more positive because it could be for this October to start the bitcoin rally towards halving.
Halving itself if you look at the current October actually if we count and the benchmark is April it is only 6 months more (not a few years).
But in this case of course we must also be aware that if our target is further away this is only to reassure ourselves that the future will be better for bitcoin not as a stop because in the end we must also be aware that this increase will still be considered a temporary increase.

Currently, PGMOL has also actually admitted that Diaz's goal should have been allowed but this kind of thing has happened even though it is now admitted that it was an error from the referee, it still does not restore anything. Liverpool have also responded by providing a statement relating to this matter.

But again this also cannot be changed because it has already happened but it is important for PGMOL because this can be a good lesson and in the end for future matches there are no more human errors like this so as not to harm one of the clubs in a match.
Who else is still following the VAR controversy at Tottenham on Saturday between the Liverpool. After this event, Liverpool had took it upon itself to trail the case to make a request to the PGMOL to release the audio conversation of the incident. Interestingly, PGMOL was able to get Liverpool with the footages for their review. We are also hoping and waiting to have it released publicly. On the flip side, the VAR official was biased and used emotion to make his judgment. I still don't take it as a mistake because Diaz strike wasn't supposed to be ruled out just like that. The official could have taken more time to analyze this before taken on in his conclusion. As a penalty, both the VAR official and his assistant have been removed from matchday duties for the rest of the week.

I join others who criticized the decision of the VAR team who didn't intervene after they had discovered the true part of the incident. They could have just resolved it while the game was still on. Although, they capitalized on the IFAB Rule 10. Nonetheless, they could have done better to have resolved this issue on the pitch. I want to believe thst Tottenham took the home advantage over Liverpool. But next time, the VAR team needs to get better sothey don't raise the football fan's possible concerns on Favoritism.

But in situations like this, what should be the possible outcome, will the goal be counted or does it mean the PGMOL does not have any provision to address such mistakes in favor of the victims?
Currently, several things have been released including audio conversations during the VAR and there are indeed several reviews that PGMOL is still conducting to date.
PGMOL recognises the mistake made in disallowing Diaz's goal which should have been valid due to poor audio for communication from the referee and VAR referee and PGMOL also wants this infrastructure to be re-evaluated to prevent similar incidents from happening.

In addition, PGMOL is also still conducting several other reviews whether this will ultimately change the previous results or not but indeed if in the end if they admit the mistakes made as a form of accountability then there must be several things they can do such as changing the results even though this will also definitely get pros and cons for some parties.
We still have to wait for the continuation of this it seems because of course Liverpool also wants justice or at least compensation in this case.

Still, emphasising on a striker with ferocious instincts is important for a big club and Madrid are still searching for that.
With some new and young players like Jude currently providing the colour for Madrid that is a good thing but on the other hand in this case we must also be aware that Madrid will not forever be able to depend on Jude who is only a midfielder or second striker because if there is a striker who can make their goal productivity rise then that would be even better.
Even though they are still very good now, things like this should not be used as satisfaction because of course Madrid must also continue to upgrade themselves to become even better.

In general, this is possible. But when it comes to Mbappe specifically, he will definitely help the team, he will strengthen it, because he is a player who can score consistently. But I doubt that he will move to Real Madrid. The story with him has been going on for a few years now and so far it all boils down to the negative development of this story, that Mbappe is more likely to stay on to play in PSG, and I'm afraid it's for the money
At least for now I still feel like there's a bit of a difference between the previous few seasons and this one.
Seeing the conditions and drama from Mbappe before with PSG it strengthens my belief that he will leave sooner or later it will definitely happen.

But the goal is only Mbappe who knows where he can fit in in the end and now it depends on Madrid whether they will be willing to return to pursue Mbappe because basically if they return to being passive like last season something like this still won't happen, it's just that by looking at the probability and power of money, Madrid can do it and there are still many football observers who are convinced of this.

Mnchester United are restricted in spending money to sign many players this season, so it requires Erik Ten Hah to be able to think about making the best use of the money allocated. Erik Ten Hag failed to build a good squad this season, so that affected their match results. He's been here for a season, but he hasn't shown anything that people have been waiting for. They have been promising in some games, but the problem is that they have become something that cannot be expected in the games that they play after they have plyed well.
The allocation they have is not too much for a big club but still if you look at the money they spend on some players like Hojlund, Onana and Mount it is more than 150 million which is also quite large but there are indeed some things that make fans a little not too fond of this restriction so that they always feel dissatisfied with Glazer as a bigwig at Manchester United.

But besides that with the money they are currently pouring out especially for last summer's transfers it is actually very large in my opinion but of course whether Ten Hag chose correctly or not until now we still haven't seen anything positive from the purchases made.
