Gumshed has set a great example by showing a way. As long as there are some of us who carry the torch forward, The Movement can live on. It's time to add some fuel to the engine.
The activity here slowed down quite a bit since I last checked in in March. Are there still plans for the future to keep this going? It is quite here and i don't think it will come some good news. For me look like almost dead project! |

A prescindere dalla possibilità o meno di essere perseguito, se pensiate ci sia davvero l'estremo per un procedimento giudiziario (ovvero uno o più reati), è corretto e doveroso effettuare una segnalazione alle autorità competenti.
Dai messaggi anteriori mi pare di capire che qualcuno si sia già mosso. Gli estremi per un procedimento giudiziario civile ci sono tutti , basterebbe creare un canale dove le persone coinvolte si mettessero tutti d'accordo per procedere, non è solo coinvolto Ubiatar ci sono anche altre società svizzere di criptovalute coinvolte direttamente in questo fallimento. Vi garantisco che solo la lettera di uno studio legale basterebbe a far tremare tutti a lugano! |

Ma come sono arrivati a prendere quella decisione di iscriverla nel registro dei morti??? AAaaa, sotto ci sono le spiegazioni!! Beh, senza neanche leggere le motivazioni basta vedere il volume su Idex: 0 assoluto, non ci sono transazioni da mesi, più morta di cosi non si può. Non ci sono più notizie, non ci sono più admin, è tutto alla deriva, è chiaro che tutto il progetto fosse scam altrimenti ci sarebbero aggiornamenti. non è listata da nessuna parte, ne scambiata su dex... ne si può spendere nell'app. chissà cosa ne pensa di questa vicenda il politecnico di torino campeggia il loro logo in home page https://web.archive.org/web/20190610223224/https://www.ubiatarplay.io/Vogliamo anche parlare di LUXOCHAIN  partner ufficiale di Ubiatar.. Riguardo Luxochain un utente mi aveva contattato tempo fa su Telegram dicendo che gli aveva scritto, e la risposta è stata questa: We have no relationship with Ubiatar, we develop blockchain technology for luxury goods. We only had tested the functionality of the app but as you can see on our WP and website we do not use the technology or sell to our customers.Quindi questa è l'ennesima truffa, stanno menzionando partner commerciali che non esistono. Non ho capito ti ha contattato uno del team di luxochain dicendo che loro non sono coinvolti? Io purtroppo per il momento non posso divulgare info confidenziali a breve vi dico tutto su come sono andate veramente le cose e chi c'è sotto realmente ad Ubiatar. No Davide, sono stato contattato su Telegram da un utente, del quale non farò il nome, che immagino sia rimasto truffato da Ubiatar e sapendo come io in prima persona stessi seguendo il caso mi ha detto che lui aveva scritto a Luxochain per chiedere se fossero davvero partner di Ubiatar come scritto sul sito, e come puoi vedere dalla risposta loro hanno smentito. Che gente ,son dei grandi bugiardi, fin quando qualcuno non si decide a dargli la lezione che merita faranno sempre i porci comodi loro. Questa gente è vomitevole sotto ogni aspetto. |

I just think if UAC is priceless at the end (currently), why UbiatarPlay team hadn't distributed the tokens to people especially bountiers to pay their jobs in full amount? or perhaps just distribute the tokens anyway as airdrop to as many as possible people for future benefits?
Team had collected a lot of fiat money, why they keep UAC token on theirs?
Besides being incompetent, as already said by Davide, they are also full of themselves: they don't listen to nobody, they decided to cut all the collaborations they had because they didn't want to do things as suggested by people with much more greater experience and also they were scared that the bounty hunters would have dumped their token. What they didn't realize, because they're stupid, it's that not paying the bounty hunters opened their Pandora's box and people began to investigate them, and one by one we discovered all the shit they've done. It's funny because they got caught scamming people because they didn't want to give away a useless token, if they'd have paid the bounty hunters their scam could've gone much further. Do you understand now because they're so stupid? All tokens are useless , just to remember everyone that bitcoin was free when it started.However I do not think they have run out of money, most likely a good slice of money they divided between them, 3 or 4 people max, good money i guess! |
