841  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How to approach Binance? on: April 25, 2018, 06:29:26 PM
Didn't you save the QR code or the back up key of your 2FA?
The support page seems to work fine in my end:

  • Go to https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  • In the drop down, select Help with Google Auth as your issue (the complete form will be visible)
  • On the Google Auth(2FA) Issue Type, select Disable Google Two-Factor(2FA)

    • You will then see this:

Please visit the link according to your issue (have or don't have backup key) and read the guide carefully.

Where I can find announcement channel? For example telegram or mailing list, because it's hard to follow the bitcointalk thread.
Go to https://byteball.org/ , scroll down up to the bottom and you'll see "Subscribe for the latest Byteball updates" there.
For other source of info and updates, see links below :

843  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Cryptopia Cryptocurrency Platform Services and Development on: April 25, 2018, 02:07:56 PM
Hello guys I have issue with Cryptopia security settings. I cannot enable Google 2F-A - at the end of setup the button Submit is inactive. What am I doing wrong?
After putting the Google Authentication code in the text box, click the Verify Code (I think that's what you missed). If you provided a correct one, it will turn green (see image below) and the Submit button will be enabled.

844  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Hitbtc on: April 24, 2018, 11:59:13 PM
I used the site once, deposited > exchanged > then withdraw. No problems encountered, but I stopped using the site after that because of the issues I've read about it.
845  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero Wallet on: April 24, 2018, 11:01:53 PM
I use Kraken to exchange coins. Its not safe to keep there altcoins? Also if you transfer from pool to personal wallet and after to exchange, you will pay fees twice.
As I said above, it's not as safe as using a personal wallet where you keep the private keys yourself. Moreover, please take note and check if Kraken allows/supports transactions from pools because some other exchanges do not. Better safe than sorry.
846  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: April 24, 2018, 09:52:07 PM
the parking rates will applay per May 1,
Daily 0.19%
Weekly 1.34%
Monthly 5.83%
Quarterly 17.5%
Half yearly 35%
Annual 70%

I think the minexcoin team needs to enter MNX into a bigger market like bittrex or something else, this will be good for minexcoin
Correct me if I'm wrong, but as far as I understand the parking rates will be reduced 16 days after today (April 24 , date of the publication of the blog). So, it was supposed to be on May 10 and not May 1 as antislip stated? Just to avoid confusion.
847  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: April 24, 2018, 09:02:56 PM
Hi, could you share how to get private key from  Byteball wallet. I have no clue about this but suspect I might need that sort of thing later. I use light version,  BTW.
You can use this complete guide on How to make backup of your byteball wallet as reference. There are 3 options available, choose what suits you best:

     A. Backing up seeds & recovery your wallet from seed
     B. Full Backup & Recovery
     C. Manually Backup

Sorry, this is not exactly what I want.
Oh. You mentioned that you might need it later on right? I assume for restoring your wallet. tonych stated before here that "Unlike Bitcoin, private key in Byteball is not enough to restore access to funds.", that's why I shared how to back up so that you can easily restore in the future. Please check https://wiki.byteball.org/Wallet/en as well to know more about the wallet.
848  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: MERCATOX - Cryptocurrency and E-currency Exchange. E-wallet. P2P Exchange on: April 24, 2018, 04:06:41 AM
im withdraw about 15 hours but now, not completed and support dont reply me? SITE SCAM?HuhHuh?? , please check transaction ID: DF969786BA6A192A33521CDF263AA742
I had a withdrawal recently and it went smooth. What coin/token did you withdraw? Maybe there's some delay with that. We can't check the TX ID without knowing what coin it is. Anyway, I think you should wait at least 24 hrs for the support, afaik they will not (or couldn't rather) answer instantly like in other exchanges.
849  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero Wallet on: April 24, 2018, 03:39:13 AM

my self, save Monero only on local exchange.
I think makes it easy if suddenly the price goes up, then immediately sell.
or also when the price goes down.
That can be, however, it's not a safe choice or not recommended at least if you plan to hold the coin/token long term since you're not holding your private keys.
850  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero Wallet on: April 23, 2018, 11:20:45 PM
There are multi currency wallets available, unfortunately, monero isn't supported. There's a limited number of wallets that can be used to store XMR. I would rather use any of the official wallets for it (desktop or mobile) and a separate multi currency wallet for other coins.

852  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cryptopia(exchange) holding Bytebal deposits. Take caution while depositing. on: April 23, 2018, 09:05:39 AM
Sad I didn't know that before I deposited my bytebal over there. Last time did all those having issues got their money back? I.e did they get their deposits alright on time?
As far as I know GBYTE wallet was in Maintenance status that time and took a long time to be enabled again. They got their coins when the wallet came back online (not sure though if all of them).

The case now seems to be different. On their CoinInfo page, GBYTE wallet status is OK, Listing status is Active, and there are Connections, so I wonder why there is still a problem. They should have put it in Maintenance status again if there are issues so that users will neither deposit nor withdraw coins at the moment.

853  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: After a Bad Sell on: April 23, 2018, 08:34:37 AM
How do you deal with this?
You'll regret a bit, that's natural. Just look on the brighter side and be satisfied since you're not at a loss. You sold it for a small profit, what's good with that is you still got profit. Smiley

Any tips to minimize this or overcome after such bad timing decisions?
Diverse the sell order next time. That way, when you sold some, you can buy again when the price got lower and you still have pending sell orders when the price goes up more.

You know what, you'll feel the same if the situation goes the other way round. When you did not sell at that price then it suddenly goes down again. The price when you sold might not be best, but it's still good. It's always a good thing when you got profit (regardless if it's big or small) imo. So don't really consider it a bad sell.
854  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: My E-wallet address lost! on: April 23, 2018, 08:01:01 AM
It's either you go to data recovery specialists just like sunsilk have mentioned or do the recovery by yourself.

If you know how to root the phone and use a software for recovery, check here for an option. Not so sure, but as far as I remember you need to buy the EaseUS premium since the Free version gives you a limited access. Please take note as well that not all the files can be recovered because some of it will be corrupted after the process.

You might choose to just forget it rather than do the recovery if it will cost more than your wallet balance.
855  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex is automatically selling my coins on: April 23, 2018, 07:22:01 AM
Please note that auto-sell will continue until you disable it. Since it seems that you haven't disable the one you used few days ago, Bittrex sold your newly bought altcoins, probably because you have more than the minimum trade size.

For the question how, proceed with cissrawk's answer
856  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Minexcoin - A new era of payments on: April 22, 2018, 11:56:32 PM
Lol. At the time I wasn't sure what was going on. I was talking about how someone dumped a ton of their coins either on purpose or by mistake. Apparently nothing to see here. lol.. And damn right I thought it was something worse than it actually was for a minute until further investigation and reading more into things.  Cheesy Also blockfolio showed MNX price at 1$ which was interesting. Actually it still shows price at 1$ for those interested in checking themselves. Apparently a glitch/error from Blockfolio. Might have been the reason for the massive panic sell from some people. So yeah I was concerned and admittedly overreacted. Here's a pat on your head Galabau24.. Go ahead and ban me cause I could care less.
Of course. So many people get scammed every day with crypto can't really blame them. I admit to overreacting and jumping to conclusions. I've been burned in the past by a few projects admittedly and have been parking coins for a long time now and to see such a drop maybe caused post traumatic scam syndrome. I tend to get protective and aggressive at times with my investments so apologies. Hope all is forgiven.  Smiley Just so everyone knows I did buy a bunch of MNX during that dump from well positioned buy orders and will be parking those coins shortly.

I don't think many users here uses blockfolio, if so you'll see a lot of posts about that issue here too. Users most commonly check the price via coinmarketcap.

So you really are STACKING_CRYPTOS on reddit? I think that's no big deal anymore, at least you admit it (better if you'll do on reddit too). Just do the research first next time to avoid confusion to others.
857  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toast Wallet on: April 22, 2018, 11:15:47 PM
Dis you use the Windows 7+ version before? If not then you can try the portable and Windows 10 version if you really want the desktop wallet. It's kinda weird that instead of processor (64 and 32 bit) option, their installer depends on the OS (Windows 7, Windows 10).
858  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Can ANYONE help me withdraw my cash from CEX.io?? on: April 22, 2018, 04:14:45 PM
USD and GBP withdrawals got temporarily suspended since Jan (announced here), so they are not yet resumed as it seem. Options given by CEX:

To withdraw your USD and GBP funds from CEX.IO, you are welcome to use the following withdrawal methods:
  • Payment card;
  • Bank withdrawal in EUR (both SEPA and Bank Transfers in EUR work properly);
  • Crypto withdrawal.

If not satisfied, you can send a private message to CEX support here in the forum for confirmation or another option if any :

859  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [2018-04-21]Fake Websites Around ICO Telegram Enriched Scammers Once Again on: April 22, 2018, 06:24:55 AM
That's right, there's no official announcement for TON ICO, but still, there are people who just invest in sites that suddenly came up from nowhere. I saw several posts here in the forum saying that they have been scammed of a fake TON ICO website. Most likely they got overly excited thinking that TON ICO will be a success that's why they invest withouth a second thought.
860  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Authentication code is incorrect - This account has been locked on: April 22, 2018, 01:13:46 AM
Regardless of what site or app it is, when your account got locked, the first thing you should do is to contact the support. They are the ones who can unlock your account.  You might be asked also for something, to prove that you're the account owner.
