841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I Wait or Invest On Bitcoin? on: December 31, 2017, 06:25:56 PM
I am newbie on bitcoin, recently introduced with the community. I have seen a lot of positive feedback about bitcoin investment. I am not interested do business or trade on market. I want to used it for long term investment only. Some people suggested me anytime is good for invest on bitcoin but I want to do it wisely. If you have some idea of the market and analysis kindly do it for me.

I think the best way to consider is to Invest in bitcoin. Investing in the business of bitcoin will provide you a high yield of interest which even you
are sleep your money is still working for you. in other words they will give you a huge amount of return on investment in just short period of time.

Right. And waiting only makes you lose a lot of opportunities. You must be firm if you decide to start a career as a trader. Part of it is to have confidence in yourself. If you decide to wait then you'll likely miss out on a better entry to buy your favorite alts.
842  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How To Deal with Bitcoins Up & Down Swings? Please Help. on: December 31, 2017, 06:22:32 PM
Lol. You have to accept that its part of trading. The market volatility is what makes it profitable for a lot of traders and it also flushes out weak hands so don't be one. Patience is going to be your best friend when things like that happens. Make sure you don't give in to panic or stress
843  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to your Bitcoin when you Die? on: December 31, 2017, 06:11:14 PM
Did you guys teach your family members on how to access and use your Bitcoin in case you will die?
Do you want to take your Bitcoin with you when you're gone?

Let me hear it from your own opinions...
when you die and only have access to private key your bitcoins will die like you.

be smart and give your wife/kids your private key number.

Yeah. I've done that already with my wife in case anything unexpected happens. Just make sure you give the information from people that you trully trust since we're already talking about serious money.
844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forbes Magazine calls Bitcoin a "Great Scam" on: December 31, 2017, 06:08:51 PM
We will soon see what the great scam is. Crypto Currency or the world you built on banks and corruption. BTC/Crypto and GOLD will rule you all !

Person who wrote the article possibly hasn't done any research to come up with such an inaccurate story. Bitcoin or cryprtocurrencies, is far from.being a scam. I'm only hearing this from tbose that doesn't know how.the crypto market works
845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ? on: December 31, 2017, 06:05:39 PM
in my opinion bitcoin is now being discussed both in social media as well as from person to person who already have a bitcoin account, and maybe in a hundred years bitcoin will continue to crawl up to be the most highly sought currency in the world

Being discussed today doesn't guarantee that it'll make you survive a century. A hundred years is a very long time and a lotnof things can happen. I'm not going to put all my money into it since just like fiat, bitcoin for some reason may crash within that long time period
846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to invest in cryptos if you're old? on: December 31, 2017, 06:02:34 PM
i believe no matter what age we have, it does not matter as long as we have money and our mind functional to invest in cryptos, profit will come to us in the future because cryptos profit will rise more every year as long as we invest in top 10 coins on the market.

Right. Age doesn't count for anything since investing in crypto won't require any physical aspects. If you have a capital, now matter what your age is, its ok to invest in crypto.
847  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the newyear 2018 on: December 31, 2017, 08:15:05 AM
The price movement seems to be following the same pattern it did since last year during the holidays. It dropped below just before january and a little during its 2017 first week but we all know what happened after that. That's why i'm pretty optimistuc about bitcoin  this coming 2018 since i've pretty much seen this before already
848  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOINCORRECTION on: December 31, 2017, 08:08:14 AM
For all the newbies and existing noobs, from the little knowledge I have,i have seen three different corrections vth d BTC prices this year, may be around may be vn it touched 3k it dipped nd bounced bk ,same observation vn it hit 5k,10k and 18k,its all aboutthe patience and the trust you have on the blockchain technology nd decentralized platform!

It's newbies most of the time that practice buy high sell low principle. All they need to do is make a couple of researches to calm themselves down in case the price drops due to corrections. As you've said, btc always bounces back afterwards.
849  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worried about btc future on: December 31, 2017, 08:05:00 AM
BTC will always be valued because of the limited supply, legacy, and demand. I don't see any other coin rising above and if they do, they're still different.
Right now I don't have worry in bitcoin because I know bitcoin will continue its legacy even its limited to use of many people and its value is sometimes fluctuate, also I have no worries when I'm using bitcoin because I know bitcoin is safe and secure to use of many people.
I have no worries right now even its future because it really do believe to bitcoin that it can continue its legacy even many years pass. Also I'm confident about bitcoin future because I can feel that it will last longer and remain the best cryptocurrency.

Unless something is done about the high fees and the time for transactions to complete, many alts will rise to challenge btc. We've already seen bcc, being the first btc fork coin, challenge btc dominance for a few days before. Who knows when ether or ripple willndonthe same if the problems with bitcoin is not addressed
850  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin now slowly drop should i sell? on: December 31, 2017, 08:04:30 AM
Bitcoin now drop for a while should I sell this or hold what should I do?
I have huge btc in my wallet.
Please share your opinion about this.
now that bitcoin is dropping, you must buy more bitcoin because all of us believe that bitcoin will be back to its highest price in the end of the year. do not worry about it. you must not panic selling. relax and wait for the right time that bitcoin will give you a large profit.

A lot of people always say that the only time you lose is when you sell at a loss. Given that, i think bitcoin is just under a holiday decline which isn't the first time it happened as it was also on a decline this time of the year last year. Hold if you don't reslly have the need to wothdraw because that's how you maximize your big btc wallet
851  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your New Year Resolutions for Bitcoin in 2018? on: December 31, 2017, 07:56:58 AM
Mine's to focus leas on bitcoin and more on other alts like ripple and bcc. Of course it will still be bitcoin mostly but i think i'll put more focus as well in these alts that i believe will have good value in the log run. People who never gave up or xrp, eth , bcc and even dgb are.niw having wonderful holidays
852  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not Money, is Faith on: December 31, 2017, 07:54:30 AM
Faith makes it money. Same way as what makes paper money valuable. When a lot of people believe in its value, and they trust it, then even if its just thin air, it becomes valuable.
853  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a currency? on: December 31, 2017, 07:52:30 AM
Yeah the fees are way too high and the tx times suck but it doesn't change the fact that it can still be used to pay for things.

If people and services start adopting SegWit, the fees needed to move value will decrease decently, but as long as SegWit adoption isn't picking up, people will still be subject to the current higher fees. Easy option I would say. Also, transaction times are pretty much near instant in most cases, so that's not really a problem. What you are referring to are the confirmation times, and yes, they more often than not work on people's nerves, especially in times where a higher fee translates into your transactions being included in a block sooner. In order to choose for a workable temporary solution, make use of SegWit....
If it isn't a currency so how can we call it then? Could you tell me further what's segwit is all about in the easiest term? Normally,I just read information but now I can see better information from real people in here. This could be a good source byfar. Just in my opinion,I think it will be a currency someday if accepted in government. Let's wait and see then.
Yes definitely bitcoin is not a currency. It is a cryptocurrency or digital currency.Currency is physical money or fiat currency like dollar.Physical currency does not require any internet connection to operate it whereas bitcoin requires internet.Bitcoin is not even legalised and is decentralised.Warren Buffet also does not like bitcoin and says it is untested. Many governemnts also speak against bitcoin too.
Physical currency, digital currency, they're both currencies used for making transactions. I don't think people are beginning to see that yet with bitcoin. And if you look at the high fees and the time to complete transactions, it's probably better to transact in fiat. What's emvedded in people's consciousness though is that it's something that generates profit. Currency or whatever, people are interested in btc because of its value
854  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people attract for the BitCoin than other crypto currency? on: December 31, 2017, 07:48:44 AM
Basically because it's the first. If you ask a person about crypto, they'll simply tell you it's bitcoin not knowing that bitcoin is just amother crypto coin in the market. There's a lot of advantages of being the original and btc is enjoying that regardless of how other alts seem to be better when it comes to use and features
855  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will fiat money lasts? Can anyone predict it? on: December 31, 2017, 06:52:43 AM
Currencies go up and down all the time. Its the same with bitcoin and crypto. Even if the dollar goes down, that doesn't mean that fiat is in trouble of vanishing. These things are intermittent and volatile. And fiat will probably last until the entire current system crashes
856  Other / Off-topic / Re: Racism on: December 31, 2017, 06:49:37 AM
Why some people are racist  I don't understand really ?!  Undecided  ,

   We all are same

No. We are not the same. Among the humans, we have thousands or even tens of thousands of ethnic groups. There is no harm in admitting it. We have hundreds of different religions, and thousands of different languages. Only if we admit that differences exist among us, we can take the necessary steps to prevent the racist incidents.

Nicely said. It's all about acceptance really. The problem is many people want to force their beliefs to others. They think of themselves as superior and that makes then look down on others who are different from them. Hence, racism.
857  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Business with and without education ? on: December 31, 2017, 06:45:26 AM
I have observed that many business persons in my country are not educated but they are doing well. It does not mean that educated persons are not doing well.
Do you think a business of educated person is more successful  as compared to un-educated one??

Doesn't always educated people more successful rather than uneducated people, it all depends on the business opportunities and experience of someone in running his business

You just have to know what you want amd strive for it. Educated people are after job promotions. Businessmen want to have their own time in their hands and they find ways to do just that. All it takes is to have a vision and a plan to start
858  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Unemployment on: December 31, 2017, 06:42:19 AM
Unemployment means without any job educated person or uneducated person now whole world face this problem.

Governments can do something about it if they put focus in it. There are many opportunities and even those that don't have any formal education can land a decent paying blue collar job. Bith the government and the people should work hand in hand though to make this happen. People should want to get a job to get one
859  Other / Politics & Society / Re: How can you become an important person in society? on: December 31, 2017, 06:37:13 AM
Solve a problem & offer something to the society.
Be original and speak your mind out. Networking also helps.

As long as you're making a positive contribution in society, that makes you important. You don't need to let people know it, the results of what you're doing will eventually get their attention and you will earn respect. Don't force to make yourself relevant in the eyes of othees. Start with yourself.
860  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bitcoin is something to kill for on: December 31, 2017, 06:33:30 AM
It's not something to kill for, but many people would for any money. Don't know why you think the billionaire was killed for his bitcoins.

Exactly. Bitcoin is money. Bitcoin can be wealth. People have killed for less and its not going to be a surprise if there will be murders for btc especially that the value is like this. Imagine if the value of btc grows even more.
