841  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as a source of income? on: June 01, 2017, 06:49:03 PM
I see bitcoin as additional source of income. Making for living just from bitcoin would be too risky and so many people are able to do this although many don't have other choice. But because of volatility you can't never now whether you will earn enough to cover your needs.
842  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: RANSOMWARE impact on: June 01, 2017, 06:09:40 PM
Bitcoin will not fail because of ransomware. Though it gave bitcoin a bad name.

Exactly, and bitcoin was used for such activities even before. The only difference now is that it got more publicity.
But people have to understand that bitcoin wasn't created for criminal activities it was missused like anything else, like any fiat currency and that it can be used for many good and positive things. And that is why we need more positive promotion.
843  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: May 30, 2017, 06:08:23 PM
Bitcoins are still the best investment on long period of time. I think recent developments on the market clearly show this. Eveyrone who is patient enough and don't need funds immediately can make nice profit holding bitcoins over longer period of time. You just have to have strong nerves to watch and endure all volatility and sudden changes on the market.
844  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoins now, At this price, It Isn't working on: May 29, 2017, 10:35:16 AM
The price isn't down, this was slight correction as a reflection of the situation on the market. But the price is still very high and it isn't very convenient to buy unless you have larger amount for buying and you are investing on the.longer terms. Otherwise, it's not the time for buying.
845  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Help! Unconfirmed Transaction Day#5 on: May 28, 2017, 06:46:51 PM
The time of low transaction fees has definetely passed away. Transaction with low fees are just not coming through and there is no other option than to adapt. You can try with transactions accelerator but for the future you should use wallet where you can control the fees and adjust them to particular transactions.
846  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: May 28, 2017, 06:29:23 PM
I.don't think bitcoin will overcome PayPal, these are two different things and they don't have the same purpose. PayPal is money service and bitcoin is virtual currency, so in fact they are not competition. And having in mind current fees it seams that PayPal has the better conditions at the moment.

853  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think? on: May 25, 2017, 12:06:16 PM
To my opinion very rich people are not particulary interested in bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies except maybe that ones who are professionaly related to IT technologies or some techo geeks. Rich people live in completely different world and don't care about same things like everyone else.
854  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: May 24, 2017, 06:03:37 PM
You can't force people to like and use bitcoins. Many of them still have wrong picture about bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies, thinking this is something that can't be used in real world or it's made for darknet and illegal activities. The best way is to convince them to use it on their own and see all advantages from the first hand.
855  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Money Is Literally Pouring Into Bitcoin on: May 24, 2017, 03:04:52 PM
I think its like the saying, any news is good publicity!

the recent ransomware virus reached all news bulletins and the great
thing was they were looking for  B I T C O I N  as payment, this brought
Bitcoin again into the public domain, Print, Radio, T.V and Online
and may not have been a bad thing at all!

there has also been a lot of positive news lately regarding Japan and Australia
this can also serve to attract new people into Bitcoin.

Ransomware has nothing to do with price rise. Attacks like this happened before and actualy are happening all the time but don't influence Bitcoin price in positive way. I would say that there is some interest and some big power behind this price movement. Let's just hope nothing bad will happen.
856  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i have a heck of a good feeling on: May 24, 2017, 02:59:13 PM
It's still long way to go so don't expect 10000$ over night but we have the reason to be optimistic and hope this trend will continue. I just hope this isn't someone's game and artificial baloon that was planed to burst with some aims that we common users can't figure out.
857  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Unconfirmed Transaction ... WHY? on: May 23, 2017, 06:08:28 PM
In.this case the reason is low fee. I've paid 0.0008 for 0.003 transaction and its still unconfirmed after 8 hours. Viabtc is so overloaded, I've tried several times on full hour still without success. This gets realy annoying.
858  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price on: May 23, 2017, 02:06:30 PM
The current price shows that is never too late to get the bitcoins and have the chance for profit. If price continues to go up so big time like now I think everyone would have the chance to get their share just if you play smart. By now everyone also fera that some big dump could happen but I can't see it at the horizont.
859  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: May 23, 2017, 01:35:28 PM
I've never bought drugs with bitcoins because I don't do drugs. But because of activities like this bitcoin has bad reputation and some people still think that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies were made for illegal activities and that is wrong. And even if you use bitcoin for purchases like that there is no guarantee that you will not be caught.
860  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a new World Central Bank on: May 23, 2017, 01:28:14 PM
Bitcoin doesn't have the function of the central bank. Wallets are the place you store your coins but I disagree that these are the same things as bank accounts and bitcoin can't have the same role as in physical world central banks have to fiat currencies.
