Yeah we need to hold it till halving as we are expecting some higher price from halving and we need to sell when we see higher prices. Don't you all think any raised prices due to halving are already priced into the market price? I am prefer gold cause nowdays it's really better and perspective than bitcoins, bitcoins can drop at anytime that will not happen with gold. So gold is my choise.
If you take halving into consideration then you need to invest in bitcoin at this stage as the price of bitcoin will be much higher in coming months. Currecy that depend on fiat anyway can't replace it, and bitcoin also can't become fiat currency, cause in many countries it's still illegal for using.
Even if bitcoin gets legal status it cannot afford to replace fiat as fiat is most popular currency and majority of people are dependent on it for living. |

Whenever I am in need of money, I sell some of my coins and convert it to my local currency, I haven't purchased anything online yet, as to buy anything fiat can take care off, so saving my coins for future.

I would prefer the type of long term but sure investment something like waiting , i am sure with one of my investment in the future .this is trading investment or altcoins . Or other investment like networking is a good one for me.

Agree with you, the price $450 is really cheap for buying if we think about the price in the time when halving will occur, at that time the price will cross $700 and so the benefit to us is from whatever price we buy. No selling is not good at all these days because the bitcoin has a good future, why would you sell them now.
The halving will let us make profit and the bitcoin will this year get a lot more popular globally so the price will also rise because of that.
I sold my coins which I purchased last $420 price in $460 weeks ago. Now I bought at $449 and will now wait for halving. Look how circulation will give more money rather to hold for so long. Earning small profits on regular basis can be really helpful in long run, I prefer to do the same, if I see price higher then I sell some of my bitcoin. |

I like gold because its physical but I must say that the bitcoin is way more profitable due to the lack of patience I have with gold.
So I myself prefer bitcoin above the gold.
Why not preferred both? If only I have access of getting some gold, I will put some money here on this investment rather than relying alone on a single source of sure earnings. Price of both bitcoin and gold always move so it's really a must investment for a traders. Its always good to diversify your investments, if one fails the other will take care of your money, if both performs well then it would be a win win situation for you. |

Everything below $500 is a reasonable price to give some shot to buy bitcoin. $500 price is really not fitted to the halving if all speculations will become true. So expect some above $500 price once the halving result will established. Halving will surely take us to the price of $500 and majority of people will sell at that price to earn some profits and I think that is the right thing to do. I see no bullish performance once $500 has been touched while halving approaches. Look reaching $500 today is different from $500 last November 2015 where road to $500 takes only days to reached. Here we can see some support from at least $10 to $20 difference to a close price in $500. Where down for weeks when price reacehd $410 , $420 , $430 , $440 , $450... Now its time to achieve that milestone very soon, price is moving in positive direction so we would be able to see this price very soon. |

I would prefer to hold more then 1 btc for future as I have total faith in bitcoin that its value would be very much higher which can help me in earning good profits.

Sure i am believe on it, cause price is stable for a long time and it's perfect, also price will rise soon i think and after halving too, 2016 is going to be a year of bitcoin.
Till date the year has been too boring for bitcoin, price got stuck at same place for really a long time and now its rising very slowly, so I don't think this year will bring some good news. |

Halving will bring good money for users, who know how to wait, also i think in other sphears of bitcoin like mining or trading will be major changes but i don't know what it will be.
I have been hearing for months now that the price will rise because of the halving. Why is the price not rising in anticipation? I think too many people are long expecting gains, and in the short term are going to get hurt. Halving has not promised us higher price its just an speculation of people that price will be higher at the time of halving and time can only show us the reality. Its indeed a speculations but I honestly the speculations is right and that this will happen at the end of this year due to the halving that is coming, the future of the bitcoin cannot be predicted. Keep your fingers crossed an be ready for surprises, as nobody knows what halving is going to offer us, but being positive I think price will rise. |

If you think that you should sell and you can make some money more power to you, you should sell then. Waiting to long can also be a downfall maybe the price is going to drop and you are going to regret that you have not sold then.
It's the same thing when you sold all your bitcoins too soon. There's a chance that you thought it's the best time to sell your bitcoins, but the market continues to rise. Probably the best thing to do is sell only a portion of your bitcoins at xx price and wait if the price will still go up. Sell it when the price goes higher. Otherwise, if the market goes down, you should quickly sell your remaining bitcoins to reduce the amount of lowered profit. I think in this time should wait it now, because within month bitcoin's price will also growing up. you are right the best time is when bitcoin price is highest. but now it is not highest price. if we want good profit , that it is all depend on our ability how we can get it, we should take right decision than we reduce the low profit. yeah and I think now is the right time to buy bitcoin as much as possible. in a few months is sure to increase, I do not wish to rise very high, at least 500 very well to make a profit.
