who among you here heard bitcoin back in 2009 and 2010? I was one of the people who is very skeptical about it and I really regret it.  I missed the best opportunity for a lifetime. NO regrets because when I heard about bitcoin , I signed up and did a research and study anything about it. If I only heared it earlier like 2009 maybe I am one of those holding lots of bitcoins today. Many people has missed and for sure that not only you but also a lot of people really regret. However, you can still start investing Bitcoin now and you won't regret in the future. It will bring to you high profit. Therefore, keep calm and investing Bitcoin. Centainly, if you still regret did not bought Bitcoin in the past, you are bad person and in future, I'm surely you will continue regret. Seeing this post didn’t actually surprise me cos its an altcoin, the new upcoming altcoins are always going to be sick cos they don’t even have enough people on their network like the bitcoin does, there are also lots of people who are not ready to invest in the market Therefore, people didn't invested to Ethereum in that will feel regret today, because they missed big opportunity helps them get rich easy. Its normal to expect a big dump coming but i don't it's anytime close. Not while btc is enjoying a good support after segwit. Holders probably won't even mind if a dump happens as it's certain to bounce back. A slide of around 30-40% would even be exciting as it would mean buying time will be active. And it means that it won't take long before btc recovers again
We need bitcoin price breakdown (or we call correction price of Bitcoin) soon, it very important for give us have faith in future of Bitcoin, we do not want become to speculator and just earn profit with Bitcoin in this year. |

Yeah I thought to leave altcoins very long time ago. But I still avoid my decisions. There are really great gems in altcoin market, hard to completely stop caring about it. Rivetz is gonna be very nice coin to be used in future for example.
If exact the definition of altcoin on cryptocurrency world and on market, we have two type altcoin are asset (ICO token) and altcoin mining, no crowdsale, so if you say that token (Rivetz) is an altcoin, although everyone still understand your mean, but I think it not reasonable with my knowledge. |

I think that with time bitcoin has become more stable, although still volatile, but not so prone to big crashes. This fall shouldn't have any special influence on bitcoin price, at least not in negative way and I expect that price will rise more especialy as the end of the year will approach. We are very close to 5000$ now so by the end of the year we could cross treshold and even go beyond it.
Unless there would be a chance that bitcoin private keys could be generated at will of a super computer, then for sure everybody will dump the shit out of it. But seems like this probability is not yet eminent and would take a long time to happen, though it is also possible to upgrade bitcoin code anyway. If the rules of normal market still can use with cryptocurrency market, sell in May and go ahead until September has ended. So, I think if trader use their holiday for travel, they will comeback market in September and new capital will deposit to crypto market  |

Paying taxes or income tax, it's mean bitcoin has legalized in our country. it's true, we all wishes not to pay income tax when using bitcoin as form of money but actually what's wrong by paying taxes as long we got benefit from that's and when we face a problem, i think we will got support from government, in case the exchanger have a problem or collapse.

In my opinion even though bitcoin's price now is so high it can be still considered low because in the future bitcoin's price will pump to the highest so it is still not to late to buy bitcoin. Buy bitcoin today and you wont regret it tomorrow.
Remember, high price in today will be lowest price in next year . This is the rules with asset grow every year like Bitcoin. So, if you still do not invest your money to Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency on market, I recommend you should buy them early.  |

I was doing day trading for a while and was doing pretty well with it, I've lessened it now though. Takes too much time, unless you've got programs set up. I need to focus on my day-to-day job first and foremost and just squeeze in what I can.
Never buy a pump if you are day trading, that's all I'll say. Stating the obvious but buy low, sell high - you'll be put off buying a coin that's taken a hit, but don't be... look into it more, that's what trading is all about, buying undervalued stock.
I did the same thing, almost exactly the same thing before too. I was a day trader and realized it took too muhc of my time just waiting on which coins to pump and did my own research about long term trading and ventured into that kind of trading after. It made me realize I could do a lot more than just waiting for some of my coins almost daily to pump. Although holding cryptocurrency at now we can earn profit, but in future if the cryptocurrency world become to famous, this market also stable like or big market on the world (stock, forex, gold ...) and you need have skill trading in that time. So, you should prepare knowledge about trading and improve your skill before that future become true. |

I don't think waves is the best investment. If you're going to choose a platform chooses Ethereum and no waves. Long term with Ethereum still good, but the potential of Ethereum when holding in long term worse than Waves, because the current price of Ethereum very high, and you also see Ethereum grow very fast earlier of this year. |

There are many online jobs that offers bitcoin as its form of payment to your job. A good example would be signature campaign, before the income here was not that good but after many price hike on the value of bitcoin the daily income on my signature campaigns also grew. Signature campaign can give you a decent income but it is not sustainable since most and come and go. If you are old member and have high rank on this forum, you can't understand the profit earned from social campaign really best choice for newbie. Daytrading is more fun than just HODLing. You will get more knowledge about cryptoworld when you trading, but you get nothing when you hodling. But if you don't want to take risk, just hodling.  In my opinion, day trading or holding are good, depends the situation of everyone, we will have strategy for choose day trading or holding. I think the current bitcoin price is quite stable at around $ 4000 and of course we all hope that by the year 2018 bitcoin prices will continue to increase along with the rising popularity of bitcoin, and in my opinion BCH will haven't much effect on fluctuations bitcoin price.
BCH just is a bait for make some trader going to this coin and forget their potential altcoin, this is reason in past days have many altcoin comeback on market, like Monero, Ripple, Dash, Etheremum ... |

I'm trying to migrate away from my Multibit Classic wallet. Recommendations I've read say to setup a new wallet with other software (I'm trying Electrum) and then send the BTC to the new address. I've got about 0.95 BTC. It's not been easy because the transaction fee in Multibit Classic is set too low, so I've had to get the private key to my wallet into Electrum (either sweep or additional wallet). This has been complicated because Electrum doesn't like the format of the key from Multibit Classic so I've had to find a website to decode it. I am now in a position to send the BTC, but when I preview the transaction, I see my transaction fee is 0.08BTC - that's around $300! It would seem it's because the transaction size is large, as I collected by BTC through altcoin mining a couple of years ago, so there are lots of source transactions (141) which makes my transaction around 22KB. Would that sound right? See below.  Can this be right? I can't believe I'm being charged $300 in transaction fees! Please help! I remember you can setting edit fees manually as my setting Electrum wallet, you can see this image and follow this guide: Tools -> Preferences -> In tab Fees check Edit fees manually and re-open your wallet again.  |

agree, I have same opinion with you about waves. But I dont have money for invest. yes I also feel like that, the waves will have high values at the end of this year, hopefully it can be realized into coins with a high price. because waves could be the purpose of a good investment I invest some waves but not a lot because of lack of funds. I invest in it for the reason price is affordable now and I can see the price will rise. So I believe it has a bright future thats why for now I hold some. Agree with that for me waves have a great future I invest here just to try and I have a good experience. I keep supporting it as I can see before the end of this year it would have a good performance interms for trading. But I don't see any update in next time of Waves until last this year while Bitcoin and Ethereum are announce about next update HardFork of them. I think Waves in recently need have more good news if want continue growth in this year. |

How do we earn the satoshis now ? in small parts. I guess even if it reaches 50k people will continue buying it for small quantities, as they do with gold and other valuable things. If it increases in value, it's because people like and uses it. But I guess reaching this line of value as still many years to come.

Yes. It's really an asset but still it can also be used as a currency. Many people are starting to use it as tool for paying goods, services and other things that they buy online. More and more companies are starting to accept bitcoin so it can really be treated as money.
If call Bitcoin is an asset, I think it like stock than asset as Gold or Real Estate, because the volatility of Bitcoin very strong and make us surprise any time. Interesting point of Bitcoin is the price fluctuations and it not reasonable if call is an asset. |

Buy low ad sell high is the basic trading rule. Another rule is given by warren buffet,,"Buy when every body is selling in panic and sell when every body is buying due to FOMO" If you don't do any analysis and just buy due to FOMO,then you have no other option except to follow the rule "Buy high and sell low" Ya it's true so.Many use this rule to happen so.Use to buy with low cost and sell it to very high cost.Don't try to Buy at today price. Since today price of is Bitcoin is high .No one can judge the Price of bitcoin. One thing can be judged .At particular day like August 1 ,the variations towards the Money. Yes.Trading rule is selling at high price and brought at low prices. You have to get through the price of bitcoin day to day. Once the price fluctuates to low value means brought the huge bitcoin at that time.It's sure the rate will increases again ,sell your holding at that time. Depending the supply and demand on market, example if you understand the supply on market more than demand, you can sell your coin and waiting the price falldown, because in this time not have trader can't continue buying. I agree with you, bitcoin will be a good asset for the future, but I will not keep all the assets I have with bitcoin. Try to think more broadly, I think there are many other ways we can do investment other than investing in bitcoin.saya think we also need a real investment, I do this as a form of heart, so that no thing we do not want in the future Old days, froverti is a good investment form, I think the longer the selling price of one area of the building will be higher.
This is reason make me usually withdraw profit every months or even when the price of Bitcoin reach highest price as in past days, I can't trusted Bitcoin 100% because the value of Bitcoin is virtual and still not clearly as other asset Gold, Real Estate or FIAT. |
