8401  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Valorbit | VAL | https://valorbit.com | Valorbit coins Distributed By Humans on: May 27, 2016, 04:15:40 AM
10 satoshi per valor is certainly a dream till the time people are getting it for free.

Unless and until the free VAL distribution is stopped, no one can save this coin. It already in the verge of being an useless coin and free distribution is killing it more and more every day.

8402  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: May 27, 2016, 04:09:46 AM
Bitcoin is indeed an international currency by its nature. You can send funds anywhere without the permission of a regulator. That's amazing. Really!

But that didn't decrease the fiat's usage or its popularity and probably bitcoin will never be able to do that.

Take bitcoin as an investment and the return will be huge in future.
8403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is the best future currency? on: May 27, 2016, 04:06:43 AM
I won't say bitcoin is a best future currency but I will surely say that bitcoin is one of the best investment for the future.

With its limited supply and unlimited potential for price increase, bitcoin is certainly a very good investment for future.

But it will never be able to decrease fiat's popularity.
8404  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Can I trust Blockchain.info wallet? on: May 26, 2016, 08:56:57 AM
My experience with blockchain is good so far and yes, I trust them.

After the recent coinbase incident, I have moved all my bitcoin to blockchain wallet. And also enabled 2f authentication to make it more secure. Recommended.
8405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is purely a money laundering operation why no US justice Department inv on: May 26, 2016, 05:38:52 AM
Why do you think ETH is a money laundering operation?? Is it any different than any other crypto in terms of its characteristics??

If yes, then all other crypto currencies are scam. This is not true.

But government departments first needs someone to claim it as scam or money laundering facilitator. Then only they can start investigating.

But if someone reports about ETH scam, then the government will most like shut it down without knowing how the technology can make magics in some one's life.
8406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as scam on: May 26, 2016, 05:35:03 AM
Satoshi is one of the greatest creators of this decade who gave us the freedom to become financially independent. He will have to explain us how bitcoin is scam.

Also about the jail thing, firstly u will have to find him. Which is not a very easy task to do.

I still believe bitcoin is not scam in any way.

8408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wow! Great read. Bitcoin is definately busted. Here is why... on: May 25, 2016, 06:01:03 AM
I am not a technical guy so I don't want to go in to that nitty-gritty.

But the success not always depends on the technology. There is something called "Public sentiment".

And I think, being a pioneer in crypto currency world, bitcoin has own the hearts of millions and it will help bitcoin survive.
8409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coinbase in Trouble, what about Shift? on: May 25, 2016, 05:16:04 AM
Is there any tangible proof that coinbase is going to scam??? Is it all rumors?? What is the truth??

I have good amount of dollars in coinbase wallet. What should I must do now??

Is it better to transfer all my bitcoin to blockchain.info wallet???

Your really the only person who can decide this,

If u withdraw now past history shows when the exchanges go

down they honour withdrawals until they become greater

than deposits, try stealth and break your withdrawal into

smaller amounts,

Take out 50% and store it safely in a cold wallet

only if u know what ur doing, u could also withdraw ur

some BTC to another exchange or withdraw in USD

If u withdraw to dollars u risk the price increase of

the halving which should be substantial

whatever u do leaving 100% of funds on an

exchange is not recommended

Thank you. I have already withdrawn all my bitcoin to blockchain wallet. I have two transactions and went on smoothly.

I think blockchain wallet is the most secure as of now. What is your take on blockchain wallet?

8411  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: actual number of people using Bitcoin? on: May 25, 2016, 04:24:37 AM
The actual number of people using bitcoin is not possible to determine.

Even if you track the number of accounts, then also it is not possible because, one user can generate lot of accounts.

Only if you can track the IP of the users then you might get an estimate. But there's no easy way to do it.
8412  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: May 24, 2016, 04:05:49 PM
the answer is obvious , if u never got into the

property cycle or dont have the uber high paying

job or welfare Queen status with Gov supplied housing

or lastly deal drugs,

u would hate Fiat to the  core!

the endless print cycle is a joke  Cheesy

The answer is not obvious! It is true that I don't have a uber high paying job, but I get paid handsomely by my company which is one of the biggest consulting firms in the world.

Fiat is the present and is the future as well. Bitcoin is just filling up some gap and nothing else.
8413  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: May 24, 2016, 03:59:44 PM
I see a very bright future of the paper money without any downside.

It is true that bitcoin has emerged in to a very important online currency nowadays. But paper money can't be beaten this way.

Probably the 1% of world population knows about bitcoin and 100% uses paper money. So in future probably bitcoin penetration will increase, but can't defeat paper money,
8414  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: IPayYou Launches A User-Friendly Bitcoin Wallet on: May 24, 2016, 03:46:33 PM
Does this company really exists physically?? I mean do they have an office and are they registered?

There are lots of wallet provider nowadays.

But everyone has to be sure about the company before moving their funds in to their wallet.
8415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Japan considers making bitcoin a legal currency on: May 24, 2016, 03:41:41 PM
Japan thinks way ahead than the rest of the world so it is indeed an welcoming move.

But my concern is that, what will happen to it's kyc policy??

is it required to submit kyc for transacting in bitcoin or they can continue being anonymous??

What about the taxes?
8416  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase hacked?! on: May 24, 2016, 03:38:09 PM
Well that's a real bad news for small bitcoiners like me. I have most of my savings in to coinbase account only.

I have just withdrawn all my coinbase funds to my blockchain account.

8418  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can we see bitcoin money transfer store in near future? on: May 24, 2016, 04:54:38 AM
Money transfer store is a good idea but it should be located in such a country where government don't usually interfere in business.

Otherwise it will also become a hub for regulations. They will start asking KYC to transfer or receive money. Which is not good for bitcoin users.

Otherwise, the online transactions are enough.
8419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with 1,5 BTC? on: May 24, 2016, 04:35:20 AM
Hey so i recently got about 1,5 BTC from a service i started and now im wondering what i should do with this. Any tips?

There are many things you can do. The list of the options are as follows:

1. You can give the coin to me  Grin
2. Invest in p2p loans through btcjam or btcpop (avoid ponzi at any cost)
3. Hold your bitcoin and keep it in a safe wallet.
4. Trade with it
5. start a business website showcasing your service.

8420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If miners sell coins, where do they sell them? on: May 24, 2016, 04:32:51 AM
Miners may choose to do whatever they want but limited numbers of bitcoin is good for its price.

Miners would definitely retain most of the mined coins and play with few coins.

Holding bitcoin is also an investment.
