8401  Economy / Economics / Re: When will more retailers accept Bitcoin on: August 15, 2017, 04:22:14 PM
It will be a hard talk with the retailers.
They will have to consider that bitcoin have a price that is too unstable. It may cost their business to go down or maybe up but that is a risk.
In business, they would always want to minimize that risk so that it can stay for a long time and bitcoin doesnt fit to that yet.
8402  Economy / Gambling / Re: Biggest faucet for dice? on: August 15, 2017, 09:50:00 AM
Just want to remind everyone. We reached another Bitcoin ATH today, it won't be long before every faucet will be adjusted accordingly.
I expect that soon faucet rewards will be limited to 50 satoshis per claim or even less.
Even currently I find it hard to try to play with faucets with a hope you will make enough BTC to be able to withdraw your prize.

I think that most faucets will be removed completely.

In the past whenever Bitcoin hit a new high the faucets were little changed.

The reason why they are getting reduced or eliminated is due to abuse. Surprising during the last few Bitcoin bubbles there weren't the same abuses as there are now.

Most likely its one individual or group of individuals that abuses all these dice sites for their free faucets.

I do agree. I have done this before and they are giving like 2k satoshis minimum and 10k maximum or hit the jackpot with a whooping 20k sats.
Now it is 1-50 satoshis and it is getting so damn tired before you hit a good number.
Everytime it hits an all time high price they are changing it. When I felt how deep they changed it I got so lazy to do it and just looked for other option.
Good thing Yolodice is giving a good amount to gamble in exchange for the experience you have grinded.
8403  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin the new gold on: August 14, 2017, 04:40:33 PM
Bitcoin became most valuable currency in the world and valuable than gold.

Till now, that hasn't happened, but we are hopeful about the future. Aren't we? Right now, the total market cap of Bitcoin is around $70 billion, while the total money supply (M1) of the United States Dollar is around $3.5 trillion. So BTC needs to increase its value by 50x, in order to catch up with the US Dollar.

Actually there is something wrong with what he said. Currency and commodity is somehow combined which is not appropriate although bitcoin is somewhere in the middle of that. (in my opinion)
I know it is made to be a currency but now it is like a commodity for most of the users. Just investing not using. Letting it rot and hold until the certain price that they want then withdraw. They do that with gold not with currency.
8404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you consider yourself as experienced traders? on: August 14, 2017, 05:46:46 AM
in case you do. I'm building in the last few months a tool that will help cryptocurrency traders in this crazy big market:).
the tool will collect data from all around the web and summarize it in a beautifully simple way in real time.

I'm looking for people that will test my google chrome extension widget and give me feedback. In the next few days, i will release the first version and I'm looking for cool people that want to take apart of something that will help them as traders but also for the cryptocurrency community!

If you're interested let me know here, or pm me:)

You could provide some screenshots so we will have some idea to what you are working with.
Also maybe some authenticity since we are talking about money here.
You can't just tell people here to try it without safety precautions.
Maybe something that will make us feel safe even if we try your extension. If it is google chrome extension then I think you could provide some.
Good luck,
8405  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reasons behind this Rise/Bubble? on: August 13, 2017, 05:40:35 PM
I always use to think that it is because of the news that is happening. Hard fork, ETF, BU, BCC and SegWit. This things made a lot of ruckus in the internet that made investors see what bitcoin is.
Now, I think it is because we are growing in numbers. With that more and more people want to be a part of it and that means they want bitcoin in their hands.
What else could it be? In the market it is always about the demands and bitcoin is in demand right now. If there will a non stop of new user that will come then this price will never stop on growing.
8406  Economy / Speculation / Re: The biggest bitcoin crash ever has begun. on: August 13, 2017, 04:40:17 PM
That is really funny. You made me do a haste typing into preev.
Then google bitcoin to USD conversion. Got me scared for a little there my friend.
Yes a crash at 4k USD. You made history. The most lie ever made in the history of bitcointalk.
But I will clap at you. You almost made my heart broke down.  Grin
8407  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think cryptocurrencies have the potential to overtake regular currencies? on: August 13, 2017, 03:21:27 PM
Some of the countries have already took those steps and they are not allowing bitcoin and other crypto currencies. One country is using a crypro like currency so they dont want anything to do with other to avoid confusion and it might be a real threat.
Ain't it becoming a real threat now.
They are doing steps which are popping up from everywhere. Fake news and other stuffs to avoid this currency specially bitcoin.
Making it look bad to the public for it not to grow more.
8408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is betting a good choice for a newbie? on: August 13, 2017, 07:18:03 AM
Regarding the title. Not all newbies dont know a thing. Some of them are just made for gambling purposes.
Why not if it is just for the game and to take out the boredom of everyday just working to earn more bitcoin.
One more reason is the lack of usage of bitcoin. We dont know where to use it. If only the means of usage can be widen then it will not be a problem.

For the question about investing your bitcoin. You could try Yolodice. Click my signature to know more about it.  Grin
8409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HBO is trying to get $250,000 in bitcoin to pay hackers who stole GoT scripts on: August 12, 2017, 03:55:18 PM
Why would they want to be paid in bitcoin? That is somehow fishy.
Are they using the name of bitcoin for bad purposes or are they doing it so that they could evade the tax when they got paid?
Hmmm.. There is really something about that which is not on the right way.
They could just say we want the hacker to pay $250,000 and that's it.
8410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of BTC on: August 12, 2017, 06:28:35 AM
Hello!

I'm not new to Bitcoin I've been using it since 2015 as a wallet since it has no limitations.
After the new record of BTC price I'm really confused, It increased about $1k in less than 1 month which seems suspicious.
I'm thinking of investing some money on BTC and hold them for at least 3 years or more.
But is it a good idea? have any of you made good profit with holding BTC?
Like tell me what do you think of the future of BTC rates, how high could it reach?

with my best regards..

The word "suspicious" seems like a negative word and it doesn't fit for the bitcoin rise.
You are suspecting it and yet you want to invest in it for another 3 years. Sounds funny.  Grin
Just do it and dont think about the price. It will go up and that is for sure. Next thing you would know is you already have a profit.
No one here can give you the right rates of how much it will be. No accurate one. But we all know it will increase more.
8411  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in the moon!!! on: August 11, 2017, 01:44:37 PM
The title says in the moon?
Did we touch it already? Does anyone agree with that?
I dont feel it yet.  Grin And his thread started July so where are we now? Neptune?  Grin
I love the way all is happening now but this aint enough. Although I agree with the slow but safe movement I still see a larger growth in the months to come. Rejoice!
8412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin transaction fees fair? on: August 11, 2017, 10:55:12 AM
I am glad of how the adjustments was made ever since the transactions got faster.
I dont even feel the fees anymore when I am using electrum.
The good thing is you could adjust it more to the lower price until it is very low per kb. I dont really much care about the transaction time for I am not in a hurry.
8413  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: August 11, 2017, 06:48:02 AM
I dont see myself as rich but I do feel the broadness of what my money can reach now ever since I found bitcoin.
There is this easy way now whenever I feel to buy something I can do it unlike before where something is stopping me because I might get short with my budget.
Now there is much profit that is incoming and I never stopped it. We can be rich with bitcoin as long as we do try our best to hold it or buy and sell at the right time.
8414  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin hit 3500$ in 2018?  ??? on: August 11, 2017, 05:15:06 AM
The possibility of Bitcoin reaching  $3500 by the year 2018 I very sure because the current move close to around  $3450 is an indication that before end of the year 2017 bitcoin is expected to hit $4000 per units.

Yes and we are still months away before hitting the year 2018.
Now that is almost at $3500 we can expect a brighter $4000+.
Actually I am expecting more during the BER months specially the holidays in which people have a lot of money and maybe could invest more in bitcoin.
With that, the market will overflow and demands will come with a 100 percent rise in bitcoin price.
8415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is instant way to get rich ? on: August 11, 2017, 03:55:14 AM
Yes I think bitcoin is an instant way to get rich.
As you can see on its price it is continously getting high.

An instant way to get rich, how stupid. You think if you will be buying a lot of bitcoin you just let them rot in your wallet and then wait for it to stand on it's own and get yourself a profit? Come on man,  you need to work before you think that it will make you INSTANTLY rich.

Are you angry with holders? Is there a problem with that?
Yes that is an instant way to get rich. Actually many holders are rich now.
They did work. They worked they way into getting knowledge about bitcoin at first before they did have a trust into holding it.
It doesn't say you will need to work hard after you buy. And remember this, without the holders you wont be seeing this price now.
They did wait, and that is patience, they work harder into controlling to withdraw it.
8416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: August 11, 2017, 02:34:41 AM
For me bitcoin is my online income source. From bitcoin I get enough money to fulfill my life. I am grateful to know the bitcoin that has become part of my life. Now I have an online job that can make money. Hopefully bitcoin increasingly popular and much in demand

Hopefully, but that is now how it should end for you. Just working for it could just make you an average income. Maybe investing could make you more money and guess what, you could also help into making it more expensive and you increased the demand.
Maybe bitcoin like gold whose price will rise continuously. The difference bitcoin can be used as a means of payment and others. Bitcoin has high profits. Immediately invest bitcoin already many people become millionaires because
Same with gold. It could be used as payment and actually it will be more accepted rather than bitcoin which is not that popular for everyone.
There is much to be worked out for it to be accepted as a means of payment. It should real popular like how gold is now, which every person knows about and also knew it is valuable.
8417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: keep calm and buy the dips... on: August 10, 2017, 10:27:05 AM
I dont know why I am smiling now.
But I really love the way you summarize it. Now newbies will have a clue to what they will do and that is thanks to you. A good tip.
But now it is at $3391 at preev so maybe I will wait for that $3100 price before I will buy them.
The dollars are waiting at the other line.  Grin
8418  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin: A big ride is about to come on: August 10, 2017, 06:18:57 AM
FUD's  Grin. I guess they already learned that they should only believe in what the truth is or their own instinct rather than other people prediction which could be lacking accuracy.
It is good to know that. Perhaps, they are reading some of the comments here that provides more insights in how to deal with their bitcoin whenever there is a drama happening or a changes in events.
I saw some other comments in other sections and it looks like they will hold more as the price surges
8419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: August 09, 2017, 07:49:32 PM
I consider it as money cause we can use it to pay and for me it is the only value of money,
For me money is just something that can be used to pay for something so therefore I consider bitcoin as money.
For today Real life is very expensive, and it is very difficult or even impossible to survive without money. Daily expenses for everyday needs, as well as payment for a paste pate, you need to use real money. So far, Bitcoin can not give this. Although I view Bitcoin only as a commodity with the help of which it is possible to realize and earn real money.

If you think of it as a commodity then there is no problem it can always become a money once you sell it so still it is considered money.
An item to which we could trade and get something using it is considered money for me. In fact before they use gold coins or just gold to buy and sell. But what will be it in the future. In fact now we are already experiencing it now. Online payments although the most used is credit card. Someday that will be upgraded too.4
8420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: August 09, 2017, 05:34:23 PM
Greed is influence of emotional and mental instability. It happens because we spend too much time doing things are interesting. In gambling is same, limits are very important. And the fact is most gamblers always loser.

Not at all. There are some winners. Aint beginners luck but they got a lot of capital.
If you look at my profile at Yolodice you will see it. There are winners. Control is the key or keep betting it until the number of wins is higher than the number of losses. For now my record of winning is higher than losing. (I love that feature of Yolodice)
Now one more key for me to win.
I keep betting low amounts. Look for the opportunity that it will be on the winnig streak then bet higher. It aint greed anymore because you are somehow having tactics or you could call it being cautious of your money and trying to beat the game.
