8461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Chelsea vs Manchester United preview and Betting tips - 05/19/18 on: May 18, 2018, 10:31:49 AM
^  Yup I kinda agree.  Two counter attacking sides with one manager having the tendency of negative tactics (United) and the other lacking the players in attack (Chelsea).  Sure Hazard and Willian are quich but Conte needs a proper striker.  Morata just isn't working out...

But knowing Mou, he'll be making adjustments in the second half and get the edge over Chelsea.  We've seen it before in the semis vs the Spurs and the league game vs City.  United gets the job done when it matters.
8462  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 224: Nunes vs Pennington Info and Prediction Thread on: May 17, 2018, 04:12:25 PM
Meh...  I just noticed that Holm vs Anderson was in an undercard, not the in the main card.  That sucks, can't watch it on PPV.  I guess I'll have to look for a decent stream without AIDS if there's one.  Lol.

Box, Alex...

I left the campaign.  It's been a pleasure working with you guys.  Thanks for everything...  And good luck, I wish you all the success.

Sam Allardyce leaves Everton. David Moyes leaves West Ham.

Now with Pardew on the wild, one has to wonder which of these clubs will have the honour to have him as the new manager...LOL on a serious note, Paulo Fonseca or Unay Emery seem to be the most likely candidates to replace Moyes.

Sam Allardyce knew he was gonna be given the sack that's why he left.  And I think it's a bit unfair imho.  I mean sure the football wasn't great to look at but he did get Everton back on track.  Now they're gonna be back to limbo...

And no way Emery is going to West Ham.  Arsenal or Everton are the more likely destinations if he's really planning on going to the EPL...  Maybe even Chelsea...  Wink
8467  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: May 17, 2018, 11:12:33 AM
What...?  The Europa League final is already over?  Nooo!  I can't believe I missed it!!  ...  Not.  Lol.  Grin

But seriously, I think it would be better for UEFA to expand the CL by combining the EL with it.  I mean, do a lot of fans really care for the EL?  Not much from what I've personally seen.
8468  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: US Supreme Court Overturns a Decades Long Ban on Sports Betting on: May 17, 2018, 11:04:58 AM
I hope they do the same for online poker.  The UIGEA has been put to law since 2006 and it isolated the US online poker players from the rest of the world.  It also banned US based poker sites from operating in some states killing the industry in the country...

Sucks for online pros.  Some of them even migrated to Asia just to continue playing online.

Edit:  The best congress could do is to amend the UIGEA to make online poker exempted from it.  It's a skill game ffs, not gambling.

I know most of you have no idea what I'm talking about.  But avid poker players who were active during the 'Moneymaker' era the the effects of the UIGEA quite well.  Sad

XEM announced the launch of the catapult! Who thinks anything about this? Is there a chance to take a serious level? I think this can give a big boost to the growth of the token - the characteristics of the catapult are impressive!

You know, it would help if you posted some links or a little description of what it is included with the links so we wouldn't have to get lazy and end up not knowing about it.  Grin
8471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: May 15, 2018, 11:42:18 AM
Fulham have taken the next step of qualifying for the English Premier league when they won against by 2-0 against Derby County who won the first leg by 1-0. Goals from teenage sensation Ryan Sessegnon and Denis Odoi were brought to see them through. They await either Aston Villa or Middlesbrough in the finals.

Yup yup yup!  I want Fullham to be back at the EPL so badly...  Don't know why, just bored with City I guess...  And I wanna have a Fullham jersey in support of them to stay up.  Lololol.

^  I'm disappointed with Tuchel...  What a sell out (if you can call it that).  Lol.  I was so hoping he'd be at Arsenal or Chelsea.

And look, Arteta is now the favorite to be the next Arsenal Manager.  Hmmm...  Wink
8473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why has ZEC increased +40% yesterday? on: May 15, 2018, 11:28:08 AM
There was a pump.  The reason 'why' doesn't matter.  What matters is getting in the trade and have a plan when you exit the trade.

You'd be wasting your time finding out why a coin went up but not acting on it.  Know when to enter a trade, know when to get out, have a stop loss, know how large of a trade to make.  Everything else is noise.
8474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [TRX] Tronix Price Speculation on: May 15, 2018, 11:22:00 AM
if this one turns out TRX to be fake, Justin will surely be in a grave literaly, though TRX has a good market right now. I think market is having confusion if it will bull or bear as the main net will launch soon.
I am looking at the project closely, but I won't invest for now. Why? The price is too big and there was lots of hype around this coin. The idea is very cool and groundbreaking, but I see no results of it becoming real. Where's the decentralized net? Where's at least a small demo of that? I hope you are right and they will launch the main net. The prices will be justified then and the project will deserve being in the top, which can't be said for now, since the idea of a decentralized internet alone just cannot be worth 5 billion dollars.

And when did 'cool and ground breaking tech' matter?  We have already seen some of the most ridiculous projects valued at over a billion USD valuation (Doge).  Some don't even have their own blockchains yet.  Look at the top 10 at CMC.

I'm not saying that Doge itself is ridiculous, but it having a billion dollar market cap is ridiculous.
8475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [XMR] Monero Speculation on: May 15, 2018, 11:16:24 AM
hey guys, when are we going to the moon?

You missed it.

Maybe he is one of those that thinks that landing was faked.   Remember the flag moving like there was wind on the Moon.

It is interesting to see ZCash gained quite a lot, but BCash and LTC nothing while added to Gemini. Wonder if that is because ZCAsh is less stable ot because it is private focused coin.

It's the usual pump and dump that happens in all cryptocurrencies being traded in any exchange.  BTC included.  But you prolly already know that by now.

What makes XMR special for me is, its code is not a BTC fork but it somehow follows the same path (or close to it at least) as BTC's general development.
8476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If I "just" wanted to 3x? on: May 14, 2018, 12:14:46 PM
I'm not sure about a '3x' but I think TRX is an easy 2x imo.  The project has been hyped a lot lately.  And they'll be launching their mainnet on June 21, with voting for their 'super representatives' on June 26.  So expect a lot of buying during that time.
8477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 14, 2018, 12:09:29 PM
^  Yup, but Herrera had his moments under Mou last season tho.  As for Pogba, he needs to be at the left of the middle three in a 4 3 3.  Mou positioning him deeper on the pitch isn't working.

And I think Pulisic will get first squad at Liverpool, but at United, nope.
8478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: May 14, 2018, 11:55:34 AM
For ticket this is really funy but have some feeling that Real will win and move some boundaries in modern football, also think we will see maybe madrid super cup match.
That would be a great Super Cup to watch but somehow Liverpool seems to be the favorites going to this game just because people think that Salah would be the difference but they forget that Cristiano Ronaldo is even more capable than Salah and Liverpool has a bad defense he can easily exploit.

Wtf?  How is Liverpool the favorite?  Did you check the odds?

But yeah, I think Ronaldo will make the difference in the final.  I know he seems to be declining over the years, but he still has 'it'.
Everyone seems to want Liverpool to win though just because they don't want Real Madrid to achieve an unprecedented three season wins for them something which was only doable when the competition was in it's early stages.

Liverpool is the crowd favorite, not the favorite to win.  There's a difference.  I have no issue with Liverpool winning but I'll also take seeing Real win three CL trophies in a row please.  That's rare and I would like to see one happen in my life time.
8479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: May 14, 2018, 11:50:35 AM

About ^ that, I think Poch will be requesting a huge transfer budget this summer.  He told the press that he will be talking to Daniel Levy next week and sort stuff out for next season and I assume he'll be requesting for a much bigger transfer budget.

His issue with Tottenham is the lack of 'taking risks' whatever that means...
8480  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 224: Nunes vs Pennington Info and Prediction Thread on: May 14, 2018, 11:42:36 AM
Holly Holm is overrated imo.  Beating Rousey was the only thing that got her UFC career on another level.  But before and even after that...  Nothing.

I'd like to see Megan Anderson win vs Holm at UFC 225.  She has the potential to become the face of Women's MMA.
