You can use VPN after you connect to the free WiFi, so at least, you can hide your identity, and the cafeteria's WiFi doesn't know which one of their customer who use their free WiFi. But I think we can not hide the number of bitcoin that we send or receive because the transaction will appear to the blockchain transaction. I still think we shouldn't follow nor tolerate the use of such "chance and odds calculator" as there might be some users whom would rather follow those odds than to make them use their logic and critical thinking in putting a bet on a certain team in a game.
I'm agree with this as I also aren't fond of using such calculators. Based on my experiences, I've seen a lot of user's that lost upon basing of their bets and following those kind of predictions. Meanwhile, I've also lost some as I tried doing the same. And as well bring them to the understanding of how this risks and the fear of not achieving anything after dedicated work can be resolved. How to prevent the risk will be necessary to be one lesson because not all people know how to do that. That is a good idea to tell his parents that your friend has bitcoin in his wallet. You or your friend can teach his father to access it, or if they need money, you can help them sell the bitcoin. If you can find local sellers, that will be good because you can cut off some of the ways without using the exchange. It is better to make a video call with his father, your friend who lives close to them, and the seller who can you trust. Even preventive action is very important at this moment because we have not yet been able to invent a vaccine. So my guess is that it will not be possible to defeat this virus very soon and it may take a long time.
