That can't be completely accurate as I can definitely tell you: pay per use is cheaper. So why would people get married? It can't be just that people suck at mat, can it? ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Says the guy who lives in a country where you just go out window shopping when you feel like to unload your nuts... Where's that country? Looks like I have to pack up and move again.

If they ever accept LTC do you think we could get them to pay out in Magic: The Gathering cards instead of fiat?
|

They practically were being bought out by Coinlab [selling off 80%+ of their customers], til they even screwed that up and ended getting sued instead.
Where do you get that number? Are you saying 80% of MtGox users are in the United States?

In a resource based economy, we wouldn't have to resort to primitive token exchange (of which bitcoin is a fancy version) to organize society for the betterment of all people.
What happened to that long thread you had talking about the resource based economy Lightrider? I used to enjoy reading that.

Join Bitcoin Foundation if you want to help pay to hire lobbyists in Washington DC. If that's not something you're in favour of then you're probably better off not joining.
So if you are not American there is no point in joining them? this is the part that makes me laugh. how the bitcoin foundation believes joining forces with the US will help bitcoin.. yet have no plans for europe, asia, africa or any other continents. kind of narrow minded. bitcoin is its own country, it does not need to follow the laws of just the USA. the only people that need to follow the laws of the USA are those dealing with the american dollar. so in my eyes the foundation is there to pay gavins wages (which is of benefit, but i prefer to donate direct to him) and to pay for the other founders.. EG bitinstant, bitpay, etc. who are american bitcoin/fiat traders. the bitcoin foundation has not done much from what i can see to help PUIK (blockchain.info) with its UK legal issues, or any of the european/australian exchanges. They are by Americans for Americans but it doesn't matter because it's a membership organization. They can support the molestation of St. Benards if the membership agrees. This forum has members of that group but it is not made up solely of members of that group and that's fine. If they make mistakes in Washington it will only hurt the membership of that group (Americans).

So if you are not American there is no point in joining them? I'm sure they would appreciate your money. There's one point right there. If you ever wanted to sway the US government using a PAC then join. See, there's two points already. If you want to pay the lead devs salary then join. Already up to three.

I think it really depends upon what you consider real.
My dad was born in San Francisco, grew up on Nob Hill. Worked at the University of California at Berkeley his whole life, computer science department. Now retired in east Contra Costa County. He's a typical Californian. I was born in Berkeley and now live in Redding, but I'm not politically conservative, I don't own any guns, and while there are plenty of conservatives up here that have the "hold your ground" mentallity - Redding is a pretty laid back town with a lot of liberals as well. We are real Californians but so are the SF Bay Area Californians.
SoCal, I don't like to go to SoCal so I don't know how it is down there.
All of my friends are from somewhere else originally. Me included but I've been here 20 years so I consider myself a local. Nob Hill is nice so your parents are rich. I had a Lombard address for a while but on the bay side near Houston's (I think it's called Hillstone now) but I was a poser and just renting. I ended up buying a place not far from Twin Peaks on the top side of Clipper. Most of the actual natives I know are freaks. One white conservative neighbor I had a long time ago (very straight laced, suit wearing metro sexual) once asked me if I wanted to go to the Folsom Street Fair. I didn't know what it was yet so I said ok. If you lived in SF then you know what a suprise it was when I got there. Needless to say, we didn't speak much after that. I think big city Californians are either from somewhere else or freaks of some kind (I'm including vegan/save the earth/critical mass bicycle rally types). People from the Shasta/Trinity area (pretty much from hwy 36 near the Avenue of the Giants to Chester and up through Lake Shasta) are down to earth types. Sure there are liberal, pot growing, Emerald Triangle types there too but for the most part they didn't seem as fake and most I met up there were from there for generations.

Interesting thing is, that the girl is a bit vulgar, at times(on her Facebook wall) she mentions things like "su** my di**" and "bl** me" towards people she doesn't like, though no specific names or anything like that. No it's not in English. I have no problems with that, but nothing else on her personality ever suggested that she was capable of saying such things.
Dude, that says something about you. You can't even score a foul mouthed slut. Damn, now you went and made me feel sorry for you.

No wonder your mom named you FinShaggy.
It pisses me off that I read through all that crap and you never talked about any really disgusting shit like being raped by a church leader, locked in a closet for a week by your parents, made to eat out of a dog bowl, finding out your mother mixes drugs in your food, you know, the good stuff.
I really think spending more time in jail than highschool, and being prescibed everything from lithium to ceroquell to abilify beats ALL the shit you said. The government treats me like I'm David Koresh or Charles Manson. I literally had a probation officer compare me to them. Just wait till I get to making a section about that probation officer. Oh, ok. Then I'll just wait for the real entertainment. Carry on.

You can't escape existance, you can seclude yourself into isolated darkness, but you'll always exist.
Flip negative thoughts around. Daydream, all your dreams may come true one day.
There always has to be one of you on every forum. I wonder why that is?

I wish they all could be California girls...
No one is actually from California. If you took away all the people that were not born and raised in California the population would be about 50k. None of the native Californians live in the Los Angemex or San Franchina areas. They are all heavily armed and hiding in the Shasta/Trinity area near Redding. Ha ha! I'm a native Californian and I live in Redding ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) But the Beach Boys song was about how beautiful women all over the place are and that they wish they could be in California. being from norcal i disagree as well LOL - I live in Diamond Heights in San FranChina. I cannot speak directly to my neighbors on either side of me without a translator. I have lived in both NorCal and SoCal and SoCal is worse. I don't think anyone in Orange County speaks anything but Spanish. I did live in Anderson (near Redding) for a while. I was working on a project for Shasta Rec on Mt Lassen and can tell you that's where the real people in Coli-for-neeeaa (as our old Governator used to say) live.
