But you can't put a guy with absolutely no experience as sports director on that position in the club as big as Barca. Usual way is to find some position in youth teams and then judge if that person has the potential to develop into something that first team could use. Or maybe give him a scout position on some market. Definitely don't give him a power to play with hundreds of millions and basically steer the direction of the whole club.

The rule is when you buy player his worth is amortized trough all years of contract. So If they bought player for 80M on 4 year contract that is written as 20M per year. When you sell a player, whole amount goes in that year. So they basically earned 60M or whatever for that transfer. I wrote about that with exact numbers when it happened. had to research it in detail since decision looked like total crap when I read about it first.

Obično projekt u procesu rasta cijene dok napravi 10x dođe i do neke bolje mjenjačnice pa tamo prodaš. Ja ga povučem odmah na moj wallet dok još vrijedi 50$ a ako stvarno napravi 10X već ćeš naći načina da ga utopiš negdje, ako ništa drugo prodaš prvo samo 20% na toj istoj sumnjivoj mjenjačnici. Malo izgubiš na naknadama ali kad već imaš 10x šta te briga ako izgubiš i 10$.

U principu ne, jer sam jako oprezan. Na takve mjenjačnice uvijek ulazim s relativno malim iznosom i izlazim odmah. To je problematicno za nekoga ko trejda često ali ja obično kupujem projekte u koje vjerujem dugoročno pa ih ionako neću prodati odmah ili štititi stop-lossom. Ako uđem u tako nešto to će biti za 50-100$ i pustit ću dok ne napravi barem 3X a vjerojatinije i 10X.
