Do you know the moderator?or you are the one banned me?

Nope. I like how you fail to answer my questions.

@Shogen
@shorena
The same man?

Nope, I have a single account. With the number of posts I write daily I dont have time for another account anyway.

Also I remember a man relates these  accounts!that's ****rena (Maybe one of the moderator of the forum)

I suspect names with the ending are somewhat common with the amount of accounts here.

If I've offended you, please forgive me, I have no malice!

Not that I recal, I rarely feel offended by strangers.
8524  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: dedicated server on: October 27, 2014, 10:34:49 PM
so what should i do for coining mining instead of buying hardwares

Hardware is not the problem, but you are asking for the wrong kind of hardware.

8525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lower tx fee, but still doable? on: October 27, 2014, 10:29:38 PM
now you need to pay btc tx fee 0.0001BTC per KB . The normal tx (one input  ,two output ) size is about 250 byte which means 0.000025 is enough .

Where did you get that idea? As far as I am aware you are not paying per byte, but per started KB.

https://blockchain.info/tx/7a93326382285875f396358ea94778147e2ccdc8faab568e89aec445f08fa582

check this  , 259 bytes tx 0.00003 BTC tx fee . it works  Grin
Just because a TX confirmed, does not mean that the miners will accept .00003 as an acceptable TX fee for that size of a TX. It is plausible (and likely) that the TX would have been confirmed without any fee attached.

You should remember that a too small of a TX fee is generally treated the same as a no TX fee TX by the miners

Very likely indeed as the input used was ~4 months old.
8526  Other / Meta / Re: New Forum Section! on: October 27, 2014, 10:17:57 PM
Is it possible to add another section to forum such as some kind of guessing games or contest to win some bitcoins or something? can someone please make a mud games or something? thanks!

The would be in games and rounds.
8527  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Increasing the block size is a good idea; 50%/year is probably too aggressive on: October 27, 2014, 08:51:11 PM
Maybe someone that operates a pool can shed some light on this.
A significant number of pools simply run the default bitcoind client and transaction rules. Some have their own rules claiming their rules are "anti-spam" (see the many threads about luke-jr's custom patches to the bitcoind client in the gentoo packaging, and probably any pool running his pool software does so too). Most of the alleged anti-spam selection criteria are (presumably an ideological objection) aimed at gambling sites.

Not sure I missed something when I read the source (or rather the comments). The way I understand it is that the TXs get sorted by priority and added. So with now over 5k TX in queue all blocks should be close to the limit, unless there is some sort of minimal priority I missed. Currenlty 328 / 1424 TX have a priority of 0.00000000

I made a 2nd database this morning to get data for TX with and without fee. The load was to much for the server to handle [1] so I had to reboot. Thus the data after 21:00 is not significant for now.

I think the message is clear anyway. The majority of TX without fee get ignored even though there is space left in the blocks. Transactions without fee queued up to over 2000 waiting 3 times in the last 24 hours. The transactions without fee might be spam though. Maybe David Rabahy can share some Excel results?

up to date pictures are on the nodes info page [2] below the connection and traffic stats. I might change the order though.

[1] the white spaces in the pictures indicate that the task to update the database could not be handled within 30 seconds and was terminated. The way rrdtool works is that it handles missing values as "unknown" which are shown as blanks in the graphics.

It is not possible to have a picture in your signature. Maybe you confuse it with the forums ads under the first post of a thread?

Nice work shorena!  I sent you a small tip to the address in your profile.  I checked out all the other stats on you full node, overall it is an awesome testament to Bitcoin's openness.

Thanks, I appreciate it. Pictures are indeed on the main page [1], but I thought I just post the picture directly. Less scrolling involved.

Inspirational!

Starting from your spark I found https://blockchain.info/tx/e30a4add629882d360bc87ecc529733a9824d557690d1e5769453954ea4a1056.  It appears to be the oldest transaction waiting at this moment.  It was 31:34 old at the time of block #327136.  Block #326954 was the first block that could have added it to the block chain; 182 blocks ago.  One wonders how old the oldest transaction is that includes a fee.

Glad you like it. I think the long queue is mainly due to transactions without fee and miners beeing greedy. The TX in question has small (in BTC value) input/outputs, does not pay a fee and the input is not very old, which in my experience results in miners just ignoring your TX. There are plenty of TX with fees, so why should they confirm this one? I had a similar one for testing with 4 inputs and a single output of 0.0022. I didnt confirm in 8 days - by that time the inputs were 2-3 weeks old - so I had to remove it from core and "doublespend" it. I am not sure this would change with a bigger blocksize as most blocks are not full yet, even though they could be. They way the mempool currently is each block should be at the limit now, but they are not [2]. Maybe someone that operates a pool can shed some light on this.

[1] http://213.165.91.169/
[2] https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/block-all/1 - you can sort by pool by clicking on its name, but I have not found one that has exclusivly big blocks.
8530  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: dedicated server on: October 26, 2014, 10:10:30 PM
Hello i m buying 3 dedicated server cpu and 1 gpu server dedicated tell me is this profitable i m new to this kindly tell me the minimum server requirement to bitcoin or litcoin

No. If you want a more lengthy and in depth answer, provide more information (prices, hardware specs). It will however not change the result as CPU and GPU mining is pretty much dead for litecoin as well as for bitcoin.
8531  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Increasing the block size is a good idea; 50%/year is probably too aggressive on: October 26, 2014, 08:31:57 PM
-snip-
Does *anyone* have a record of the pool or waiting transactions?  That's our key.  When there are ~2,000 transactions in the queue waiting then we would expect a full 1MB block to be coming out next.  When there are ~4,000 transactions in the queue waiting then we would expect two full 1MB blocks to be coming out next.  In this state, transactions can expect to take ~20 minutes to confirm.  ~6,000 waiting -> 30 minute confirmation times.  And so on.
-snip-

I dont have historical data. But I just setup a rrdtool database to track the number of transactions on my full node. The stats for the last 24 hours are shown here [1], the pic is updated every 30 minutes and I will add more for 30 and 360 days once the database has enough data. As you can see from the little data thats allready there (collecting ~1 hour now) we are allready closer to 4000 transactions waiting than to 2000.
The raw data is gathered every minute with the following command
Code:
bitcoind getrawmempool false | wc -l

and is not filtered in any way that is not inherent to bitcoind.

Code:
 bitcoind getrawmempool true | grep fee | grep 0.00000000 | wc -l

shows that right now 2792 of 3685 TX are without fee. I might make another database to improve the stats.

Code:

[3] work in progress

Grin good luck with your newbie account  Roll Eyes!

Its not only the account that its banned but the person behind it. So a new account (besides to question the reasons of the ban) is not allowed and to try and work around it will result in the next account beeing banned.

Please post identification information on the blockchain.

Why should they? Why do you think you need to ask for that information?
8536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Script for checking the balance of a bunch of addresses on: October 26, 2014, 07:58:36 AM
Its allready done in Electrum [1]. You can just query the addresses from console. I think I used to for addresses that are not mine in the past. If you need to have your own python script Electrum is Opensource [2]. Not sure about the licence though since you are apparently using it for commercial purposes.

Hi,Everybody,
I am a SR member from bitcointalk forum, but now I have to creat a newbie account,to post my confusion, want a help from the community of Bitcoin!
here is my old account:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=226561;sa=summary

In sept 19th,I posted the last sevral posts with the account and then banned by a Anonymous moderator,

First ban? Does it say for how long?

Sorry hualehua, you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum.
You have been banned by a forum moderator. You may appeal here: banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com

I have sent several email to this email : banappeals-w6pquw43@theymos.e4ward.com ,but have no a single reply in the past month.
And I wanted to ask for help from the moderators on this forum:"why I am banned permanent?"
also have no reply Or no a definite reply.

How did you try that?

So, After a long waiting and thinking about this question,I decided to post on this forum for help!

I believe in Bitcoin,And I believe I was framed.

BTW,My native langueage is Chinese, and Not good at english!sorry for my poor grammar!
Best regards!
hualehua

I just scrolled over the last few pages of your posts and they are allmost all one liners, so the reason is most likely spam. In the end only the mod that banned you can tell you.
8539  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to create a raw unsigned transaction? on: October 25, 2014, 06:58:00 PM
-snip-

So I guess you can create any transaction you want without syncing.

Neat, I had a way more complicated way of testing in my head.

-snip-

Thanks! Smiley I will try it and will give a feedback! I know electrum uses a dedicated server for syncing but do you know approx. time it will take(address was generated this year)?

Electrum syncs very fast for me, but I only every used it for LTC and I usually have a stable and fast connection, so your results might be different Wink

Any alternative way? Is there any possible way to create a unsigned raw tx without syncing? I tried brainwallet.github.io/#tx but it can only be used for signing/re-signing and if needed, pushing though it downloads unspent tx(s) using Blockchain.info API. Can I create a raw tx using *non-synced Bitcoin-qt* if I know unspent tx(s) using createrawtransaction [{"txid":txid,"vout":n],...] {address:amount,...} ? Huh

   ~~MZ~~

You could probably write your own client or script to create a TX. hmmm I might try that...
