Why do mining companies sell their miners? In other words, why would anyone honestly sell a money making machine?
I am interested in hearing a reasoning that I have not yet come across before.
Do not post if you are going to say that:
mining companies mine with the machines and sell old hardware for profit. (people exceed ROI on certain machines)
mining companies need pre-orders as start-up money for their company.
companies do not have space to run their miners.
just because...
they believe in the idea of having decentralized servers.
These are all good explanations but I want to hear from another angle.
Answering shortly: Why would anyone "sell" a money making machine? To sell it and prduce another one and sell it and produce another and another... Main reason. ;] |

Thanks for the kind words everybody!! I appriceate them more than you could ever know, I'm almost in tears (lolgay) but that's also because of the mixed feelings 7 days before the rehab (Im gonna stick to it mark my words, I wont fail this already failed enough, but my brain shouts NO NO WE NEED IT!!!).
P.S I am going to try LSD at least once after when I am no longer depressed and have fixed my anxiety issues, also might eat shrooms 2-3 times a year (they grow here for a short period). May sound bad to the person who isn't well read on the drug subject but LSD is not addictive and neither are the shrooms.
shrooms and LSD is a good way of getting a different perspective on things, two to three times a year is a good plan, do it too much and it loses the "magic". Had some fun times with them  .  perhaps for some kind of personalities yes. But for most of people it is better to keep away from lsd and shrooms. |

Anyway Dogecoin is almost ina good price to buy Just need few sats less and I will buy some again  I still think DOGE was a good thing, and was the only worth coin released in the last 4 months. Anyway these released of new scam coins every days, more or less premined, and aiming a pump and dump scheme, kill the trust, and kill the market . Today we have Auroracoin, a massively premined coin, pumped with a market volume higher than DOGE... That will lead to massive loss for a lot of users. Do you think this will help alternates? No kidding....did you read the thread? On another note.... Alex Honnold says climbing buildings/cranes is EASY. Buildings are just the same repetitive motion all the way up. Rock climbing is a new challenge every foot you climb. (Source Joe Rogan interview) I don't think anything is as scary or challenging as what Alex has accomplished. Hell, no one has even tried what he does. (I know there are other solo climbers but they haven't done the routes Alex has tackled) The guy is on another playing field. sure it is easy when you are spiderman. HE EXISTS!! I know I know. +1 It would be also great to change rig name, right now appears only IP or host. I have several rigs, so proper name is very important for me. Other think is that i don't see Mh/s when miner details is closed. So far, this is great work, one of the best monitoring system. indeed! And it's so easy to manage (as I don't mine but I did install it to my friends miners) Very good app! |

Activity is re-checked every hour, and there is no set period that starts on a a specific day for every user. The time periods begin from the day you registered, and start counting two week periods from that point on. indeed it is like that. and I guess we all know it. |

I'd like to offer an opportunity for someone to take over the coin, as you may have noticed, I don't really have enough time to keep up with this, to be honest I did not know it would be this much work, anyways.. this would mean I'd relinquish all coins I have, currently only around 900k left in the pre mine wallet.
I would provide all passwords for everything frycoin related, however I'd leave the email attached to the account, just in case the person chosen decides they just want to destroy the coin, they can't do so.
So if anyone is interested, please send me a pm with your experience with bitcoins in general and if you have the time and passion to keep this coin going.
What does this mean for Frycoin? Well.. If I continue to run it, the coin WILL die, but if someone has the time to do this then I'd be happy to hand it over, I'll still help out when needed but at this point this coin needs some proper leadership.
Wow, that is quite the statement. I think one other developer for something like this is not a solution. A team would be better. Something like: - Developer - Marketing - Communications I'm not sure about the legal risks with this coin, but would be willing to work together with other people on marketing and communications. Yup, I stopped making the Android wallet but I will continue with that whenever we have something serious going on I don't want to waste my time for it for nothing. This is bad news. Nothing from dev. For days! Think we need to promote big time!! Use up all or mine and give away everywhere! Aim to get 1000 new members!
