8541  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin ever go over 600 in next 5 years? (Till 2020) on: June 22, 2016, 04:28:00 PM
Bitcoin have a chance to become a mainstream, when will it happen is hard to predict. I think OP made some good arguments, we are on beginning and there is a lot of time for btc to grow and become one of the leading currencies in the world.
I think interest in btc will grow over the years, and that will force shops and big companies to accept btc. If we look where btc was 5 years ago, and where it is now we see a big difference, we can assume that for next five years there will be even bigger changes.
On of the reasons why btc price will grow is miners, they will need to make profit in order to continue with mining, so logic tell as that after btc halving price needs to go up and stay there. But there is halving for 4 years again, so gradually price will rise in that period.
8542  Other / Off-topic / Re: When is Bitcoins going to die? on: June 22, 2016, 12:59:26 PM
Why something like that fall on OP's mind? My opinion is clear about this matter, bitcoin have a future. Even if some new coin come, after who knows how much time, bitcion will always have some value. At least like first coin ever, blockchain technology is future, and cause of that I believe btc will be there also.
I'm optimistic and I have faith in btc, sometimes its all we need. Let's all hope and work for that to happen.
8543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Paypal & Bitcoin on: June 22, 2016, 09:30:37 AM
paypal is not available in every country with notable exceptions being Iraq, Afghanistan, North korea and Haiti.. but bitcoin is the first true transnational currency, because it is border- agnostic like the internet.. it can be controlled, but cannot be shut down globally unless electricity is shut off everywhere from the world..

I also see how much better is bitcoin, and bitcoin offer so much more to us ordinary people. I don't live in some modern country, and in my case bitcoin is the one who opened me the door to the world.
Pay Pal is good for many people as I can see, but personally I never used it, and I don't plan to. With reversible transactions I don't even do any kind of business with people who have pay pal, I saw around forum warnings about it.
Bitcoin is the future, and I think I will never change it.
8544  Economy / Economics / Re: Next generation money on: June 21, 2016, 09:13:02 PM
"You see, money doesn't exist in the 24th Century"

I saw this today, and now while I`m looking what is new on forum I see this thread. Many people talk about future, but what will really come is hard to predict. This is nice video and I think there is sense in this.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TOcKGREiY30

"The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in our lives. We work to better ourselves and the rest of humanity."
8545  Economy / Economics / Re: CNBC: "Bitcoin is the new safe-haven asset" on: June 21, 2016, 05:48:47 PM
What if this expert knows something that we don't know? He pointed some risks to the security of the bitcoin's network, but in end he believe that he also said how community is working to solve some of the problems.
I think bitcoin is just very sensitive, like we are here. We are jumping on each change. When it raised from 450 to 600 in days everything was nice, when it drop fast its like someone activated alarm. Many people just creating unnecessary chaos.

This is positive thing about btc, people who read about it will see that some expert said something nice about btc. That is all, btc is growing and I`m sure this will happen often in the future.
8546  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit $2016 by the end of 2016 on: June 21, 2016, 12:05:33 PM
Well I think thats possible but I doubt it will happen. Maybe the chance of bitcoin reaching that price by the end of 2016 is 30%. Well there's a high probability that bitcoin will be 800$ by the end of 2016.

I think the chance is less than 10%. It that happens, it means there is a big price bubble, the price will drop a lot after.

The market cap is bigger than ever and the investors are wiser, I think the price will rise gradually in the future.

Price is dropping last few hours, looks like it will be hard to break 1000 $. I hoped for some new record, and I still think there is a lot of chance for that to happen. We like when price is rising, and when its dropping we going crazy around the forum. I`m optimist even when times are hard, that is faith in my opinion.
I also think price will rise in future, and after some top it will settle on 800 $. I believe we have 30 % chance for that. 10 % that we will stabilize on 1000 $ before new year.
8547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Evidence that Craig Wright might be Satoshi after all on: June 21, 2016, 02:04:26 AM
with all of them patents
with all the corporations he set up
with all the grabbing funds from government
with all the scamming rather then sharing philosophy.
craig wright is definetly not satoshi..

the real satoshi didnt do non-disclosure-orders, he had open conversations
the real satoshi didnt work on secret projects that will revolution the world and then sell the idea to corporations. he released it freely
the real satoshi didnt patent anything, he made everything open licence.

all i can see craig wright doing is not having a working product or assets and instead is "creating" vapour to sell at a high fee.. definetly not a satoshi personality at all

Very nicely said, I think you pointed very nice arguments why CW can never be real Satoshi. I see logic in your words, you explained something with simple words for everyone to understand.
From the first moment's I doubt that he is Satoshi, and how time is passing "everyone is Satoshi" starting to have more sense in my head.
What you just said is something that every rightful man should follow!
8548  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Pay Per Post on: June 20, 2016, 06:06:57 PM
Is there any way to get bitcoin?
I need a VPS and I only want to use bitcoin, but I want to earn the bitcoin.

What I have tried:
*Faucets
*Mining
*Gambling

Anyone have a pay per post thing?

In service section you can find many interesting things, there is couple forums that pay per post, but I don't know is that still working.
Someone already suggested you signature campaigns, for your rank you have few. How you get higher ranks, you will get paid more per post.
Buying is always good thing, even on this price. Just not everyone can afford to buy bitcoins, some people trying to earn something from zero.
8549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Huge 3.5 Bitcoin Profit For Me Today. Woo Hoo on: June 20, 2016, 04:23:35 PM
Long story short, I was in for a total of 0.82 BTC this week. All of the sudden I broke out huge tonight, winning 1.5 Bitcoins from the game Greedy Goblins, and then winning an additional 2 BTC from Blackjack. Luckily the price of bitcoin is so high right now I am taking dat $$$ to the bank. Hopefully you guys are having a good week.

Greedy Goblins is one of my favorite slots. If you catch some bonus on high bet I totally understand high prize!
Congratulations for this big win, I hope many more will come. There is othet also very good slots, where you can win a lot. Johnny the Octopus is slot that gave me the highest prize from them all.
Black Jack is not my game, I lost more then I won on that game. But slots are ok, and there is some nice one for everyone's taste.
8550  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Dark marketplaces? on: June 20, 2016, 08:58:33 AM
I am happy that the media did not have an opportunity to report on these criminal market places, since the major ones were gone.
This gives bitcoin a better name in the long term and yes I know we will never get rid of all of them, but less bad media attention is good for Bitcoin.

I didn`t have chance to use this dark market places, I can say that first time I hear about it here on this forum. Then, and now I see some very trustworthy people talking how bad this places can be, and cause of that I didn't make second step to download tor and start learning about it.
I agree that majority of this world will not understand it good, so its better to get rid of them as much as possible. I doubt we can rid of them all, but I think it can be held on minimum.
8551  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: June 19, 2016, 11:13:10 PM
After the slippery slide downhill this past week, I have been looking for ways to "earn" Bitcoins.

I'm looking for feedback on this website: http://www.freebitcoins.org > is it quite a new site or has been around for a while?
I joined up today but there doesn't seem to be many offers to complete, although if you do them every day then I'm sure some bitcents will build up rapidly. The ways to earn Bitcoins are just like the usual surveys to win electronic goods, sometimes very long and tiring but there are ways to skip pages rather than having to fill them all out.

What other ways are there to earn Bitcoins? The pyramid schemes, now they just all sound dodgy to me. I have tested one out this afternoon, but I did make a little mistake of not viewing my profile and sending btc to member#1 instead, argh! Will see how that goes, just like bitcoin kamikazee, you have to spend btc to earn it, but I don't think pyramid is a gamble like kamikazee.

I would be interested in reading other peoples experiences with earning bitcoins in this way, thanks! Smiley

Note: I have not used referral links in my post.

I used that site in beginning, I was there couple months and I didn't earn nothing. All money I claimed I lost on their dices, auto bot to be precise. And I never had luck in their everyday lottery.
So now I don't use them, and it was waist of time for me. There is better places for earning and for sure there is better dice sites!
I wish you luck, maybe you will have it
8552  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many btc do you have? on: June 19, 2016, 07:24:31 PM
I have 0.01 in my wallet, maybe even less. But in several casinos I have 0.7 all together. And in some alt coins also. But in gambling like in trading now you have a lot, then much less... then you are higher then ever. I think cause of that I like to gamble and to trade, its very interesting and in some moment's exciting cause a lot of money is on stake.
I never had more then 1.7 btc in my wallet, that was maximum. And it didn't last long.. now I'm fighting to get there again, wish me luck.
8553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can u lose with gambling? on: June 19, 2016, 03:52:35 PM
There is no limit in how much you can lose from gambling an addicted person can risk aĺl his money and if he is unlucky he will lose everything.
limit is there in your pocket. your pocket decide your lose.

Those persons who doesn't have a limit to their self when it comes to gambling.

Mostly comes to bankruptcy and producing financial instability, we should all know when to stop, and how muc can we afford to lose in game, Even for some addicted out there, they are still using some strategies, and limiting your self is one of it.

Consider setting a fix amount every week for a game for a better strategy and control of your money.

Bankruptcy really going to be the effect if those people who doesn't limit their gambling. Because if they can't limit their gambling.
It means that they don't have limit in losing at all.
Even rich people who are gamblers they are limiting themselves but when they are brought by their emotion they can't control it.
Our skills on controlling ourselves will be tested once we enter into gambling. Even if you are rich you are still subject to the risk, risk of being addicted in gambling that would result to wrecking your life, I have witness a lot of addicted gamblers that lose their riches and now they are still in gambling, it is really hard to quit in gambling if you don't let one new to enter into your life therefore do not put much time in gambling to avoid being addicted.

I wish to add something! Many people can lose even more, they start to borrow money for that, or do something illegal for fast and big money. So there is no end in how much  money someone can lose!
People don't quit gambling for the same reason miner don't stop to go kilometers in the ground bread chemicals, ruining his health every day, and there is million other examples why people do things that are harmful, why they just don't quit?... they don't know what else to do. Or they just forgot it. From here we can talk about psychology, but main point is people don't have self control in life. If someone doesn't have control in life will not have control in gambling or any other thing..same is with patience, with knowledge and awareness of things around.

8554  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: what should i do to earn bitcoin? on: June 19, 2016, 02:37:31 PM
since i was new to this bitcoin.
didnt have credit card to make an international payment method.
what should i do to gain bitcoin.
got a little interest in bitcoin.

anyone have any idea?

Read a lot about bitcoins, altcoins, and about everything else on this forum. While you are doing that, work a bit, then work a bit more.. and how you learn you will need to work more. Normally if you are smart boy from all this opportunities you will find the best for your skills.

So its not just about reading and working, you need to understand it, to put a bit more effort in all this. Only then you can expect rewards.
I see many people suggested you different services, gambling, trading all you need now is to learn how to make money using your knowledge, or informations gathered here.
8555  Economy / Speculation / Re: PANIC BUYING !!!!!!! on: June 19, 2016, 12:10:02 PM
Give me cheap Bitcoin.......  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

never mind panic selling at what price will we be panic buying....lol  below $200 would be nice to see again.

Low btc price is a dream. I'd literally panic buy if the price fell just for my love of bitcoin.
But for the sake of bitcoin, I just hope it gets more recognition and usage.

With more usage ans recognition we can just see btc price even higher then its now. I think we can expect higher rise and only after that some big drop, but I doubt that we will see 200 $ ever again.
And like I said maybe its the time to make new record in price, its possible in my opinion. Old record is closer and closer every day, week... i hope for that!
8556  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2.5 Years in Bitcoin and still holding. on: June 19, 2016, 10:07:01 AM
Congratulations! It's not easy to work 3 years, and most of earned money to put on a side. Your moment came, and I always feel glad and happy when I hear some positive story about people who earned nice money with btc.
I hope you will stay in btc community, and those coins you have use to buy something. Or invest, anything to make btc grow even more,  show to people how you earned your coins, show them that you can spent coins on more ways and when people see that its gonna be easier for them to join and believe in btc.
8557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If you want to become Rich you need to Put Higher bets on: June 18, 2016, 08:02:55 PM
Is it really true that if someone want to earn big from gambling he need to make a higher bets? Yes he can also loose but if he is lucky enough he can earn big amounts too. People can not make profits with lower bet amounts like .05 etc. you need a higher amounts bets.

You are totally right about that, for higher wins we need to put higher bets. But for higher bets you need huge bankroll, cause when you bet high your amount is melting like cube of ice in L.A.
I think people can make profit from lower bets, of course choosing right game and playing much longer is necessary for that. Also there is luck. I wish to tell you a story about one of my gambling evenings. So I deposited 0.15 btc in bitstarz, after one hour I was on 5 mbtc and I hit some bonus first, get me back on 0.05  and something , after that one good bonus on greedy goblins launched me on 0.217. So there is always a chance, maybe not a big one, but there is always.
8558  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: June 17, 2016, 06:41:28 PM
Very unlikely for bitcoin to replace the dollar. The dollar is controlled by the governments, backed by gold and used the world over. Bitcoin is great as an alternate currency and for those who prefer anonymity and decentralization.
Governments and banks are actively looking into Bitcoin technology. While they may not decide to use Bitcoin really doesn't matter because now they have legitimised it and Bitcoin is unstoppable. If i could pay my rent, food and utilites in btc I'd already do that

I share same opinion with you guys. Its almost impossible for btc to replace dollar. Even if we can imagine that to happen, we are talking about far future.
Everyone looking into blockchain, but what will they do about it is a big question. With money they have, they are capable for big things. How its gonna happen is a secret for us ordinary people, if I can say like that.

Technology is replacing jobs constantly, more jobs are being automatized by technology than new ones are created, therefore in the long term the unemployment can only rise.

Technology! Magic word. And bitcoin itself is a technology, and cause of that I see bitcoin in the future. There is one nice thread about some article :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1510598.0

"... you cannot have blockchain without bitcoin..." What to say more!?
8559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Giving up gambling is not easy on: June 17, 2016, 04:29:20 PM
I think your story is something that every gambler experienced in his life, more then once for sure. I can't count how many times I was on zero.. but that is gambling. You need to be prepared for that. Maybe now you understand how much is important to have self control in gambling, to have patience, and to know when to stop. This skills are good for life itself, I mentioned that many times in my posts. Cause of that, and other things I see many similarities between gambling and life. Both are full with ups and downs.

Now you have time to practice this skills, and when you have some extra money try again, and always just with extra money, never with all in! I wish you good luck!
8560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Soccer Transfer Market 2016/2017 ! on: June 17, 2016, 01:43:06 PM
got some rumors:-

Lewandowski  > Real Mardrid
John Stones > Man City
Both Arsenal & Liverpool want to bid Vardy

" The agent of Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski has revealed that the player held talks with Real Madrid. "

If that really happen I don't know how Real Madrid think to play with just attackers. I think its just crazy, they will ruin football with this abnormal hight transfers.

And I saw one interesting information in todays news about Portugal vs Icealnd. One Ronaldo worth 110 million I think, and all Iceland team worth around 44 millions. And they played 1 - 1. What more to say about their transfers. Cause of that I hope next year Atletico Madrid will win Champions league! Or anyone else just to remove this R. Madrid from the throne.
