As I mentioned this thread only for scam exposer. We need report more effectively with all the details especially for scam ICO's. If got scam by bitcointalk user there is another formats for report ; Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly) . Btw, it was posted long time ago on 2013. And it's still perfect for bitcointalk user scam. However I have a Guidelines, how to spot a scam ICO & report effectively. ✔ to find scam ICO's. I moved it Help & beginner board due to help newbie. You can read it to find scam ICO more effectively. I just update a formats for ICO scam exposer's that will help to understand easily and verifiable by single click. There is few question on meta about scam expose are very hard to verify. For archive the scam website sometimes we got problems from http://archive.is . And it's unable to capture team picture is team picture is slide. So I would like to suggest use https://web.archive.org it will capture include all live part. So even ICO owner delete team we will be able to identify. Even this website archive all the embedded links, like social media. So many ideas came out from potentials member's but theymos never replied them and no any action. You don't think that already left ? All the newbie Jr. free to ware signature , so where they go to reply ? Obviously on Bitcoin Discussion or Altcoin Discussion. Because this 2 board is easy to spaming. Many people's suggest to disable signature up to Jr. Members and required at least 1 merit for become Jr. Member's. Theymos don't think it would be help to prevent spam ? |

With merit being so permanent and scam accusations so difficult to consistently determine who is right, it makes it a tricky section to hand out merit.
Perhaps your point is right. However there is most of accusation against ICO, also I am talking about Scam ICO. There very clear evidence that you can verify by one click. Especially with fake team. You no need to investigate yourself, you are able to verify. All the source link already added there. Most scam accusations seem ICO related. ICO Ann and bounty threads are not really merited by merit sources, so by the same criteria nor are scam accusations on ICOs.
However if you visited recently on scam accusation board, you will find many scam ICO with enough evidence. Already described above. All the report with correct formats, anyone can verify easily. As you said bounty and ANN Thread not merited, yes they never deserve it. You can't compare a valid accusation with bounty and ANN Thread. Is bounty and accusation is same ? Of course those are scam exposer there , they need help to find more scammers. Also by constructive discussion accusation can be solve. A scam exposer spend long time to investigate an ICO. We should show appriciation those people's already exposed many scam. I don't don't think scam accusation board less important from other board. |

If your break your hand it will effects on your whole body. It's pretty clear that most of picture they collected from over internet. Stolen identity of other people. It's the big crime as well. Support. But I think it would be better to use quote instead of screenshots image on your application. However we need more merit source on the forum. As far as I know you distribute your smerit fairly. So theymos can consider your application. Because merit system will dry slowly if there isn't enough merit source. Edit : I am not sure how potential your picked post. To be honest it's not look like much strong to me for merit source application. No one merited on their post include you. If they deserve merit, at least you should merited them before listed on OP. I think still you can edit OP. If you want to be a merit source:
1. Be a somewhat established member.
2. Collect TEN posts written in the last couple of months by other people that have not received nearly enough merit for how good they are, and post quotes for them all in a new Meta thread. The point of this is to demonstrate your ability to give out merit usefully.
3. We will take a look at your history and maybe make you a source.
I am especially eager to have merit sources in sub-communities such as the local sections.

Just report the user and that's all, there's nothing more to worry about. I'm sure that Moderators will ban it as soon as they review the report. There are too many spammers out there and some of them are worse than this guy and there's nothing too important in this guy as well that's why I think it's not necessary to post it here Reported already.
