861  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: KYC and AML Compliance can help cryptocurrencies to earn legitimacy on: July 14, 2018, 12:38:50 AM
if indeed KYC and AML can be a solution of legitimacy for bitcoin in every country then I strongly agree with this rule as long as supported by related government for the security of our personal identity in order not to be misused by irresponsible person

I also wonder ... !!!!
why lately many popping articles that assume BTC will die slowly ...
whether this is made by greedy whales or hesitant and hateful people to bitcoin successes so they do not want to compete with the net
866  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it possible to reveal our identity in the local exchange? on: July 12, 2018, 02:47:47 AM
As we all know that one thing that might hinder the acceptance of the bitcoin system for the government is the hidden identity of the members. Local exchange should do intensified KYC so as to avoid the system of cryptocurrency being abused by other members as well like money laundering, funding of terrorist groups and others as well. Some of the country had done this things already and the question is would favor to do KYC on your local exchange?

I have no choice but to comply because I need some funds from time to time and I use what I earn from the forum to pay for my expenses and the fastest and safe way for me to do that is to submit the needed documents for KYC so that I can fund or withdraw from the platform. I have no problems even if the local exchange knew who am I because I am not doing something illegal. They are doing it anyway to comply with the requirements with the government as well since they are licensed by it so they wanted to protect their company for possible case of money laundering and other illegal activities.

Here in our country we have already required to submit valid ID's, Government certificates and other data to our local exchanges to ensure that we are legit persons. Years have past but there is no single complain that a persons data was used or was stolen by other people thru our local exchanges therefore i conclude that our personal data are safe with them so i think there is no problem if a KYC will be applied in every local exchanges as long as it will required by the regulation as per policy of the government.

As long as my data is protected then I have no problems with submitting my documents. I am confident any way that they would keep it confidential and if ever they do something for their own interest then the people will just go to the company. The only thing that worries me when it comes to KYC is submitting it in a bounty or airdrop because we don't know that people if ever they are really using it just for verification purposes.
I really agree with you, and so far the local exchange keeps the KYC identity that we have filled in and this is one of the rules so that we can do transactions and can see the truth of citizenship identity so that when something happens they can track our whereabouts, which is very on the concern is aidrop and bounty that still require KYC

868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO WhitePaper Matter Most? on: July 10, 2018, 11:16:20 PM
most people invest in ICO to know the planning and management of the project is sure to know it all must see the white paper, but ...! neat and neat white papers have not yet determined the project is good and real, therefore there are many aspects that we must examine as the project team and the place in the project are developed to avoid scam projects
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Advice to all bounty hunters. on: July 10, 2018, 11:04:31 PM
when looking at the market are many gift hunters selling their token because the price is very high but on the other hand it also becomes an opportunity for investors to double their coins when the price is cheaper than the ICO price and sell it at a higher price because they know better about the project good and worthwhile
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HLM] HELIUM - PRE NOTICE on: July 10, 2018, 10:55:57 PM
what's up with this Helium thing? i have few Helium IOUs in my wallet and have seen it as a dead project. but each time i pull up my BCT i keep seeing fresh talks about it.

Is it resurrecting?

Never really died, but changed ownership, sort of. Community banded together to move it forward and we're close to producing a live product. As stated  above, Karma will drop a new ANN when he has dates, complete partnership details, etc. It won't be far off. We'll drop it here as well, so you all are up to date of what is going on. It should contain a lot of the details some members here have been asking.
and I hope helium can thrive and live so that this project is running as planned and I see improvement in this project is very significant from the beginning

873  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do older people like investing in Gold/Silver? on: July 09, 2018, 04:27:56 PM
1. maybe because they are more familiar with and understand about precious metal
2. a very proven and legitimate level of security by the world government
3. Their minds may have been weak that can not be too active
4. precious metal in the form of decoration can be used everywhere
874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto can built my future? on: July 09, 2018, 04:20:01 PM
because your future is in your own hands so be careful and study thoroughly because your risk is very high in the world of crypto because there is no guarantee of your future better but it's all still a lot of possibilities make the future better
875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: So Much Scam Bounty on: July 09, 2018, 04:13:33 PM
for now it is very difficult to distinguish and choose a real project with a scam project even the most famous DEV bounty among bounty hunters who are already in the green Trust now turn red because of their involvement by supporting the scam project campaign
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think this year will be bad year for ICOS? on: July 08, 2018, 11:32:35 PM
I think for now it is the worst for ICO because most of ICO fail but I predict for the end of 2018 ICO will shine again because many projects will arrive at hartcap
877  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why do governments don't make BTC illegal worldwide ? on: July 08, 2018, 11:27:24 PM
I'm wondering this because is such a real threat to bank system and we all know how banks and governments are tightly linked !

BTC could make people more autonomous, self-resilient, being their own bank. You can use it like cash, making your transaction almost untraceable (or untraceable using e.g. monero or dash or laundry systems) : this is governments worst nightmare, isn't it ?

They think bitcoin to laundry money simply because they are more safe looking at risk taking and they can not control bitcoin, so not all governments accept bitcoin. There's also a lot of negative news about bitcoin maybe it affects their mindset.
I agree with you ... one of the topics in countries about bitcoin that can not be controlled by a bank or government is the issue of money laundering by irresponsible people so that they behave like this is possible by increasing the more strict KYC will make the space of irresponsible person more narrowly will be the solution in the future
878  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is bitcoin illegal in India on: July 08, 2018, 11:09:51 PM
Its not yet announced to be legal. The RBI has pressured too much on the exchanges dealing with crypto currencies not to engage customer trade through the banks tied up with RBI. Hope the final decision do not affect customers trading on Indian exchanges who are dealing with it. A long waiting should get soon over and crypto should be legalized in India and more get benefited.
and this will take a long time because the Indian government is more cautious and considering the laws of the country there according to the Supreme Court of India so if this is too long it will adversely affect the development of cryptos there
879  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: will all the countries make cryptocurrency legal? on: July 08, 2018, 10:57:33 PM
Some countries already bitcoin as a legal currency. ex; UK,US,South Korea, Japan. recently India also announced that legal of bitcoin. In china did't took as bitcoin as a legal currency. But many people like to do transactions in bitcoin. May be in few years most of countries will legal the bitcoin.
I hope so....
when many developed countries such as Britain, the United States, South Korea, Japan have legalized many countries may also adopt a kebernian attitude to legalize bitcoin and this will happen when bitcoin becomes one of the alternatives of free market economic transactions
880  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Belarus has legalized Bitcoin on: July 08, 2018, 10:49:55 PM
I have not heard of this until now! Great news, indeed.

I wonder on how many whales from countries who banned bitcoin will start to migrate to Belarus?
I think they already have headed to Belarus since the president himself declared the acceptance of bitcoin. There are many countries who have accepted it. But the bitcoin user should take into consideration on how he is going to live in Belarus. Perhaps they do not accept any immigrant. Either way, investors, miners, traders, will live a good life in Belarus.
I'm not sure about that. This is old news but I have not seen any news about the fact that cryptocurrency exchanges or miners have started to register their business in Belarus. It seems to me that there is no trust in this country. I do not even see a rapid growth of cryptocurrency exchanges of Belarusian origin. Always good where we are not!
though ....... this news is old and in its development is not very significant but we take the positive side that belarus have been legalized bitcoin and cryptocurrency  which is the attitude of bravery and belief in the future bitcoin and cryptocurrency  will be bright
