I'm profoundly saddened at the passing away of our dear muhamed ali who was a great legendary boxer.
He was truely the greatest in the world of boxing who always stuck by the rules of the game and was a fair and just boxer.
The world of boxing has become a LOT poorer with his death. When we hear of boxing undoubtedly mr Ali's name instantly strikes to our mind.
No one can replace this legend.
Rest in peace great boxer.
HOW AND WHY?..Never done nothing for me or changed my life not in any way what so ever..

Are you kidding? Mohammed Ali is the reason the draft got abolished in the USA. He took the US govt to court when they tried to draft him for Vietnam, and spent some time in jail as the case went through all the district courts - but it reached the Supreme Court which ruled that it was illegal to draft someone in peacetime (Congress had not declared war on Vietnam).

Ali was freed, and shortly afterwards the US govt abolished conscription and switched to a volunteer army.

So the reason you haven't been drafted to serve in Afghanistan is because Mohammed Ali won a landmark Supreme Court case. You probably owe your life to him.

He is too privileged to see that. Imagine being so privileged that you do not have to recognize important historical figures because they did not affect you (ie, you would have lived a life free of oppression without their advances)

Details have been sent out to all those interested, and I am still looking for the code.

I have 'zero' programming experience so I am unable to determine what programming language(s) may be involved.

Muhammad Ali was a pedophile, who cheated on his wives and abandoned his son
Read more at

Was he ever convicted of being a pedophile? Or are you just leveling the same accusations that they had for Michael Jackson, another famous black male.
His father was an inexperienced Southern country boy when his head was first turned by a sassy Chicago cocktail waitress.

That is not who we are talking about. Focus.

The safest bet for the case quoted above would be to have an offline vault in Armory, with a paper backup stored off-shore.

A brainwallet would also be nice, but if you get amnesia your assets would be lost forever.
865  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: June 12, 2016, 12:40:14 AM
I think the better question is, will BTC hit $1000 again? In my opinion, that is worse than Bitcoin dropping to $1

This is awesome. Now that people can stop depending on McD's maybe more people will learn robotics. Since that's where the market seems to be heading.

You do realize, that the future of development and programming does not lie in McDonald's Kiosks, but more advanced goals.

Their ultimate goal is to have access to women. By jailing people under false pretense they skew the ratio in their favors. It's a war zone and we are moving to electronic speed. Will be fun.

Rubbish. How this is even remotely related to the topic? Most of the guys, who are jailed for drug related offenses belong to the lower social and economic classes. Their "access" to women is already limited, as they have bigger problems (such as the basic necessities) to worry about. And I don't think that the numbers are significant enough to skew the gender ratio.

He's probably an American feminist. They know how to tie misogyny to just about anything.

"It would be great if we could actually select our presidents vs. elect then . " - Dick Gregory

While I get what you are saying, we do not even elect our presidents, superdelegates do.
870  Other / Meta / Re: Members with many accounts on: June 12, 2016, 12:23:07 AM
There are folks on Bitcointalk who have 2,3,5,10 or even 15 accounts and more. There are many reasons to have a bunch of accounts, fun, propaganda, signature campaigns, schizophrenia &c., you name it.

This forum is very liberal. Do you supports the forum's decision to allow this practice?

What does schizophrenia have to do with owning multiple accounts on a Bitcoin forum? I am schizophrenic and I own only one Bitcointalk account
People mistake schizophrenia with multiple personality disorder all the time.  That's my guess.   Hope you're in remission.

I'm sorry if I was being offensive by including schizophrenia on the list but I too suffer from this condition.

Thank you for this. It is extremely rare to find an example of something like this happen on the internet.

If Bitcoin dropped to $1, I would buy all the Bitcoins I can afford.

buy as much as possible it is a good choice, but remember that you have to play fast, like doing a fast trade. because it certainly will not last long, when the price increases will fall back

Oh absolutely, law of supply and demand. However, this post is based on a parallel universe
873  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 5 reasons for global marijuana legalization on: June 11, 2016, 05:29:16 PM
It opens up a whole new debate when you want the government to decide what you can or cannot consume, indeed, they are the worst people to be handing that authority over to
874  Economy / Economics / Re: My bank account's got robbed by European Commission. Over 700k is lost. on: June 11, 2016, 05:27:59 PM

I'm a bit hesitant to explain this because I suspect that the confusion comes from you not understanding what inflation is, and it's just going to confuse you. But since you ask the member states print their own banknotes, with permission from the ECB. The bank notes are identically designed, except for the serial numbers, which allow you to tell which country they were printed for if you're interested. The coins are the same on one side, but the other side has a design on it particular to the member state that minted it. But economically it would make no difference if they were all minted in Brussels and shipped to the member states.

Sorry but wtf are you ranting about? How is it relevant to this thread?

Maybe he accidentally posted it on the wrong thread

Yes, I believe Bitcoins exist, because I have some in my wallet.

Nah but seriously, although Bitcoin may or may not be, I think cryptocurrencies are the future.
879  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why we do not need a woman president. on: June 11, 2016, 04:55:48 PM
The Americans once chose their president based on race (in 2008). And they are still paying the price for it.

I think they chose their president based on race more than once. All the presidents before Obama were white. Is that telling you anything about picking a president based on race?

Historically, whites have constituted somewhere between 80% and 90% of the population of the United States, and therefore it is not surprising that most of the presidents were white. However, I am not sure whether Barack Obama was the first non-white president of the United States. For example, Thomas Jefferson was biracial. Calvin Coolidge was part-Amerindian.

42/43 have been straight white males. That is not "most". That is "all but one". Also, whites have never constituted 90% of the population of the United States. Thomas Jefferson was white.
880  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Pakistani husband of 3, father of 35, aims for 100 children on: June 11, 2016, 04:51:42 PM
The world is complaining about overpopulation, poverty, devastation etc and this man is aiming to have 100 children. I think it is better to have a family planning so that he can give a better future for his children  Smiley

Family planning is not permitted in his religion, and that is why he is producing so many children. The business minded religions always encourage their adherents to have as many children as possible, in order to increase their power and revenue. This is true for both modern Christianity (especially in third world nations such as Nigeria and the Philippines) and Islam.

Why are you assuming what his religion is even though it is never specified in the article? Or are you assuming that all brown people are Muslims?

Why don't you read the article carefully?

His name is Sardar Jan Mohammad Khilji. In Pakistan, it is illegal to have Mohammed as a name for non-Muslims.

Also it is given that "he believes it is his religious duty to have as many children as possible". There are only two religions in the world, which encourages their adherents to behave in this way - Islam and Catholicism.

This is false. Do you have a citation for that information?
