I don't gamble when mining, there are other coins that you can prospect on before they hit an exchange, some do and you make more then average, a lot of others don't and you lose money both in electricity and missed revenue. You could do exactly the same thing with coins on exchanges. There are plenty of small obscure coins that sometimes turn into really robust markets and tons of others that fall into obscurity. So, no, 'furious' doesn't apply here anymore then I'm furious I don't win the lottery when I purchase a ticket.
