Based on the amount of anticipation for RC3 and how strong the dev team is now - id say 0.03+ as a new foundation is easily attainable post RC3.1.
Most people are realising how big the introduction of masternodes is - having a proof of service which fixes some of the core issues of bitcoin, then having the scalability to build modules/features ontop of that proof of service is insanely cool.

4. Evan showed once again what an incredible dev he is. He stood strong and did what was best for DRK in the face of what would be insurmountable opposition to most people. EVERY SINGLE PERSON in IRC was saying not to revert. I didn't see a single person supporting his decision yet he stood firm because he knew it was the right decision. I guarantee you this, should Evan ever decide to start a company after DRK and needs Venture Capital, VC's will be throwing money at him.
Buddy, I am sorry, but concerning 4/, I still can't fathom with the fork could not go ahead ESPECIALLY since it was apparently caused by a minor and rare issue - 2 blocks simultaneous with different MN votes. We will never know, but it seems to me it is preposterous to pretend it was the best decision.
I understand your perspective. But I guarantee you the people with 7 figure investments appreciate Evan taking the conservative route. Heck, I bet many people with 4, 5, and 6 figure investments appreciate it. I wouldn't have the capital in DRK I do if Evan wasn't the way he is. It wouldn't be worth the risk. Agree'd took MASSIVE balls to do what Evan did - and it was the RIGHT decision to ensure that we have a 100% solid solution. No matter how small the bug, he wants it fixed now.
