861  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Have people been forced to pay tax over Bitcoin yet? on: April 05, 2018, 10:08:55 AM
Quite curious if this has been the case. Obviously I'm hoping it haven't been the case.

I have a point here for it. Though India is yet to accept / legalize Bitcoin, the Income tax department went on a ride with the traders in a metro city. They were caught and asked to pay tax for the earning they made. The proof was their bank statements given by the respective banks. Large transactions made ITO suspect on this moments. But later, it became normal. Its good to pay tax when bitcoin is legally accepted.
862  Economy / Economics / Re: Will BTC and large coins recover? on: April 04, 2018, 02:45:15 PM
https://www.coindesk.com/bitcoin-breaks-7000-to-50-day-low-amid-market-sell-off/

We know that cryptocurrencies are without a doubt changing hands right now, but is it even wise to invest into the crypto economy anymore with the top 20 tokens all showing a 10 to 20 percent sell-off within the last 24 hours? Is this the end, are the days of bull runs over in Crypto? Ever since February we've been struggling to break $11kish and now it's back down, what are we to make of this?

Eagerly waiting to see the recovery of every crypto currency especially bitcoin.  Need to see a change and all are fed up with a long correction causing major loss.  This is the right opportunity to buy and hold back the coins we have. We could see a slight positive move yesterday but it has again turned back to red. Hope to see a quick recovery before this month end.

Good system brought to the screen to avoid posts that are spam and shit posts which do not support the forum and its community in any means. I would observe quality posts around avoiding section where shit posts and spam. This at last gives a satisfaction in contributing best to the forum whether the posts receives merit of not.
864  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will 2018 be better than 2017 for bitcoin on: March 27, 2018, 10:44:54 PM
How do you predict the 2018 year to be for bitcoin. Will it rise back like 2017 and if yes than what could lead to those rise and if no than what factors could be accounted for the downfall?

Although it was not clear when it is time I believe bitcoin will set its second best record of the year, and according to my prediction the pope will come back to play and manipulate the bitcoin price at the end of 2018.

It will certainly dude. Just look at the data of last year. Just refer back coinmarketcap.com stating January 2017 to till date. The ratio is really interesting and we heading towards a great pump than last year. 2018 is going to be another year spoken in the history of bitcoin and crypto currencies. So better buy as many crypto coins as you can. Gather to gain more wealth down the line not late.
865  Economy / Speculation / Re: Invest on Bitcoin now or wait? on: March 27, 2018, 10:30:11 PM
I missed the last dip and am wondering if I should hold out for another outcoming dip or if the current price for Bitcoin are still decent.

Current situation opts to buy and hold as many coins as you can. Last two months values of all altcoins have been in red and still reducing a lot day by day. Select as may good coins as you can from CMC and filter out the cheapest one for a long term investment. So invest in any crypto currencies including bitcoin and this would enrich you with more profits by December 2018. You can study and analyze yourself from CMC.
866  Economy / Speculation / Re: I AM STILL HODLING on: March 27, 2018, 10:08:43 PM
Its right time to buy more altcoins including bitcoin and hold back in the wallets until the coins values boom to the moon in the middle of July 2018. As per the ratio, yes we can expect a minimum hike of 300 percentage from last year's value. Bitcoin value was at $1000 in January 2017 and in December 2018, it was at $21000. 2100 percentage hike in last year. This January began with value $9000, so just imagine if only 300 to 500 percentage hike then, the value would be at $45K in December 2018. So better to hold back the bitcoin you have.
867  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think that bitcoin can reduce corruption? on: March 27, 2018, 09:53:51 PM
Now that governments have a competitor in terms of currencies, do you think that they will make an effort to make the economic system more transparent or will they just try to ban everything?

It depends on the government. IF they realize that crypto currency will enhance their status amongst all other nations ecomomically then yes they would adapt.

Corruption depends on individuals. Either this can be fiats or crypto currencies, if one decides to be honest to himself and to the country he lives in, then he would not dare to corrupt himself or his country by any means. If not, crypto is not required, his fiat itself is enough for him to do corruption. Its unavoidable but can be controlled over the period. The nations can be cleaned without corruption.
868  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: REASONS OF ILLEGALIZING BITCOIN on: March 27, 2018, 09:17:07 PM
Banks are the current competitors of crypto. As cryto currencies are ruling the currency market, as banks are running on fiats, banks are indirectly forcing the government to block cryto currencies get into the country as banks are the main source of a country. This is the reason a country hesitates in adapting bitcoin or any other cryto currencies or hesitates to legalize it. And yes, taxes and scammers are the other main reasons to hold back in legalizing the crypto currencies.
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which ICOs are good to invest at the moment? on: March 27, 2018, 09:06:59 PM
I would list out few ICOs on top of list coming up fine with thier projects. DeHedge roadmap has been so successful. Their projects has almost reached every investors and yes they are coming up much faster in line hoping to be listed in the exchanges so fast. We have Fishcoin as well. The project is awesome and sure this would reach lot more. PolicyPol, Eligma and Docademic are in line. Eligma's icobench has even crossed 4.6. So should we still have a second thought on investing in this coin?
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can ETH reach BTC value ? on: March 27, 2018, 08:44:58 PM
I think that is difficult, but we have the right to hope. I value ETH as a potential coin for future growth because of cutting-edge technology, improved day-to-day performance and usability, and a roadmap for practical and clear ideas. But to get value like bitcoin, it will be an effort and depends on the market's adjustment

Lets question in an other way round. Will ETH be next to BTC? This would be a genuine question to ask knowing the crypto moments now. Lets come with threads strong. The gap in value between bitcoin and Eth is so huge. Bitcoin is unreachable now. The growth percentage of bitcoin is so far than ETH. Lets wish that ETH should have a growth as like bitcoin rather than competing with each other.
871  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it legal to sell bitcoin for cash ? on: March 26, 2018, 07:32:50 PM
I was thinking of selling my bitcoins for cash. Is it perfectly legal to do so ? Amount is close to 3-4K.

Thanks for reading.

It purely depends on where you reside. I live in a country where bitcoin is not yet legalized or said as an illegal one. I exchange the bitcoin in LBC. I don't think its illegal. You can even open a trade with a good account. Unless and until you are not cheating the users, you are at a greater side. Such actions are most welcomed then utilzing the given opportunity to misuse.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: IS ETHERDELTA SAFE? on: March 26, 2018, 07:09:05 PM
A few months ago there was an issue with Etherdelta and some people lost their ETH and .

Has the issue been fixed, is it safe now?

Few months back the problem would be occur in Ehterdelta. The exchange was hacked by hackers. Many people afraid that lost their tokens. But now the exchange is very safe. Many people starts to use this exchange for buying and selling coins.
873  Economy / Speculation / Re: Saving for your Children Bitcoin vs Cash? on: March 26, 2018, 06:36:01 PM
At First, it's better to inverse in bitcoin and then Real estate .Finally the stocks. Apart from stocks ,you will get more profit in bitcoin. If you had save some bitcoin for your children, they can buy a property from the profit. It's essential to buy a property for your children. If you brought a bitcoin, they can buy a house with that bitcoin.

Saving is a good action taken towards children first of all. It can be either crypto or fiat.  But compared to profits,  I would suggest you go half with crypto and half with cash as cryto's values can go up and down anytime.  Earn as much as crypto you can and save exchanging half into fiat's and the rest as crypto.  No harm in it.  Be safe though.  Who knows,  crypto can become the ruler of currencies and will enrich you with more savings.

874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Waves vs. Bitcoin on: March 26, 2018, 06:22:35 PM
Waves NG - has been released today making Waves the fastest blockchain in cryptocurrency.  1000+ transactions per second compared to 3 for bitcoin.  I'm tired of waiting for 3 days for my bitcoin transaction to go through, and paying $30 USD.  Bitcoin was the first and is well known with the media coverage it receives.  Usually the first coin people buy.  It's time for a new coin to take over, some day.  I think Waves is the best!

Always bitcoin will be the king of cryptocurrency. No other coins will beat bitcoin. Waves is one of the best and promising coins in the market. Bitcoin would always yield you profits either in short term or in long term investment.

Waves' growth has been healthy but compared to other waves' competitors it is bit behind.  You can still choose it for a long term investment. All the best dude.  Get into CMC and choose the best coins comparing each one's data.
875  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Why Banks are attacking Bitcoin ? on: March 26, 2018, 06:11:17 PM
Simply because cryptos are the biggest competitors of the banks in so many ways. And what they are threatened more would might be the bank big investors will change of heart to rather invest in bitcoin and withdraw their assets from the bank. In that case lots of bank will be gone and declared bankruptcy and that scares them even more.

This is business all about. A cold war against one currency to the other currencies. as crypto is ruling  the currency market now,  banks are bit behind profits. The banks are the back bone of every government and this is the reason many governments lack back in accepting bitcoin or any other crypto currencies which will cause loose fiat's values slowly.  So no surprise if banks fight against bitcoin or any other crypto currencies.
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: whats your Favorite coin ?! on: March 25, 2018, 09:14:07 PM
My favorite coins seem to be BTC and ETH, reasons being that they are of good prospects and are promising coins. Investing in BTC and ETH, even with a small capital, gives you a reasonable amount of profit when a significant increase occur.

Instead of favourite, let's say coins with more profits.  They get changed according to the values of the coin. Investors do see from business perspective. I would go with the below coin when it comes for investment. These are all for short term investment. I would list out few cheaper coins as well.

Bitcoin, ETH,  Maker and Bitcoin cash are suggested for short term investment. Neo,  Monero,  Nem,  Ripple are for long term.
877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Top 5 of exchange platforms on: March 25, 2018, 08:57:21 PM
Which exchange platorms are the most convinient for you?
Binance is my favourite, because it has more efficient mobile app and it's easy to use. Other alternatives can be Bittrex, Bitfinex, Kucoin and Cobinhood.

I have used the below ones and they are best with features and secured systems.

Litecoin. Info
Bitterx
Bitfinex
Binance
Etherdelta

878  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying Coins on: March 25, 2018, 08:46:23 PM
Where can I buy some coins with the cheapest price? Too many exchanger & trading sites out there, you don't know which is the best one.
You can find information on bitcoin prices by looking at coinmarketcap, to be the main benchmark before deciding to buy on the existing exchange market. In addition, you can offer to fellow colleagues who use bitcoin, and can buy to your colleagues to get bitcoin for a bargain.

Right.  CMC has been the best on exchanges. You have all the options available to buy a coin.  You can filter out coins from cheapest to top most rated ones.  Filter out the cheapest coins and compare the data of minimum 1 year. Choose the coins and read out their project details and analize their details. This would certain you of growth.
879  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you buying bitcoin now? on: March 25, 2018, 08:35:15 PM
yes i buy bitcoin now because now the bitcoin price is down and i hope in 1 month or 2 months bitcoin price gets higher and i can get profit
and I think this is a good opportunity to buy bitcoins at a low price
I hope to buy bitcoin soonest too! Im very excited about it. I strongly believe in bitcoin that it can improve more and people will be investing more so the market is getting bigger and contrary to what others say that it will die soon actually it will be very profitable and brighter in the cryptocurrency industry in the coming times. I am one of the many hopefuls to be one of the financially stable individuals once cryptocurrency has gone mainstream to the world..

Yah this the time to buy bitcoin.  The price of bitcoin is very cheap now. Investing in bitcoin at present will makes you more profit in future. According to coinmarketcap the price of bitcoin will boom up again. So hold your coins with patience for long term there will be a massive growth again in bitcoin.
880  Economy / Economics / Re: How many people in the world know about bitcoin? on: March 25, 2018, 08:15:53 PM
i'm just curious if how many percentage of all the people on earth know about Bitcoin. in my country i think only 10% knows about it. post your opinion guys.

Day by day the popularity bitcoin is increasing. It can be discussed in media. Many people are ready to use bitcoin.  But it depends upon the country.  Because some countries  still not accepting bitcoin. Most of the people in the world now using bitcoin. People are ready to invest in bitcoin rather than gold and silver. Due to its massive growth.
