This is what you need
PartyCoin.conf
addnode=176.24.252.217
addnode=75.130.162.248
addnode=188.4.133.7
addnode=104.238.169.3
addnode=101.165.225.41
addnode=94.23.217.166
These are not working, wallet is not synchronizing. what to do?
why wallet cannot sincron
The nodes are not hardcoded so you will need to add them into the conf file. Why is not nodes hardcoded anyway OP? It would make it alot easier for most people.where ?

On windows go to %appdata% then to folder named Partycoin
Creat a file named PartyCoin.conf and insert this into the file:

Then save the file and open the partycoin-qt.

Make a PartyCoin.conf text file with the following
rpcuser=USERNAME
rpcpassword=x
rpcallowip=192.168.*.*
rpcport=72565
daemon=1
server=1
listen=1
addnode=176.24.252.217
addnode=75.130.162.248
addnode=188.4.133.7
addnode=104.238.169.3
addnode=101.165.225.41
addnode=94.23.217.166
Then save it (as all Files) into C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\PartyCoin then Restart your wallet.
If you can't work out how to do this then there is a link below that shows you how to do it for litecoin, you just need to use PartyCoin for the name instead
