I am sure sooner there will be some timeline for starting date from where the dividends application will start. That will be point to determine the quarterly period for next rounds. We need to wait for updates as guessing and assuming different conclusions will make complicate for us . I will prefer to see official update on this matter in coming days.

Now the current price are without any manipulation by those whales which were pumping as long as distribution was going on. I see these price as true value where the project will take off gradually which is far more better than what was happening during last few months. White papers are rough idea of the concept they want to work on in any project. You can hardly find any single project which delivered 100% what was stated in white paper. I saw discussion about unsold token's status in future and saw someone told it may be used for another ICO in future. One token will be widely available at exchanges to trade them under free market then running another ICO won't be possible to define the valuation for those tokens. I think those frozen token will be used for development purposes in future.

Current market attitude is telling that we may see again once at least 15k satoshi price before the real rally start again. HMQ is hidden gem of which lot of people are not aware. Just imagine when App with free payment transfers will be live. I can imagine huge rush in buying although market is very low by volume and value now. I will ask for information about the team members with their profiles and expertise and company registration if there is already one. It is very logical to ask these things because such a billion dollars project can not be operated fully anonymously. I would expect these coming out in no time to make everything transparent.

If you check all this is fiat then it is not very low but we should calculate it against Bitcoin as well. I will say it will meet its ICO price in Bitcoin as well in coming weeks and then going straight up with updates to bring long time holders few times profit too. Right now it is not at all time high. There was some small correction in the market and now it will start riding for another all time high. Cryptomarkets are turning into green and ARK is also showing being among appreciated markets. I will buy at current price as space for growing is available for it.
