My withdrawal is not big, just did it for a withdrawal test to know how smooth the withdrawal in coins.game.

Well, I did the same thing last night... I didn't have any issues, and it was pretty fast:

I had some pretty nice hits on slots... Smiley
862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Australia will ban Gambling through credit cards on: September 14, 2023, 11:55:28 AM
Australia is looking to ban credit card usage in online gambling. The reason they give is that Australia loses 25 billion dollars only in gambling in a year. That is a big amount indeed.

Although the title says, the ban of credit cards but when you read the actual news it says that they will ban crypto usage in online gambling too.

Quote
The Bill, set to be introduced to federal parliament on Wednesday, will illegalise the use of credit cards and digital currencies in online wagering and slap fines up to $234,750 on companies that don’t enforce the ban.

Is this bill means that Australia is going to ban online gambling because if people can't use a credit card or crypto, how will they do online gambling?
Wait, "lose"? So I guess we can assume that Australians play on foreign casinos, I reckon they can just create their own local (or promote one) online casino to combat this. I don't really think you'd consider it as a "loss", that kind of math just sounds wrong imo.

On the topic of banning, I'm just surprised they didn't outright ban online casinos and instead credit card and crypto usage. Kind of odd really, are there other alternatives outside of these two? Paypal is one that comes on the top of my head but I'm not sure if casinos accept payments through it.

I also doubt that Australians "lost $25B", probably they are talking just about deposits... It's not like that people just lose in gambling. Just sensationalistic headlines and big words/numbers to trick people into believing that new rules and regulations are necessary. Classical government propaganda.

I guess that the Australian government can try to ban crypto gambling, will be interesting to see how they plan to do it and whether will they succeed or not. It's different with credit cards, banks have all the control and they will do what they want... but with crypto it's different.

Some guy created a meme coin with just $100... I think there are more videos and articles about this, I think I saw it months ago for the first time. I guess we can say it's a good thing when your partner is ChatGPT.

Money is important, but except money for creating a token you need some skills as well. Anyone can open some AI chat and ask how to create a token with $xxx or without money, and the instructions are very detailed, but it's not like everyone can do it just like that.

I can think of one reason for JET to exist and that's something i already explained.

Because you are taking it too seriously... It's just an on-site feature. And I guess there's no "real reason" for JET to exist, but here it is, like some feature that you can like or dislike, but it's there. Like BCD you mentioned... but it's another site, and I have been playing there for years. I never had any issues, and I don't think I will have any problems with JETs... in my opinion, this is just something that can keep you attached to the site, and generally, I like this "casino coins/tokens" idea. But it's me.

Anyway, the "Exclusive Crash Contest" is great! I would like to see more people in... it will be even more interesting! Smiley

871  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🥇BEST CASINO IN 2023 - Community decide🥇 on: September 12, 2023, 06:47:14 PM

Who can vote?
Everyone at Bitcointalk

When you exclude some good casinos but include some shit casinos in the list, itself enough to conclude what's your goal is. I'm not wondered that you skipped so many casinos here. Don't forget to add the size of the total vote cast by the way. If it's less than 20% of the active people, don't call it community selected.

Little Mouse said what I am thinking... So I will not vote, and this is not "community decide the best casino in 2023", this is a joke. Forum members should avoid this kind of thing, don't give credit to people who just appear here... whatever they say.

My favorite casino is not on this list, and I have been in crypto gambling for years... Smiley

872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the Difference Between Plying Gambling on Online Sites and Real Casinos? on: September 12, 2023, 12:28:20 PM
...
Do you have experience playing at real casinos and online gambling sites? Is there a difference playing there? I want to know.

Well, it's hard to answer this question... first of all, all casinos are different. Maybe it's just a color and casino set-up, but even that makes a difference and can make someone like it more or less. Some casinos offer more games if they are big enough for all those machines and tables. When we take a look at some casino resorts we can assume that visiting them and gambling there can be a really special experience.

But I am far from that, I like online gambling because I don't need to get out of the house... I can enjoy my favorite games in the comfort of my room, with my favorite set-up. Maybe one day when kids get older and I hit some crazy big jackpot, maybe then I will try visiting some casino resort.

874  Economy / Economics / Re: I wonder if food prices in your country have also increased? on: September 11, 2023, 06:46:52 PM
Food prices will increase inline with oil pretty much, that would be one of the easiest ways to tell inflation in pricing is likely to continue.  Also fertilizer is another price to follow for cost of production but as I understand it food prices are rising because cost to produce is rising.  Generally the world is demanding more refined foods and a greater amount of meat means more demand for food to feed live stock, enough factors for prices to rise over a decade and thats what I expect.

And here in my country work is being done to increase the excise duty for petroleum products! Of course, this will affect the prices of all products and services... Inflation is unstoppable for now, and many steps taken by the state are counterproductive. In the meantime, some chain stores and some companies are recording a growth of +150%... compared to last year, and a much higher growth compared to two years ago. While people still work for $2 per hour, min wage.

Zeitgeist - Moving Forward (Monopoly game) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzau4Z_lfJY

In the end, everything goes back to the box! I like this version because life is more than just the economy and more money in the bank account. And I know we all need money, and now I have two little kids and I teach them about money and life and everything else, and... we need some balance, I am trying to find that balance and teach my kids to have it as well. Too much of anything is never good... but it's hard to realize that, even harder to teach someone else about that.

Well, I haven't turned on Metaspins for a very long time. And free spins can be a nice reminder that a site is still around. 20 free spins for the new BGaming slot, but I wasn't lucky... Long-losing streaks are "normal" in playing slots. This time 20 dead spins just like that:

Well, I will give it a try with my own money next time, and maybe I will have more luck!
878  Economy / Economics / Re: What has really been behind china's economy on: September 10, 2023, 07:50:29 AM
Not a lot of countries create fake windows to disguise under construction buildings to look like they're finished so they can save face in an upcoming event.

Slapper got an argument slap! Smiley

Well, my country is one of the countries that like to disguise almost everything... so by some government officials "Serbia is an economic tiger and in almost everything, we are better than the others..." with an average salary of $700. A country that "seemed to have come out of communism and socialism"... and where are we now I really wouldn't know what to say about that.

879  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake phishing on: September 09, 2023, 07:54:37 PM
I rarely click on promotional emails, but if I need to log in again after clicking the promotional email I will stop the process immediately. New tab, open the right URL (if you are an active user you are probably already logged in), and check the promotional page. Simple as that...

Well, scammers are everywhere, and there will always be scammers around. If you don't take care of yourself, others won't be able to protect you, it was and will be! There's nothing more to be said here, we learn from our mistakes... and we pay for our mistakes! The only question is how much we will pay... it's certain that some will pay more and some will pay less... but we all pay!
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why gambling beginners must not joke with casino announcement on: September 09, 2023, 05:17:14 PM
Well, people can joke and have fun with casino announcements, in this particular case, with various bonuses and promotions. These things exist for us to have more fun...

First of all, watch your deposit, it's never a good call to deposit more than you can afford to lose, it's gambling... Once we make a deposit that's it. Some minor mistakes in understanding the bonus conditions are not too terrible, they mostly relate to the maximum bet, which games you can play, and probably most importantly what conditions must be met in order to be able to withdraw the profit, if we get there at all.

So just relax and don't be afraid to try new things out there, but for sure we need to pay attention on where we are trying and with how much money we are trying. Good Luck gamblers!
