Don't bother trying to sell a physical good with an address containing bitcoins because spammers can easily get around that and PayPal or the credit card company won't look into it at all because you aren't supposed to be selling non tangible goods in the first place. Just don't use eBay!

Xx,xxxx doesn't really make sense. Is it xxx,xxx or xx,xxx (for example 100,000 or 10,000)?
Either way this is why I wouldn't ever keep anything on an exchange ever. Why trust a third party with your money? They could always just say you were using it for something illegal and now they own your bitcoins

I had considered getting into the lending business when I started with bitcoins but it just didn't seem to be a viable business model. I think your four pages of red prove that. That's, what, a 90%+ default rate?! Why bother. Collateral loans on this forum make sense but nothing unsecured over the internet. People have no reason to pay it back! You can't hunt them down for $50.00

If I were you I would open this under the scam accusation subforum. Have a look at what is typically used as proof for scams in the past and go from there. Good luck. Hopefully this is just a slow response time and not an actual scam.

It is funny how Donald Trump hasn't mentioned Bitcoin, even though he has an altcoin named after him. (namely TRUMP). Having an altcoin named after you is not really a reason to mention bitcoin, let alone become interested in in it. There have been a few known people who had coins named after them actually mention it (Kanye, Ron Paul, Max Keiser), but most of them never even know it exists. What is the general way their are talking about bitcoin or blockchain technology? Positive, neutral or negative? It depends what country you're asking about, but in Canada it seems to mostly be positive to be honest. Of course there are always people trying to discredit bitcoin by saying it's for criminals but what can you do?

If there were a way to use public keys to determine (hack) private keys then there wold be no bitcoins left.
Similar to you hiding a geocache in Iceland I've left a grain of rice somewhere in our solar system. (Hint: it's not on earth). It contains my private key that may hold 2500 satoshi or 1 bitcoin (or anything in between). If you and your ancestors looked for 1000 years would you find this grain of rice? That's about how probable it is of hacking abitcoin address.

SOLD to Monbux. I may consider other trades if it's worth my while but otherwise I'm done for now. I'll post if I need an exchange in the future.

Huh? What country are you in? Judging from your username you're in China. I can't believe that's even legal for them to shut you down. Are you without electricity now?

The unfortunate part of all of this is that there are people farming hundreds of accounts to earn their satoshis. Just look at this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1597201.0;topicseenIt really takes away from us legitimate posters who just have some passive bitcoins being paid to us for something we would be doing either way.

When people are so desperate for money in my area, they usually go dumpster diving for returnable cans and bottles. It wouldn't take you long to find $2 worth and it's probably a lot easier than begging for a collateral-free loan in here.
HAHAHA! Exactly. It's $2.00. Do the bitcoin equivalent of looking for spare change and go to a dust-paying faucet or better yet sell something worth $3 for $2. Why bother making this thread? You knew this would happen.

48hrs 80% interest Netflix account as collateral
Why would a Netflix account work as collateral? You just say you lost/forgot your password and it's yours again. It's not actually worth anything (more than a couple hours of TV). Lock the thread at the bottom left of your screen to avoid negative trust from default trust members.

I self mod due to seriouscoin I always pick -1.2 due to seriouscoi
Alright I've wanted to ask since the first time I saw this thread. What does this mean?! Is seriouscoin a person or an altcoin or what? Anyways hmmm... +9.3 = Chris!

I guess it actually depends on if it doubles for 31 days + you get to keep all of your previous amounts or if you have to give back your previous amount.
January 1st: 1 Satoshi January 2nd: 2 Satoshi January 3rd: 4 Satoshi January 4th: 8 Satoshi January 5th: 16 Satoshi January 6th: 32 Satoshi January 7th: 64 Satoshi January 8th: 128 Satoshi January 9th: 256 Satoshi January 10th: 512 Satoshi January 11th: 1024 Satoshi January 12th: 2048 Satoshi January 13th: 4096 Satoshi January 14th: 8192 Satoshi January 15th: 16384 Satoshi January 16th: 32768 Satoshi January 17th: 65536 Satoshi January 18th: 131072 Satoshi January 19th: 262144 Satoshi January 20th: 524288 Satoshi January 21st: 1048576 Satoshi January 22nd: 2097152 Satoshi January 23rd: 4194304 Satoshi January 24th: 8388608 Satoshi January 25th: 16777216 Satoshi January 26th: 33554432 Satoshi January 27th: 67108864 Satoshi January 28th: 134217728 Satoshi January 29th: 268435456 Satoshi January 30th: 536870912 Satoshi January 31st: 1073741824 Satoshi = 10.73741824 bitcoins
I've done so much martingale on 2x so I know without calculating that if January 31st: 1073741824 Satoshi then if you sum up all the other days of January you'll get (1073741824 - 1) Sats. So the whole payment would be over 21 BTC. But I'd prefer 14 BTC right now because that's a big money too. I'll just leave this here for you: 1-800- 522-4700 You know you have a gambling problem when you can't wait a month to earn 6 BTC lol. I would suggest giving that # a call ASAP.

I just bought a new phone and need some Bitcoins! I have 0.76BTC available and I'm hoping to do it all in one trade. See the OP for more details.

Yes yes it's a dumb newbie question. I have this thread I would like to unlock and I'm the OP. I don't see an unlock option anywhere. I know people do it all the time...
Ah Jesus freaking Christ I found it nvm... Look on the bottom left everyone! The very bottom! Arg! Durp! Nvm. Goodbye.

Why so cheap? 75% is low for these cards, expecially considering you usually pay $500 fiat + an activation fee that is relatively high.
Because he probably got it from a scam victim. Many (most) vanillas sellers do not own the cards and have no physical access, you should ask the seller to take a picture with some text on a white paper stating he is buying BTC with it. that is exactly what i said i would do to the moron asking wheres the pics? yeah im gonna post them in the thread. To the scammer who posted this thread you still haven't posted those pictures. Don't forget to have your username on a piece of paper and proof that there's money on the card!! Edit: could you answer my questions too? Sure does take you a long time to prove you're trustworthy. I wonder why?

It looks like you forgot the "pics included" that you have in your title.
Is this USD?

Do you accept escrow?

As of right now: Which fee should I use? The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 60 satoshis/byte, shown in green at the top. For the median transaction size of 241 bytes, this results in a fee of 14,460 satoshis (0.07$). This is taken right from https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

It looks like you've gotten some good answers here but yes I would agree to just get your friends' phone/laptop/tablet and see if he ha any unencrypted addresses. That would be the only way you could get any access to his bitcoins. Sorry for your loss and I'm especially sorry for his family's loss. I'm sure they'll need the funds if you can get access to them somehow.
As a community we should really have a guide on how to make sure your family would have access to your bitcoins in the event of your death.
