Is it possible to earn by playing game ? especially related to bitcoin

Hello Mr. Newbie. Of course not. Don't ever think you can earn from gambling. Unless you are playing poker or sports gambling,
then probably it is possible. But really gambling is not a for profiting or a business. It is just really a source or entertainment
and it should say that way.
862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know whether its your lucky day? on: August 18, 2017, 05:51:19 AM
You know your lucky when you get lucky. The problem comes when you push your luck and get greedy and lose and put it down to bad luck, it wasn't bad luck it was greed. Number one tip for luck is to take chances. Buy that random lottery ticket when in shop just to buy milk it could be your lucky day.

Yeah, often when i notice that i am very lucky that day i just make my bets lower, as i am sure that i will lose soon, and i actually do. I know some people that start using all their money or even all ins when they feel lucky, but this just makes them very greedy and then they lose it all of course. So it's better to use your luck in smart way and win bit less than to lose everything.
that was a good step , as i believe few people only who could really stop immediately right after a lucky streak on you. instead to do that at once, lowering the bet aren't a bad idea , sometimes you can feel by yourself how the lucky day come to you right?

i have experienced it several times , following my guts and working well .

Yeah often i feel when it's my lucky day. I don't believe in magic and stuff like that, but everytime when it's my lucky day i just feel happy. Of course then i try to use my luck in gambling, and when i see that i'm lucky i lower bet. And yeah it is really hard to lower it, because i feel greedy... But i know that if i won't do that i will regret later.

Most of gambling follow their guts, so i don't see reason why you shouldn't!
keep following your guts and your feeling won't last forever , i mean won't give you a steady profit.

at some point you have to realize that gambling are not a proper way to make money. and just walk away leaving that stuff as soon as possible , as soon as when you think you have got your luck , and now just time to enjoy everything that you have earned.

We all know that gambling is one of uncertain income sometimes we win and sometimes lose, but why we never get out of gambling? Is it because sometimes we get a fortune on a certain day?
chasing something that really unsure in gambling are the reason why people feel so happy , yes they are looking for a fortune that could change their lives in a couple of minutes! it is completely sounds like a greedy . nobody blame you about this as it was human nature.

but to do it repeatedly in the long run it could be a big blunder.

Because gambling will never be good in the long run. That is why if anybody hits a good winning amount they should just leave and leave with the money.
If you don't leave with the money then that would entail that you will lose the money in the long run. A lucky day, will mean you should just run after winning.
863  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When to leave the game? on: August 17, 2017, 07:06:23 PM

Ofcourse for me I set some limits and goals so that whenever I reach and meet that goals I probably stop and take some rest and put my earnings in a wallet so that I would collext all my earnings. Many people didn't know when to stop because they are overcome by greed and the attitude of always wanted to win money or to earn money.

Thats the good way as an indicator to stop. I try to do the same thing as well but my method is to bring a small amount to the gambling site that is why whenever I play and lose, it doesnt matter because the amount is just a small amount for me. It wont affect me even if I lose everything that I bring

This is also a good method to save our money. In gambling making a profit is not easy so with knowing that truth why should we simply waste our money right. Limiting target and limiting the small amount to play gambling both will help us to stop the game at the right time. I am also trying to follow this method. But I do sports betting, so I will not lose more money here the profit and loss almost equal.

Can we all stop saying that gambling could be a profit activity? Accept it already everybody! Gambling is not a job nor is a profiteering activity for gamblers!
This is the business of the casinos and not the gamblers. So do not expect you will profit from it. Gamblers are meant to just play for fun here, and not aim for profits.
864  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Lost & made around 3 BTC today on: August 17, 2017, 07:01:53 PM
Went from low to high, did bets up to 2 BTC on prime dice. Now I'm on 6.1 BTC. I had 6.9 BTC but I wanted to risk it and I lost. How bout you guys?

You gambled that much money but you defaulted on a $2 loan? That's really contradictory to your situation.

I don't think OP has legitimately did that much in a single bet. He's just stirring some drama over here, but he did not do that bet.
865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: August 17, 2017, 06:55:54 PM
Of course, I'm playing with my profit, because it's easy money and I can afford to let them, without regret, give them something that gives me great pleasure and a possible win.

Really? Looks like you are a newbie gambler. I would challenge you to do this every single time and let see when will you balance goes zero every time you
do this strategy. Yeah for sure you won a few games and you are just playing with the profits, but you don't realize that those profits will be lost and when
you gamble with your deposit again that would be the time you lose that too.
866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you feel when win in gambling? on: August 17, 2017, 06:51:34 PM
Certainly i feel very happy when winning in gambling, and will certainly feel its own pride.
But sometimes all the gamblers are not satisfied with their victory, they always want to get more than that and the result is not a victory but the defeat they get.
Being proud can really be feel while you are winning it feels like you do achieve a new thing on gambling and this kind of emotions boost you up to play even more and end up on feeling again the times of frustration thinking off that gambling isnt just always on winning side we do know that we lose most of the time on playing it this is why we should know when to stop when we are already on the green side.

And... That is how they get yah! The feeling of winning makes you feel strong and invincible. It makes you feel that you can conquer
ever gambling site there is. You will that you can clean out the bank roll of the casinos. But reality will slap you in the face in a few
minutes of your gambling. After winning for sure you'll still lose in the long run and you'll think, how did I lose those bets?!
867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Just don't on: August 17, 2017, 06:46:32 PM
What is your...what strategy...experience...game....bla bla bla...what about this:
How many of you gambled when you were drunk? Or stoned? Experience?
Don't gamble when you are drunk.
Just....do not.

LOL. That is a good question man.

I would say that I have not gambled when I was drunk since I get so drunk that I don't even have the energy to even open my computer.
Though if I had the chance, I hope I don't gamble when I am drunk. I would assume I would choose stupid decisions and lose all the money.
868  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: August 17, 2017, 06:42:02 PM
Analysis for gambling will more like a loss of time than on a way to calculate the exact profit. Gambling is created only for entertainment and is based on luck, unlike trading.

Of course it is a waste of time, because analysis does not affect the outcome of any roll of dice.
However this is still effective if we are talking about poker, sports betting or other games that
require skill rather than just plain luck. Though you can still use it on luck based games in the
aspect of when to withdrawn or deposit more money.
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why don't most blogger blogs based on decentralized blogging systems? on: August 17, 2017, 02:41:44 PM
There's nothing to gain from a 'decentralized blogging system', and I don't think such thing even exists.

BTW, there's nothing decentralized about Steemit...

I agree, don't you guys think it is stupid that they are generating wealth out of nothing? They are just profiting without selling anything.
That is a problem, since these things cost money and really generating coins for blogging or writing doesn't make any sense since no one
is really purchasing the articles.
870  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could a future hard fork save Bitcoin from Quantum Computing? on: August 17, 2017, 02:25:47 PM
Now that this is answered by everyone here, that a quantum resistant code can be implemented, the new question is,

"Will bitcoin be able to upgrade first before quantum computers can break the code?"

We all know how slow it is to implement updates to the bitcoin code, now it is a race.
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Bitcoin Cash on: August 17, 2017, 02:09:49 PM
What do you think of Bitcoin Cash?
Do you think it will have the same value as Bitcoin or it will be just another Alt. Coin in the crypto market?

Bitcoin is an automatically generated currency which is pure and simple currency which is greatest among all currency so we can say that it has defeated all the other currency due to its easy access to all the People out here

What do you mean automatic? Huh
It isn't automatic, it is generated through mining using hashing power! That is work right there. That is also why it is called proof of work!
What is automatically generated is proof of stake kind of coins like ETH! There you just have to wait and see if the system picks you.
872  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what is bitcoins split? on: August 17, 2017, 02:00:06 PM
The Split have actually came to past and we are seeing two chains right now, and the question here would be is it good for the economy of bitcoin or not, well this is the first time came to this point of a hard fork and so far so good and we could really see a great price right now that the split have occur and we came to a really great value that is $4000

Some say the BCH is not a split and some argue it is. I am not sure what it is now. All I know is that it is based off bitcoin and its blockchain. Then they forked it and made their own kind of bitcoins. Though I don't think it will overturn bitcoins anytime soon.
873  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it wise to invest 1k into Bitcoin at this point? on: August 16, 2017, 05:01:08 PM
What is your input?

1k isn't much to be honest. Though I would say that it is still good to invest into bitcoins. I would say before the end of the year we could
even reach $10,000 each at this rate. Also, after all the drama about the forks the past couple of months this is really a good time to invest
as it has already been cleared and bitcoins is gaining a lot of popularity.
874  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Art of Earning BTC on: August 16, 2017, 04:56:58 PM
I am literally new to bitcoin, though I have already searched some discussions in here on how to earn, i am still totally lost and don't know how I shall start.

1. To earn btc, shall I deposit?

2. Joining bitcointalk.org, how will I be able to earn btc, by joining campaigns?

3. Is gambling a good choice to earn btc?

4. Are there jobs that pay btc?

I know those were asked lots of times, but still hoping someone will answer my doubts and questions.

Thanks :-)

1. Yes, deposit all you have into bitcoins! Best choice you'll ever make.
2. Don't think about campaigns right now, they only hire members and above. Member accounts don't really get paid that much either.
3. No! If you are not a professional gambler then don't do it. It is for leisure purposes and for fun, never for earning btc!
4. Yes there are! Offer your skills, like graphic arts, computer programming, and other valuable skills.
875  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: August 15, 2017, 05:44:03 AM
It is possible, corrupt people always find the way to corrupt things even bitcoin is not an exemption.

And why would bitcoin not susceptible  to corruption? For sure greed will indeed find its way into anything even bitcoins. Maybe some greedy law maker will buy bitcoins and then create laws that would favor its propagation. That would definitely increase prices and he would profit the most.
876  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Escrow Guide on: August 14, 2017, 02:53:35 PM
Hey Everyone,

Just wondering since I've never escrowed before I would like/need to in the future. Is there a guide on how to escrow somewhere around here?

Thanks

It is quite easy. It is either the seller sends the goods to the escrow or the buyer sends the bitcoins to the escrow. If all checks out then the escrow will release whatever he has to the proper party. Plain and easy. You have to choose a reputable escrow though, there are plenty scammers out there, so be careful.
877  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Open AI Gambling Bot/Discussion on: August 11, 2017, 11:30:02 AM
So Recently Elon Musk announced the Open AI as we know, If you don't know about "Open AI" just google it, It is basically a bot which learns from visual input and becomes a master at doing whatever it is trained on(Given enought time), It can master any Atari game and can even predict stock prices by given it the proper data, so i was wondering what if somebody trains it on Poker or Dice game? It will be the perfect player, far better than the human and could probably make websites go bankrupt, as there is no defeating to an AI. From what i am seeing the future will be AI's Playing against each other. The person who will have a better AI player will win the most bets, Let me know what do you think about it.

Also If anybody in their spare time can train it on Poker or a simple Head Tail game, Do share your results it will be interesting to see.

It seems you are still a newbie at gambling to even think like this. Gambling can never be learned by an AI, even if it does it cannot counteract the effects of randomness. Can an AI predict the future? If it can then it would win the dice games. If there was a fixed strategy in gambling, then there would have been super rich people from just gambling and all the casinos will go down.

I disagree with that. Indeed gambling is a random event, for example dice is random if it is truly dice. The problem is a computer can never ever pick a random number. It doesn't have that ability since it has no consciousness. So what it does is "simulate randomness." It uses plenty of variables and with the slightest amount of change the outcomes would be so different from one another.

That said, if this Open AI would learn how the computer generates random numbers, then it can predict the outcomes of the game.

Exactly! Thank you for sharing this, This is what i was trying to explain earlier, The Computer randomness is "Fake" it isn't true randomness, which can be exploited by a well trained AI.

I think ai can be trained to play only skill based games, would be interesting to see how they play against us(humans)and against other ai. in luck games, it's ai vs true randomness, who do you think will win?

The AI will beat anyone on any game if it is that smart. Remember that the chess computer back when computers are still in its infancy defeated a lot of chess masters. Likely the bot will be able to beat humans in poker. Also remember, the computer can make a damn good poker face. Then it can also read our facial reactions even on poker face.

Along with being well trained at poker, imagine being well trained on facial expression too, That would be the dream Bot for sure!

As for many people, You have missed out my update! Quoting it again here!

Update: Well its about time, Saw this page being advertised on Facebook, These people are funding people to code the Best AI for poker. They have already given out a 3d printer to one of the winners. Well the things are about to get interesting. Future of gambling is in AI's hand. Would love to hear Your thoughts on this.

Facebook Page Link: https://www.facebook.com/AIGamingCom/
website link: http://beta.aigaming.com

I think even half of the people that gambles, tried gambling, or think about gambling know that the randomness of the rolls in online gambling are all "not really random." Like what I said, I it is just simulated random since computers can't really think let alone think of a random number.

About your update, I think it would happen. I think AIs will rule the world and the movies "The Matrix", "The Terminator" and "iRobot" will come true. Just a matter of time. So getting news about a gambling robot, is nothing surprising. And to be honest, there are already poker bots out there. Have you played an offline poker game on your phone? Don't thus games have AIs already? They might be stupid poker players right now, but wait a few years.

878  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: August 11, 2017, 11:18:22 AM
No smart way at gambling except we can control our emotional
Example that if you lose don't double your bet if you lose again you will lose all your money

The smart way is to invest in a gambling site so that we can get profit from gambling site. If we keep on investing, we are going to get profit in the long term. I dont really see any other smarter way than this but atleast we can get money so instead of just playing casually it is better to invest in a gambling site

Yeah I agree. Do not bet against the casinos, bet against the gamblers. So just use your deposits to be part of the house.
There is a better chance of profits if you be part of the house than gambling in general. Gambling is -EV and that means
everytime you bet you lose more and more money as you go along the way.
879  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Casinos on: August 11, 2017, 11:06:39 AM
Bitcoin Cash has to prove it self just like any other altcoin that it can go mainstream and most casino customers will use it for the long run, am pretty sure they will list on one condition that it can show it has a community rallying behind it and won't crash out on them like other altcoins.

I agree, bitcoin cash has no place yet in this world. It is just being traded in the exchanges for no good reason really. Just that it is a fork of bitcoins and a medium sized mining pool is trying to sell it as the real bitcoin. But they won't succeed, they will just be forgotten and no casino will accept it.
880  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think that you're addicted to gambling? on: August 11, 2017, 10:54:16 AM
I'm sure all the players will surely get addicted when they do gambling. Because then they already know the advantages of gambling or they already know about the sweet promise of gambling so that they use the greed in gambling. but unfortunately it can ruin or they can get a loss and finally blame gambling. This is a reality and I am one of the victims of gambling but now it is not too happy playing gambling
May be you can say that because maybe all the people that gambling you encountered became addicted.. but in my opnion not all the people who playing gambling will be addicted sooner because im the obe of them i played gambling in many time and i won but mostly lost. And if all the player control their emotion and have a budgetting in thier capital in gambling addiction on it will be lessen..its just a self discipline.

I agree not all who played gambling games are addicted to it.  One example is myself.  I have been exposed to gambling since I was a teen ager.  I do play it when I feel like playing and I can ignore it anytime I wanted.  Some people still have discipline and control themselves because of the knowledge of being hooked to gambling is not a good thing and anything that is too much can destroy us.

I also play and I also do not consider myself as an addict. I play so seldom nowadays. I think I have not even played for over a month now.
Though what is wrong is that people equate frequency of gambling to an addiction. Even if you gamble once a month, but you use up all your money
to the last cent, you are still an addict. That is the truth.
