Talking about ugly football, France is the most perfect example. Croatia did all the game in the first half and they got knocked by an own goal and a very doubtful penalty. It looked to me like the referee clearly was in favor of France, anyway the winner cannot be judged they say. I feel very sorry for Croatia.
862  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does hard work in gambling count? on: July 15, 2018, 10:40:18 AM
In most of the cases it does, below is an example for sport betting

If you study hard the analysis from different websites you will have an edge in the long run of course as you cannot win all the bets but for today I have placed two bets based on some analysis websites I have seen which are to be seen below.
Fc Nordsjaelland vs Esbjerg - here I choose Fc Nordsjaelland because they have much better players and Esbjerg is still struggling with the same players from one year ago where they seriously risked the relegation, for the moment Fc Nordsjaelland is winning but it does not mean that they cannot lose the game.
Next game also my tip of the day is Fc Norrkoping vs Hacken- Norrkoping to win because Hacken has lost 67% of their away games even to team with lower potential than Norrkoping. On the otherside Norrkoping has won 3 consecutive home wins against Hacken and both with 2 goals difference.

What I want to say is that studying help a lot especially in sport betting.

Predictor -

Hoping I can hold on to 2nd place, I still have my joker to play. Trofo is too far ahead now & I don’t think I or anybody else will catch him.

Rooting for you buddy, but I'm happy to see both of you in Top 2, and top 10 still having everything to play for! Trofo's got to have Croatia to win (right Trofi? heh) so I guess any of the top 5 backing France has everything to play for.

I still have my France to win World Cup bet active @9.14: https://www.bitcoinrush.io/sportsbook/ShareBet?id=j%2Fv00nMx77xuhGGEyVV%2FRfLHOUSVR92TzZTmnZACJ78%3D

And have a hedge on Croatia to win @4.95: https://www.bitcoinrush.io/sportsbook/ShareBet?id=NS1ChhRp66v9ocAtNqSTRPvm0yhyUFLlRv6WUt3O2Ug%3D

But if the game goes to penalties and Croatia wins, I lose both. Such is life!

Well you did a wrong choice on Croatia to win the game, you should have choose Croatia to qualify or Croatia to win the World Cup, depending on the sportsbook you are betting and Bitcoinrush is one of the best, probably would have the options I mentioned.

If the sponsor is who I believe it will be, I am sure to be part for the first time of this competition, always wanted to be but the format made by directbet.eu was never enticing to me. I hope this time we go for a different and better format.

After Midtylland missed a penalty in 89 minute I am forced to play a 2.20 odd in order to end this week in profit, or if it doesn't win unfortunately we go back to a lost week after two profitable ones.

866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Power issues on: July 14, 2018, 07:52:21 PM
less than 100W only ETH mining is possible.
gpu-z, afterburner reads " GPU only Power Draw"

GPU-z is not accurate, put a Wattmeter at work to know your real power consumption. When I first bought a Rx 570 mini ITX rig, I immediately got that back at the shop because my Wattmeter was reading 980-1034 watt power consumption in total mining Ethereum with Corsair Platinum PSU. Bios was modified and I thought since they were only with one fan would consume less energy. This was not the case and I got a rig with RX 570 Sapphire Pulse which consume about the same but the hashrate is better and also the cooling.
867  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup Pool Discussion Thread on: July 14, 2018, 07:32:29 PM
I see very strong competition to enter in the top 5, a lot of users are only 100 points distance to each other. If someone has a Joker to use too like LFC_Bitcoin things will be interesting after tomorrow game ends. I had England 0-0 as I thought they would try to beat Belgium through penalties but I was wrong. I insist to have France vs Croatia 0-0 tomorrow too with a jolly in it , not that will change anything but just for fun.
868  Other / Archival / Re: Have you ever won a Jackpot? on: July 14, 2018, 03:41:25 PM
Never so far but it is one of my dreams in life to change my life by winning a jackpot. Chances for me to achieve this are one/in one billion persons so the odds are against me. That is why I call it a dream. I played many slot machines during 2016 when I first joined here and loved it but never won anything big except a maximum win of 0.35 BTC by playing bonus game on WHO SPUN IT slot.

Bump? No one can use them?

They are not the preferred ones, although your price is a sweet spot for 4 cards I must say. The reason is the high electricity cost and the low reward they give you in general in mining. Your best bet is that someone with free or near free electricity can buy them for such a cheap price like 200 or a bit more dollars.

Unfortunately I think France is too strong for us. So if somebody is up for it i can take that 10-25$ bet and hope to lose it Smiley My first take at bracket challenge had France - Croatia in the final and France as the winners and I have a feeling it will end like that. Of course I will cheer with all my heart for our guys (Croatia) but this will be the first match I will not bet on them.

At first I thought so too, but after thinking during these hours I took a comparison of head to head players of both teams. While France has big names, the teams in which play the majority of the Croatian players are far more strong than those in which France players play. As for which team to bet on, it is better to bet on under 2.5 goals rather than pick a team. It should be a winning bet, usually we have not see many goals in wc finals.
872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup Pool Discussion Thread on: July 13, 2018, 04:28:48 PM
I put two last games predictions in order to win more than 1000 points in total. Of course not going to happen but just for fun, predicted both the nil nil situation (0-0). Played the joker on France, I am pretty sure the Croatian coach would like to bring the game to the penalties in order to have a real chance to win the world cup. I doubt they can win it in the regular or extra time against France.

Comparison is wrong at least about the Rx 570 which I own quite a few of them, both run without problem at 30.6 mhs the 4gb version of the Sapphire and at 31.6 mhs the 8 Gb version also of Sapphire , the 4 Gb should be bios modified  while the 8 Gb version sometimes can only be overclocked through MSI if they happen to be Samsung memory which the 8 Gb version are most of the time.
875  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk's FIFA World Cup Pool Discussion Thread on: July 12, 2018, 04:05:52 PM
Games are available to predict now. So I need 955 points to get to current third place I believe, and have just made my last two predictions which will get me 1020 points if correct which would take me to third place as it stands. The scores are pretty outlandish so I've just got to go all or nothing now. Doubt either of them will come in though. Would have been so different if it wasn't for those late goals in the Russia and England matches. That there would have been around 1000 points alone.

It’s been fun once again, certainly makes being on this forum a lot mote fun.
Thanks for the idea & running i so smoothly hilarious.

I’m looking forward to the new EPL season comp already Smiley

I had Croatia 1-2 for England to win so only got 54 points for predicting the correct number of goals. I had England backed up as I had put a bet on them to win the Wc and I was just about starting to believe that maybe it will come true but no. I am also looking forward to EPL as I feel much more confident there than in the World Cup betting pool. I am predicting just for fun the last games.

Well done to Croatia, they deserved to play in the final. England showed just a pathetic gameplay tonight with Harry Cane in total shadow, in fact I don't remember if he got a ball tonight. Croatia this year have world calibre players, but against France it will be tough if not impossible for them to win.

880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think you are a gambling expert? on: July 09, 2018, 07:14:23 PM
I think I am a gambling expert in the sense that I have more than 15 years experience in sport betting. Also in texas holdem which is also a skill game infused with luck too. However no one can be a gambling expert otherwise we would not have any sport booking company alive today. Anyone who feels is an expert by playing luck games like roulette, dice and slot machines is nothing more than a plain fool.
