The Bitcoin Foundation should audit, certify, rank, and give a seal of approval for each exchange.

You mean the Shrem Karpeles & Friends Foundation?

Karpeles is out, Shrem was shutdown so he should be out too. There has to be a way for the Foundation to have trustworthy members, then I guess we can do this audit thingy I proposed.

Satoshi has to be pissed that these old timers can't even run business well and in turn gives Bitcoin a bad name.

The Bitcoin Foundation should audit, certify, rank, and give a seal of approval for each exchange. Keeping people like Mark and Gox from operating, with users under the false assumption that they will actually get btc or fiat. The exchange itself should pay for this service, and in return be listed as a trusted exchange. We should then point first time buyers to the Foundation page with up to date exchange info.

I won't be happy until Mark is in jail or in a coffin. A lot of people lost a lot of money because of his shithole magic the gathering online xchange.
But how many people gained money because of MtGox?

Him and his employees... And whoever figured out the way to steal the 750,000 BTC. Anyone else who made money there paid fees to do so, so they are excluded.

TBH 750k coins is a hell of a lot to steal without notice, I suspect they were behind it all along. Nobody can do anything about it now lol.

It's a lot but they have been around a long time. When bitcoin was cheaper I'm sure they didn't care as much when they lost a few thousand at a time.

So what you are saying is Mark & Co. are idiots...  Money in has to equal money out. When you are leaking money, put a cork in it.

869  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 24, 2014, 02:21:51 AM
I'm just mad I don't have 6 million on bitstamp right now. I'd burn his ass.
870  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 24, 2014, 02:20:01 AM
Is this 1 person playing around with 50K BTC on stamp right now?

It's Mark…. Selling all the cheap coins he bought on his exchange... duh!
871  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 23, 2014, 11:06:53 PM
Because they have their money locked into gox... No news is bad news, time to short = big time

How do you short MtGox?  Shorting anywhere else would be risky right now.
872  Economy / Speculation / Re: Mt.Gox Dumps coming! Under $250 Soon on: February 23, 2014, 11:02:44 PM
Ban this idiot until he pays his debt. All he does is troll.
873  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 21, 2014, 03:27:02 AM
Goxcoins gonna rocket. It's just a matter of time. Window of opportunity is finite. In this game, you have to put your self in a position to get lucky.

+1

If only I would have won that 400 million Powerball yesterday. I would have flown to Mt.Gox.
874  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 16, 2014, 11:22:15 PM
Who has some USD on Gox they want to sell me?
875  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 16, 2014, 05:03:49 PM
Has anyone wired money to Gox lately? How long does it take?
876  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you see the price of BTC above $5000 by the end of 2014? on: February 14, 2014, 11:25:36 PM
87% yes.
877  Economy / Speculation / Re: (Poll) Will BTC break 266 on MtGox ? on: February 14, 2014, 03:12:50 AM
Mt. Gox is a whale in its own ocean. It will not let itself go lower than that. They will close before they let their fee income become worthless lol.
878  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 14, 2014, 03:11:06 AM
How do you get the people waiting on the sidelines to finally buy in, and complete capitulation before moving upwards? To gain more fees when volume picks back up? Exploit a year known bug, halt withdrawals, and rack in on panic fees until you reinstate withdrawals. Then gain more fees on high volume as we seek new ATH.

It's actually a clever way to get over a previous bubble, and get the train back on track. Instead of sideways actions for months.

Well Done Mark!

Let's see where this goes.
879  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 14, 2014, 02:59:29 AM

Gox is shit we know this. But they are the biggest. They have over 1 million customers. And if they lose trust in BTC and the exchanges, who will push the price up again?

Loaded, where are you???

He is doing work off exchange I bet. Too risky to deal with Gox at the moment.
