861  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Learn to play Dice on: March 21, 2020, 09:46:40 AM
Everyone could learn how to play dice so easily the hard part is learning all of the strategy that we could use to earn from it.
There are so many strategy that we could use in playing dice and one of the most famous is the martingale strategy.
But we should also know that those strategy wouldn't work for long that is why we need to know other strategy.

In my experience, you don't really need to study playing dice at all. By just trying it with 2 or 3 times, you could understand the flow of the game and I can see Dice games as the easiest gambling game ever created aside from hi and lo offered by some gambling sites. But despite of that, the risk of betting in a dice game is still huge depending on our bets and we might lose allot in one game.

I agree about using the martingale strategy in this kind of games as the probability of winning is quite 50/50. Meaning to say that if we lose, there is a probability that we could win after our loss. So, making our bets double after losing will surely provide us better profit.

Casdinyard I agree with you, there's nothing special about dice game. Easy game, easy to learn about what you can and can't do. This
site that OP provided is just a general introduction for people who never played dice game before.
I like to read about gambling strategies and from time to time I try some of them. I learned that every strategy is good for some period
of time, when I try some strategy and make 10% profit I stop playing and only after some time I come back and I try some other strategy.
In dices is all about not being greedy, if you are most likely you will lose money.
862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Game Over? on: March 20, 2020, 10:13:45 PM
Cryptocurrencies market has died several times and we are going to see another great recovering when the issue of this covid19 is finally over. I have decided not to be following most of the predictions of doom and focus on the reality of the market by depending on the past happening. This is not the end but just the beginning!

Crypto-market never died, we are still here. I assume that you wanted to say that someone declared that crypto-market died, but that
never happened. That rumors usually start after significant price drop, this time is no different.
I am here for a couple of years and in this time I saw hundreds of topics about the end of crypto-market. I never believed in that
rumors, and for sure I will not believe in them now, crypto-market is here to stay!
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: March 20, 2020, 08:59:28 PM
If there is bull run again I don't think ripple can reach $5 seems it is impossible because of the supply. There were many good news about ripple but it can not affect the price of it, not a good long term investment I guess.
It is unlikely that Ripple will grow so much that XRP will reach a price of $5, it will take at least a couple of years and a lot of positive news about XRP.

It will be a problem for Ripple to get to 1$. I invested in Ripple long time ago, and since then the price is dropping, and dropping. Like
there's no good news about Ripple for a while. Current 0.15$ for Ripple is not a bottom by some experts, the price will go lower.
We have high hopes about Ripple, reality is killing us I assume, but maybe Ripple will not go higher anytime soon.
864  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: March 20, 2020, 06:45:15 PM
Indeed the reality is like that, an economic crisis occurred because some businesses suffered losses due to the effects of
the corona virus. I am who have a business in the food sector affected by the corona virus, were forced to close my business.
Because my country's government does lock down for two weeks. If the corona virus is not immediately stopped its will be
very dangerous for the world economy. It can even increase poverty, because many business owners go bankrupt.
Indeed. Most businesses have stopped due to these global pandemic of the corona virus that only pharmacies and markets are the only ones that are not forced to close because people needs these establishments to provide the things that they need while they are staying inside their homes.

Today the president of my country said that this situation will last for 6 weeks or more. 6 weeks is some minimum, and that is
long. After two weeks many people lost a lot of money, some lost their jobs, everything is closed, and economically situation will
get worst than it's now.
But we can't do anything except to stay calm and to try to survive. I wish good health to everyone, each of us will lose some
money, but it's better to lose some money than to lose life or someone close.

865  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does anyone pay for slandering gambling websites on Bitcointalk? on: March 20, 2020, 05:02:51 AM
I believe there are gambling sites who pays people to destroy their competitor.

The logic is very simple, when your competitor goes down, you are likely to go up, so they'll invest for that while they also continue their aggressive marketing to retain old clients and to attract the new.

It's hard to determine if people are paid or not to slander a certain gambling site, but I believe its happening.

I agree with you Kasabus! It's hard to prove slandering, we can't tell is there a transaction between certain gambling site and a
slander, what we can do is just to assume what is truth. Slanders here are mostly newbies, without many posts, without any
reputation, and when I see a post from newbie I am suspicious about their words. And what we usually see are just the words. There
are no pictures, or other proves, just their words.
I am sure this is happening not just with gambling sites. This is one of the reasons why we need to be careful and not believe in
everything we read!
866  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: March 19, 2020, 09:48:53 PM
Even Esports events are also cancelled Dota 2 the largest and most popular MOBA game just announced that the upcoming major wont be happening. I guess for me, this would become a break for gambling games for the moment.
Hopefully the vaccines gets approved, also i've seen some news that japans medicinal tablet is effective in fighting the virus.

I guess these virus would only take a month max, so everything would be back to normal.
For the first time ever this is the most intriguing pandemic than what usually happens in the past. Most big or small events and establishments are cancelled/closing due to the NCOV that forces everyone to stay at home because it is dangerous to go outside. I guess we could just play gambling games in our own house together with the family. I hope this virus thing will only last a month because it's affecting everything of our daily lives.

Oceat we can play many online games, gambling and all other games too. We can bet on sports, and nobody can say how long this will
last. Some championships are postponed for next year, even Olympic games are in question.
I play dices and other simple gambling games, with 1 satoshi bet's, just for fun. Not often, when I have free time. Anyone can find
a nice gambling game for crypto-currencies, there are many of them. Now when people are closed they will be more interested in
online gambling.
867  Economy / Economics / Re: A little good news for Asia on: March 19, 2020, 06:51:36 PM
Rebound is typical after a significant dip, but it doesn't mean that the market will reverse into bull immediately. If you look at this pandemic situation, many countries haven't reached the peak infection phase, so saying that it's over is a little bit too premature IMO.

At least my business is still shit atm, and I bet many people are still in the same situation as me. lol

Drops can't last forever! This drop now is not over yet, we can see prices dropping more, along with governments
strict measures. Many do not work already, by the end of this week we can see total shutdown. That can hurt markets
even more.
It's question for how long this will last, I hope not for long, because some are in deep problems already, if this continues
nothing good can come from that.
868  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin should be bullish at this moment! on: March 19, 2020, 11:48:08 AM
If we were really ready for something like this long time ago the number of preference would have skyrocketed but we were not ready for it which is why we can't really take advantage of it neither.

Right now, if we had a lot of shops and restaurants offering bitcoin payment option and if they said would you like to pay with bitcoin to everyone because of corona, we would have increased the number a lot, it would have created this notion of "if I pay with bitcoin I won't touch anything" in people that would at least create some sort of intrigue in them even if they never imagined of using it before. However, we do not have it in many places, we still have it in select few places and mostly online which is already digital, so we can't really take advantage of the situation.

Shops and restaurants are closed! Now it's not the time for thinking about the adoption! When all this "virus" thing is behind
we will see.
Today we can't be bullish about crypto-currencies. Stock markets are going down, oil is going down, crypto-market is going
down, virus affects everyone, people are selling assets and buying goods. Situation can get worse, so future drops are possible.
869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Again on: March 19, 2020, 08:34:56 AM
The Binance team always reads the marketing opportunities very well, it's no wonder that Binance can grow and be as popular as this. South Africa, including a potential market, there are no strict regulations related to crypto there, besides that most of the startups in the African continent originated from South Africa, this proves that understanding fintech there is developing well. Thank you, OP for providing this important information.
true, binance always provides new services for the convenience of people to make transactions and they always develop their services not to mention many traders there who make transactions and their volume is also quite high compared to existing markets

I would say that Binance covered all. New service, promotion, big changes, all that is followed by a marketing. They thought about
everything, and that is the reason why they are number 1 crypto-exchange.
I agree with you that investing in Binance is a great idea, it was a great idea and it still is. I invested in Binance long time ago, and
from time to time I try to add more BNB to my portfolio whenever I can.
870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Corona Virus was predicted but it will soon vanish on: March 18, 2020, 11:26:59 PM
I have heard that the virus has a gene sequence that probably doesn´t come from nature because it is not a typical mutation, so there is a high chance that this virus has accidentaly left from the laboratory in Wuhan, more informations here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wuhan_Institute_of_Virology#2019%E2%80%9320_coronavirus_outbreak
Did you know that? Do you think that Chinawanted to trigger an economic crisis?  Wink

Another conspiracy theory, and we have seen many theories these days. I think that we will never find out what really
happened, big players are involved and we can't do anything about that. In reality while some are losing money, some
are making tons of it. This is what happens right now, but is it possible that some are so eager to earn money so much
that they are ready to do all this to human race just for that?
Propustio sam sve to i naravno nisam instalirao Pi aplikaciju. Po mnogim odgovorima mi se cini da sam pametno postupio.
Voleo bih da cujem i vase misljenje o Electroneum-u i Phomeum-u! Da li su i ova dva novcica moguca piramida, ili nesto slicno?
872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: March 18, 2020, 09:27:44 AM
From yesterday all casinos in my country are closed because of corona virus. In same time I read how online gambling is rising
in other countries.
There's no good addiction! People should be careful with gambling, I know I am. I like sports betting and for the last year I
bet in crypto-currencies, so this closing doesn't bother me much. I don't think I am an addict, I bet few times per week but
with couple dollars per bet. I don't risk much, I don't win or lose a lot, I enjoy doing that and I will not stop because of some
virus.
873  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why do whales move Bitcoin around from wallet to wallet? on: March 18, 2020, 07:17:33 AM
Most of these whales wallets are owned by institutional investors, this type of investors are always using they're funds for huge transactions payment which results to keying down a different investment at the end. The idea of moving funds from one wallet to another is actually not advisable but once a user detects prone in such wallet, the best move is to transfer it out to a different wallet do avoid lost of funds.

One of the possible reasons to move huge amounts of Bitcoins is a security! Is it a breach or whale found a wallet with better security,
nobody can say. There are many possible reasons why someone is moving Bitcoins from one place to another.
I saw some people trade on these movements. They follow exchange addresses and monitor all big incoming or outgoing transactions.
It's interesting for me to read about transactions of huge amounts, and possible reasons for that. I usually see some of that on Twitter,
but I do not trade based on this informations.

Huobi Releases New Mobile App for Crypto Trading
https://blog.hbg.com/huobi-launches-new-app-for-commission-free-crypto-trading

Huobi Group has officially announced the launch of its new mobile application, Huobi Lite. Per a March 10 announcement, the new app will allow anyone to trade major cryptocurrencies on Android and iOS without fees or commissions.

https://cointelegraph.com/news/huobi-releases-new-mobile-app-for-crypto-trading

It's a race! Both are trying to gain more popularity with their new apps. It's great for Huobi that they
have mobile app, in these times without mobile app service has no future. Without fees and commission
it's a great promotion and I believe people will love it.
I have BNB and Huobi shares, I call tham like that. I have KuCoin shares too. For me all three of them
are great investments. Exchanges that are working good and that have so many new features designed
for new generations.
877  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is happening ? on: March 14, 2020, 06:37:42 AM
So Bitcoin just crashed to 6200 $ , around 1000 $ 1 hour , around 15 % in 1 h   , what is going on ?  Shocked
Actually, you are happy with the current price of Bitcoin, you can buy it and invest at a cheap price like this, the phenomenon of crypto going up and down is one thing that is commonplace and there is no need to panic.

Yes, corona if it is linked to the main factor but it is not one hundred percent true there are other factors that we don't know affect crypto prices on the market today, you need to think about buying and storing crypto assets 1 and 2 years will come and see the results, you will be surprised when you see it.

Yoshie buying now at this low prices is one positive thing we can do in this stressful times. Corona is everywhere, on TV, internet,
and looks like Corona is to blame for everything bad that is happening. Personally I think something deeper is going on here, but time
will tell what really happened.
I agree with you that people who invest now should think about holding assets for years before they sell for profit. We can't predict
when we will see the end of this, but it can last for months, and recovery from this can last for years.
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 100x-1000x coin? on: March 13, 2020, 01:12:02 PM
I hold Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and 10 other alt-coins. I hope that a couple of them will make x100-1000, and I have reasons to
believe that it is possible to happen in next 5-10 years.
Crypto-market is growing every year. With huge volatility, big rises and drops, crypto-market survivies and after this hard times
Bitcoin and other alt-coins bounce back and make some new high price. I believe same will happen many more times in the future.
We need to be strong and survive those times!
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do you think ETH will hit all Time high(ATH)? on: March 13, 2020, 07:18:45 AM
No, ETH is not going to hit high this year, because if you look at the market now, you can clearly see that investors are not interested in investing in crypto, they are trying to leave crypto for a while.

I think you are right, Ethereum will not make new ATH this year. The same is for Bitcoin and many other alt-coins. I didn't expect too see
this huge drop, after this we will need a lot of time for recovery.
I will not panic or anything, I did not lose my faith in crypto-currencies, I just think that now we need to be patient and keep what we
have until we put all this behind us, and for that we will need months if not years.
880  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL HODL HODL...AND BUY MORE on: March 11, 2020, 07:36:39 PM
People are getting upset over the price, I suggest to buy more coins at this moment when the price increases gradually you can earn a lot. Worrying is not the solution nor the panic sell, just understand the market situation and plan accordingly.

This dump is nothing new in the crypto history also the price will increase once the market will get rid of these panic sellers, Just hodl and don't be impatient things will be okay very soon.

"Just understand the market situation" and please explain me how to understand it? Like market is dropping and we should sell and cut
loses, or to buy and hope for the best?
Many people here talks same as you, understand this, understand that, do this and that, but nobody tells what exactly!
