861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to put $20k? on: January 29, 2018, 04:58:06 AM
Most of those old timers in Crypto said to put most of them on Bitcoin and Ethereum, then the rest on altcoins.

For me you can put it into ICOs as long as you do a proper research about the team and their project.

I don't know much about those 2 but I strongly believe that you can not go wrong with VeChain. I'm also invested in it.

Regarding the ICO that I mentioned, maybe you can try the LoyalCoin ICO. I'm sure it's legit but I can't tell you if it will give you fast profits.
862  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: you have profit in all airdrop? on: January 29, 2018, 04:48:56 AM
Most airdrops are not profitable. Most could be trolls or scammers. Don't just signup on everything as some are phishing sites.

Though sometimes you get lucky. With the number of airdrops, most people will just signup without reading or bother researching the project.
863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where to por 1000$ tomorrow? on: January 29, 2018, 04:26:15 AM

Hi. I was thinking of investing $ 1000 in cryptocurrencies. where would you put those $ 1000? I would like it to be a safe value, so now I doubt between ethereum or neo. any advice?
I'm not sure if I'll buy tomorrow with the card or wait for the transfer, but I'm afraid this will take off and the train will be lost.
I think Ethereum and Neo are not bad investments. You can do a self study so you can be comfortable with your choice and will get better at choosing where to invest in most cases.

I believe VeChain is a good investment as all I'm hearing about it is good news. And I'm also invested in it and planning to HODL it for a year or so.

Just make sure that you invest what you can afford to lose.
864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best / safest wallet for storing ETH on: January 28, 2018, 08:10:00 PM
Hello all,

I am looking to store ETH in a wallet, what would you suggest is the best and safest way to do this? I am considering buying a trezor as well for extra protection. I am simply looking to hodl ETH.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
Ledger Nano S is cheaper than Trezor if memory serves. I am planning to buy one too and so far all I've been reading are good reviews about their product. The only complaints I've read so far are people buying fake products and untrusted people who already have the seeds of the one they are selling to steal the content later on.
865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCONNECT X FUTURE.. on: January 27, 2018, 11:56:38 PM
hello everyone is bitconnectx has future as a exchanger despite what happen in bcc?
I don't think so as of this moment.

But they could pull it off later on when the fire settles down. The fire is too enormous by the way.

I warned a lot of people that it seemed like a ponzi scheme but too bad for those who didn't listen and very good to those who did.
866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHY DO THEY NEED ICO? - more thoughts on authenticity on: January 27, 2018, 11:22:49 PM
Maybe they need a separate budget for the project and it's better that way in my honest opinion.
867  Other / Off-topic / Video Editing/Making Tools For Bounty Campaigns on: January 27, 2018, 10:14:28 PM
What can you suggest to use for bounty campaigns requiring you to create a video? I would like to self study that software so I can join video/youtube campaigns.

Others might also be interested so this could be a help.

Advance thanks to those who will help.

Kahit na mahirap kung ito ang solusyon para umayos ang forum ay sasangayunan ko. Mas magiging kilala sa kalidad ang bitcointalk dahil dito at mababawasan ang mga 'di ganun kaaya-aya na mga post.

Thanks, I'm also playing it safe. It's depressing if I don't receive my stakes. I hope he becomes active soonest as time is gold. Cheesy

@Campaign Manager: Can we remove our signatures now?
871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Time to Buy? on: January 27, 2018, 01:14:52 AM
I think cryptos have just bottomed out for now. Probably is time to buy.Everyone seems to be shit scared.  Opinions?
I say buy when people are scared.

Buy especially if you are in it for the long run.

I'm holding my precious coins and I'm excited how good it will turn out in the future.

Crypto is the future and we are lucky to be early adopters.
872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BitConnect Rest in peace ~ on: January 25, 2018, 04:24:15 PM
BitConnect, once the top 10 in global market capitalization

The highest record is about $ 500 USD unit price
The same is about $ 3 billion market cap

Today it has evaporated -97%
Only less than $ 90 million market cap left

This can be called a bubble? I think so!

It is not bitcoin, no way to make a comeback

Investment need to be cautious not to put all the money into a box, even if it is a gold
I won't call it a bubble but a ponzi. They are really good at what they do. It really seemed legit until it all broke down and they will be moving on to a new scheme with some of the money they got. They cycle will continue unless people stop joining this shitty investment schems.
873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the ETH blockchain be strained again? on: January 25, 2018, 02:36:19 AM
After the horror that CryptoKitties caused on the ETH blockchain with increased transaction costs and time, a new kid on the block is coming up - CryptoCelebrities

https://www.cryptoinfomag.com/2018/01/25/ethereum-blockchain-needs-to-watch-out/
And I think there are others similar like crypto dogs (TRX). There's also crypto bots that I see on facebook but I didn't try to read more about it. I hope the ETH blockchain can handle these as ETH is popularly used by ICOs thus making it really prone to congestion.
874  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Merit and New rank system in Bitcointalk on: January 25, 2018, 02:18:28 AM
Magandang ideya pero may butas dahil may mga magbebenta nga siguro ng merits. Pero okay naman kasi medyo pahirapan na at mahihirapan ang mga accounts na mahilig lang mang-spam kahit walang kalidad ang kanilang mga post.
875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there such a thing? on: January 25, 2018, 02:04:36 AM
Is there such a thing as a fixed price token meaning one with a set price like 1.00 that never changes?
Yes. I have seen a token asides from Tether but I can't remember what is it. I just saw it in a youtube advertisement. It says that it has a fixed price or like Tether, not sure which of them though.
876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any exchange with decent volume and no verification needs? on: January 24, 2018, 08:37:59 PM
I think HitBtc is what you are looking for. If I'm not mistaken then they have no limit and no need for KYC to withdraw and deposit large amounts.
877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VeChain (VEN) Next Billion Dollar Crypto on: January 23, 2018, 10:29:00 PM
Guys VeChain (VEN) is going to be the next Billion dollar market cap coin (currently 350Mil) after just announced a national level Chinese Govt partnership/contract to build smart cities (something people thought NEO would get driving up its price). Read about it here: https://t.co/DB1mJI0AIR

There is also a possible upcoming Alibaba connection (Taobao is owned by Alibaba) - https://npm.taobao.org/package/vechain-connector-js and already have some very good partnerships with major companies.

Disclaimer: This is not financial advice and do your own research.
I will be goind with VEN for long term. Good news by good news hits this coin. This is one of the greens even most coins are on red last time and it's still holding. I believe it's still hugely undervalued right now.
878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Total market cap €400B and falling on: January 23, 2018, 05:00:32 PM
I'm not worrying much about it. I'm prepared to buy low now. Whatever goes I still win. However, I prefer bitcoin not dropping too much now.
879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your plan? on: January 23, 2018, 11:33:10 AM
By plan i mean when do you plan to cash out. Is it when you have made enough to buy a car, a house maybe? or are you setting your sights higher?

Personally i'd just like to own my own home, after that i would just play with spare change.
I'd like to cashout to have my own business and own home. Everything should go well from there as I can finance my trades with my businesses or I can just focus on my businesses and just invest on crypto.
880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is The Ledger Wallet the best hardware wallet for most of the top crypto's? on: January 23, 2018, 02:46:09 AM
Anyone out there have experience with The Ledger Wallet? How has it worked out for you. What if that gets stolen? Even though they won't know your passwords or anything, are you still able to retrieve your accounts? I'd love to hear from people who use these hardware wallets and the ease of use of them.
Based on my research as I'm planning to purchase one myself, I would say it's pretty safe. Just buy it from legit sellers especially those that are listed on their official site.
