If everything is legit, which with Emporum it is/was but then the owner decides to jump ship because the price went down, what could I have researched, what could I have done differently? Sometimes these things just happen, it's out of my control just as with would be with whoever looked into it.
I can draw a bunch of parallels to real life things where this happened/could happen and I don't think some smartass coming in later and saying "Heh, that was so obvious just do your own research next time, JUST" would make much sense.
That's right, we do not have the gift of foresight, we are just people, because in fact the project looked attractive, the idea is not new, but they could have succeeded. In my memory, there were 2 similar projects, but in practice they turned out to be unsuccessful.
