8601  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is worth buying coins under $1? on: May 16, 2018, 03:41:46 PM
if a coin has a high potential it is very feasible and if you have a large capital and buy lots of coins at the price of $ 1 it might be profitable
The question OP should be asking himself, or any other person in his shoes is that, if he is to invest in a company right now, probably to be able to have a huge stake in it, what is he going to be looking at? The percentage of the stake or the fact that the company can actually deliver in the long run for a pretty huge profit.

Many people today in the cryptocurrency world are looking for less than a dollar coin just because they want to get rich overnight and all they are doing is gambling their way through investment which the outcome most of the time can be horrific unless that individual is just lucky.
8602  Economy / Speculation / Re: What happens to bitcoin? up or down? on: May 16, 2018, 01:19:18 PM
The value of bitcoin has seen significant gains over the last week, following a period of relative stability hovering above $9,000. If it continues its good form, it could break above $10,000 in the coming days. . my opinion is bullish market is coming.
But your wrong instead the market go bearishness

And this is not new since it happens many times this year that when the bitcoin price bullying the market
Suddenly it will turns into a bear market for what reason we dont know.

In this case thats why lots of us thinks theres some whales manipulating this market
Probably you are the one who misconstrued him. You should have seen the conditional statement he gave and that was right. The fact is that no one can actually give an affirmative statement in the market and you can only expect something to happen based on an outcome. That was his opinion based on if the market is in a good shape, but unfortunately, we went the other way. If we had enough momentum, we could have broken the $10k, but with the bearish divergence, it was obvious we are going to be testing the lows a bit. That is just market !
8603  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do You Know How Whales Sucking Us on: May 16, 2018, 12:49:34 PM
i think there are some whales who sucking us through bitcoin and that's why bitcoin not crossing 10k$ when bitcoin try to cross 10k$ than some whales come and suck top of bitcoin and go back and again wait when bitcoin try to cross 10k$ again and whales will come again

Example image
[im g]https://injurylawyerz.us/aa.jpg[/img]
Welcome to the world bro! There are always going to be whales everywhere and they are always the ones making the market what it is and also based on how it is perceived in the outside world anyway. However, traders are just there to follow the trend and do their own thing, while whales are the ones calling the shot on how they want the trends to be directed.

I guess, we just have to live with it and accept our fate in most cases, which is one of the reasons why you should not be buying at the top, but instead, be taking advantage of the dips. That picture really got me laughing though !
8604  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sudden Price Drop! What's going on with the Market? on: May 15, 2018, 06:45:01 PM
Few days back I was this close to buying BTC when it was around 10k, but halted for some reasons. Now I see the price is around 8.6k and I wonder why the sudden downwards trend! I see no major news out there (or maybe the statements of mr. buffet and gates?). What could be the reason and how dip the price can go?
That would have been the biggest mistake of your life. Since you did not buy already on the breakout, normally you should have waited for a break above $10k even before buying. Moreover, if you are a trader who knows what he is doing, then you should have noticed the bearish divergence on the 1 hr chart as well to know that was a danger zone to be considering buying unless a breakout occurs.

All the above, anything can happen in a market at any time and that is the reason every trader do not usually do without their stop losses, so you just have to get used to it.
8605  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin faces 'death cross' after falling below $9,000 Read more at: //economic on: May 15, 2018, 03:35:02 PM
I think bitcoin will be fine and this is only temporary and not a problem for me, and I think it will recover in the near future this month and after that it will run smoothly again.
Anyone who even wants to pay attention to all these death trap will have themselves to blame in the long run. I remember few months ago, I guess around February, we ended up having this same thing coming up with a lot of news of some dumb analyst predicting a lower value as a result of death trap on the daily chart and then we have it going up, with us coming back to this bull shit news again. People should better get a real job than posting nonsense. Forget TA and blend with trend, i guess you will be far better off as a trader and even an investor.
8606  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin? Advantages and Disadvantages on: May 15, 2018, 01:09:39 PM
The only advantage will be that you can obtain huge amount of profit in short time and without adding taxes
I guess the only reason why you got into our midst is because you imagined bitcoin only as an asset but not as a currency which was the main reason most of us believed in the real life usage right from the onset. The reason why bitcoin has become more of a speculative asset is because people like you only see it that way.

Moreover, there is more to the advantage of bitcoin when we are talking about borderless transactions, no third party; just P2P, and so many other things with just the asset side of it being an added advantage.
8607  Economy / Economics / Re: Any ideas of what we lack in crypto world? on: May 15, 2018, 10:48:38 AM
We see that all the time in some countries cryptocurrencies are banned or in the contrary they start to make a special regulation. It shows that everyone want to do something with it but don't really know what, yet. Maybe you guys can guess, as experts from the crypto community, what do we need for normal living in a blockchain world?
If what you want is to use cryptocurrencies in your everyday life then we are only lacking one thing and that is adoption, but unfortunately adoption is not a process that happens overnight it is a long process even if the technology is great people are not going to leave their old ways behind them very fast, just look at the Internet it took a lot of time before it was adopted by most people around the world and the same is going to happen to cryptocurrencies.
I would not say we are lacking adoption and in fact, adoption has been growing consistently in a pretty good way in just this short period and we should be at least ready for mass adoption when it comes.

Nevertheless, I would say what is lacking is understanding as there are so many people who do not even understand the space they are investing in which makes the idea of FOMO and FUD to be the norm of the day and if we can get to start seeing knowledgeable investors, it would be a thing of the past seeing how the space is being spiked up and drawn back hugely most of the time.
8608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum a threat to bitcoin on: May 15, 2018, 10:18:18 AM
The OP needs to change his statement by a little bit. Rather than "Ethereum a threat to bitcoin", it should be "Ethereum was a threat to bitcoin". And it never will be "Ethereum is a threat to bitcoin". ETH was threatening to overtake Bitcoin until mid-2017, but it lost steam soon after that. Now it is the turn of the other altcoins.
I guess people are entitled to their opinion; it is just that when they give their reasons, it is just some reasons that will make you want to puke just like the one that the OP has given. NBA is a different world from the crypto world and even though we do not know what the future holds, I guess the OP should be more concerned on how Ethereum itself can be displaced by the likes of NEO and co, rather than coming up with some flimsy reasons why Ethereum will be displacing bitcoin as that is completely a baseless assumption.
8609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will the governments kill cryptocurrencies on: May 15, 2018, 09:03:38 AM
The reason that some countries deny or ban cryptocurrency is because its either they cannot gain through it through taxation or they just want to take control of its regulation in their country, while some is afraid of its potential of being used is scams and in the black market.
No one is stopping them from gaining through it and even though they cannot control P2P transactions, they can still be able to have a hold based on regulations on most, if not all of the exchanges. Sure, there may be some reservations and skepticism based on the fraudulent aspect of it, but the last time I checked, fraudulent activities have been existing before the existence of cryptocurrencies, and if governments want to find a way to curtail that, it can be done.
8610  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Centralized coins on: May 15, 2018, 08:00:58 AM
I don't think there is any room in crypto for a centralized currency, just use any fiat currency of your choice if you want centralization and feel the need to be regulated in some way.
Yes, simple. Centralized coin was never really the idea. We have been in the centralized environment all our life and even with the government and banks running the show, has something ever good come out from it ? So, in that sense, I do not know why I will want to give up decentralization over centralization as a real believer of the main idea behind decentralization which makes me believe that centralized coins are just ticking time bombs.
8611  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think capital controls in China will impact bitcoin price? on: May 15, 2018, 05:12:45 AM
They impact the market because in terms of holdings they are maybe first but in terms of regulations so except money they have no effect much.
They have no effect in anyway. First and foremost, their citizens are not dumb and the ones who even started a long time ago in doing business revolving around cryptocurrency are already finding a way to move out of the country just like bitmain and the likes are already doing. Chinese government is controlling freak and I really wonder how long they are going to keep up with their actions with respect to monetary policies in the long run.
8612  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitox.io new decentralized exchange on: May 12, 2018, 12:13:27 PM
It is really good we are beginning to have a lot of decentralized exchanges popping up even though most of it is still in the smart contract zone for Ethereum but not a bad idea at all as long as we can have so much of them.

However, the issue now is with security, looking at how EtherDelta really had its share of that right from the onset. What are the plans regarding that with bitox if I may ask ? However, it would still take a lot anyway to be able to get people's attention for much volume, but I guess we just have to see how it goes.
8613  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A successful trader must be an educated trader? on: May 12, 2018, 08:49:43 AM
This is an optional criterion for trading cryptocurrencies on the market. I think you will learn to lose to learn from their mistakes.
Sometimes when some of you type some things, I used to wonder how you even came about something like that.
What is the point spending some huge number of days losing and learning from your losses and mistakes when you could have used those number of days to learn pretty well to be able to avoid those mistakes in the first place.

You will only get frustrated in trading if you think you can start by having losing experience and by the time you have ended up losing so much, you will only be left with nothing to even trade with and then back to square one to learn, which you could have done in the first place.
8614  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where the whole market headed ? on: May 12, 2018, 08:02:15 AM
We are filled with new short term investors that is why it looks like a fake one. But still that is an investment. They risked their money for that so you cannot blame them.
Strong holders are getting fewer, I am still hoping there is that group who will really believe in the future of crypto currencies. What do we know, one project out there could be in the making now that will shock the whole crypto world.
Unfortunately there is nothing any of us can do about it because it is the way it is. I feel you though as most of the time you just see Tas fucking up most of the time and the only thing you can just get to do is either to stick with the trend as a short term trader or just forget about whatever is going on in the market.

I had to find a way to follow trend to be safe most of the time, because it simply looks more like the market is not even easily tradable anymore with TA, but all in all, we are just using some level of education to gamble our way in the market anyway.
8615  Economy / Speculation / Re: These drops are very bad for newbies and new investers! on: May 12, 2018, 07:16:53 AM
Most of us have been here many times and see it as a good opportunity to buy more.
But I think the volatility is scaring new investors and can potential kill crypto in the long run.
This is not the first time, bitcoin prices dropping out. In the past, we have seen prices fluctuating ups and down very wildly, still it has attracted lots of newbies and new investors. Hence, the current situation also will pass away and no need to give any extra weight for this downfall. Just part of bitcoin price swing.

Moreover, we must understand how bitcoin price levels are working in a rotatory movements. From the current situations we must start. Compared to last day's prices, many financial institutions do see current levels as cheaper hence they start coming-in , this may take bitcoins into peak of last 2 months levels. When bitcoin seems into rally, automatically many individual will come forward to invest with, which will take another new peak. Now, those institutions and whales may find time for profit booking.

Whenever some people start closing their positions, one cycle of movement comes to end which may be the start of new cycle. The question is where will be the end finishing levels, sometimes it may be higher than start of cycle. Again, whale and institutions start pumping along with new investors and who are booking profits may get definite gain but may be in lower percentage. But those who are all holding without minding all these, must be gaining bigger than anyone else with peace of mind more importantly.
8616  Economy / Speculation / Re: Not a good time to buy, according to this source on: May 12, 2018, 05:51:05 AM
https://cointelegraph.com/news/pro-btc-wall-st-analyst-urges-not-to-buy-crypto-now-despite-recent-rally

I think his argument regarding engagements is not a good reason, because if we have high engagement , then the prices will be higher. So the best time to buy is when we have good signals, and I think we have such indicatives now.

So, what do you guys think? Is really not a good to buy?
It sounds as another FUD attract in the name of analysts, just to get another good prices levels to enter in. To stop the in-flow of new investors and make the existing investors to come out for later buy back, these are all their ways of tricks for cheaper prices to buy more for the same amount of their capital. In my suggestion, never listen to anyone. If you have extra funds and if you believe into the futures of bitcoin then this must be a very good time to buy more bitcoin for long term holding.

It's really a good time for those who planned to buy bitcoins as its price has fallen down from the range of 9,000 dollars to 8,000 dollars.
Most of us was expecting that the prices to break $10k levels in this week, but we are experiencing downfall due to strong resistance levels around $10k. Current levels must be utilized as buying points because at anytime in next week, we are going to see $10,500+ levels.
8617  Economy / Economics / Re: A cryptocurrency with volatility can't be used as money on: May 11, 2018, 06:43:40 PM
Let's ignore the real estate value of your apartment and assume it has a fixed price; it means that you bought it for $10,000:
In 2013 considering that the value of the Bitcoin $ 100: you need 100BTC to buy an apartment.
In 2017 assuming that the value of the Bitcoin $ 1000: you need 10BTC to buy an apartment.
Today, assuming that the value of the Bitcoin $ 10,000: you need 1BTC to buy an apartment/flat.
I agree with you that the price of the Bitcoin is variable, but it tends to go bullish that means its value increases over the days than paper money.
That is really more like looking at it in the long term which obviously makes it even more interesting in that perspective. The thing is that in the long term, except for those who are just looking at the short term of things, at the end, they are still going to be making a whole lot. However, looking at the context of the OP, it would not really play out the way he portrayed it. Flat value that has been purchased already cannot decrease with a decrease in cryptocurrency value; it would only affect the seller in a short while in this case if he still ends up holding.
8618  Economy / Economics / Re: What are the challenges for investment with Small capital? on: May 11, 2018, 06:03:42 PM
In the study of economics, Investment mean any addition in physical stock as well as stock of finished goods,  or you can say any putting money in anything for the motive of profit.I want to know your opinion that what are main challenges for small investors in any type of business now a days, If he/she has nothing after his investment?
Small capital, big capital, whatever capital you are starting with all balls down to how you are able to manage it. I have seen a lot of people starting with small capital and they were able to increase it over time due to their huge knowledge on how to manage their investment whereas I have also seen people with a lot of capital to start and nothing still came out of it as they all ended up drowned with bad management.

The little challenges of starting with small capital may be there as you may not be able to quickly get yourself running as you may have planned but that does not mean you still cannot utilize the little you have for your benefit.
8619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Manager Level = Campaign Successfully? on: May 11, 2018, 03:35:29 PM
Most of the well-known campaign managers select potential projects and clear teams to collaborate and of course their campaigns will close prematurely due to over-participation. It is also a factor to decide to join the campaign
It is really a factor as some of them has a reputation to build and they are always very careful of the project they are choosing so as not to end up being a manager that is full of scam projects. I believe they know that the more successful project they manage, the more their project portfolio keep building and the better chances for them to always hit more good project to manage which is what some do not take into consideration, However, I still believe it is not by rank as some high ranked members usually do not care except for few.
8620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KUcoin forcing KYC for every users on: May 11, 2018, 03:07:50 PM
It does not make sense really, I hope they re-think this situation as many users join just to sell a few tokens and a a KYC procedure is going to drive them away from the exchange.
I still wonder why a lot of you worry yourself with KYC like you are trying to hide something or like you stand a chance to lose a lot with it. It is funny though that so many people who are here complaining either do not have a means of identification or you feel your identification will be used for some sort of illegal stuff.

Kindly explain your plight to me please! KYC has never been a problem for real investors who want to make use of exchanges to trade as long as they get what they need, so if KUCOIN is dancing to the tune of regulation based on their location, then whoever does not like it can switch.
