8641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling activities correlates with Bitcoin's price? on: October 19, 2019, 01:20:03 AM
Reading to all the comments there is no majority answer there are who favor gambling in the bear market and there are in bull market, but one thing is sure people will gamble whenever they have funds to gamble in regards to the situation, bear or bull, there are who gamble on bull market because he already made profit from the bull and there are people who gamble in the bear, hoping to double their winning to prepare themselves in the bear market.
Indeed, in my opinion there is no correlation whatsoever for people who want to gamble with price changes on crypto. actually they don't care about it, even if prices fall, if they are get win everything will still be okay. I have never seen a gambling player who saw the price of bitcoin first before playing, because the essence of playing gambling is not the price when going up, but fun when win on gambling.

Both of you are right, people will buy bitcoin for gambling, but they also buy altcoin to gamble. There is no stop for them, especially if they have an addiction to gambling. They will continue again and again without care about the bitcoin price. For people who bought altcoin, they don't need to spend a too big amount of bitcoin because altcoin price is not too high as bitcoin. That is the reason why people buy altcoin to gamble. They don't have to think about the price whenever the price is up or down.
8642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is fortunejack.com a Scam or are they Legit? on: October 19, 2019, 12:15:20 AM
I don't think Fortune Jack is a scam as they are one of the oldest gambling sites which still online until now. They won't damage their reputation because of scamming one person, and they won't trick people because of money. Did you try to contact the support system and ask them to help you? I think they will help every member who has a problem. Perhaps, you can explain your account to them, and I am sure they will check it for you and solve your problem.
8643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever been stolen or lost your BTC? on: October 18, 2019, 08:59:53 AM
I have a terrible experience in saving bitcoin at the exchange. At that time, I forgot to activate 2FA, which already suggested in the welcome email, and that makes me lose some bitcoin. From that, I always check and enable 2FA in every exchange, which I register because I don't want to get the same experience. Saving bitcoin in the exchange is not 100% secure because we don't know how good the exchange protect their website from the hacker or attacker. I prefer to move big money in the exchanges into a hardware wallet. In that article, I see that Ledger Nano and Trezor were mentioned, and that is the best hardware wallet you can have. It is our responsibility always to protect the asset, so we don't have to afraid of the attacker that might search a chance to penetrate our account.
8644  Economy / Speculation / Re: what do you think is the best rate price for btc? on: October 18, 2019, 08:03:37 AM
I am a little bit confused by your question because I think if we want to buy bitcoin, we need to buy a low price and that will be the best price for us. Perhaps, we have the best price when we purchased bitcoin, and that will be different than the other people because they have their analysis, which will use different method too. So whenever you can see the low price of bitcoin, that will be the best price for you and you can buy bitcoin at that price Grin

Don't get too confused with so many low prices you will see later because bitcoin price will always fluctuate, and you will have a chance to buy bitcoin when it reaches a low price. So don't miss that chance if you want to buy bitcoin but make sure you can get the right time to buy.
8645  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP and BCH on: October 18, 2019, 06:54:49 AM
Now, both XRP and BCH have down again following bitcoin, and we don't know if both coins can use this time to increase the price again or not because it seems, it's difficult to moves to the high price. But if bitcoin can stay for a while in the price now, I think both XRP and BCH can try to increase as those coins have a good position at the market. I see that both XRP and BCH still get a green candle in the market, but it doesn't guarantee that the price can stay or even increase in the next hour or day. So let's wait for a while, and hopefully, both XRP and BCH can back increases in the next week.
8646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will be the Faith of Casino business owners? on: October 18, 2019, 05:57:50 AM
I think if they know if their casino is illegal in their country, they must ready for something like that. In my country, gambling is prohibited and whoever play and caught, go in jail. I think they just need to follow the rules from the country.

Or the casino business owners can run their casino in a secret place, and only trusted people who can join with them, and they only invite people who they known before. Usually, this type of casino has wealthy members who don't want to get caught by the police, and they pay for some money to corrupt police to protect their business. I think that it has run in many countries in which gambling is prohibited, but they are free to operate the casino.
8647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: October 18, 2019, 04:15:01 AM
I think that people mainly got into the crypto space for the  privacy and freedom they get by using a decentralised currency like Bitcoin. Having to complete KYC it's a burden just like on the other more "regulated" online casinos. So why use crypto then? Why not play with the inflationary fiat than risking your precious deflationary bitcoins?

Because as you said, we are free to use crypto, and we can manage our crypto without bank interfere. We use crypto because we don't want to see our fiat reduce or lose because of gambling. Besides that, there are so many coins besides bitcoin that we can use to play gambling. That is the other advantage of using crypto, and people who are in the crypto will still choose crypto to play gambling. They don't want to complete KYC because it's just a gambling game, and we don't have a big chance to win big money.
8648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If Gambling Doesn't Ever Exist, What Will You Be Doing Right Now? on: October 18, 2019, 12:33:24 AM
We need to get back to the first time gambling was created, and if that does not exist, people will not gamble. But people will create another competition like a gamble but with another name. When money created, whether that is gold, coin, paper money, or even crypto, people will use that to increase their amount. They will use it to play the competition to win some money or more.

Yes, gambling already helped countless people worldwide, but many others cannot win in gambling. And if gambling doesn't exist, people will use it to search another way to make more money. Perhaps, they will do investing in growing the money.

We don't know the right answer because gambling already existed from a long time ago and growing fast in the millennial era. And now, it's transformed into a digital form. So yes, gambling will not disappear for a long time, even in the future, and it will be growing more than know.
8649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Learn About A Fellow Bitcoiner on: October 17, 2019, 05:58:00 AM
1. How has bitcoin/blockchain changed your life?
2. What kind of work do you do?
3. What kind of work do you wish you could do?
4. What do you wish to see bitcoin become?

Bitcoin changed my life. I start by doing faucet a few years ago, collect some coins like bitcoin, litecoin, dash, doge, and more coins. Then I began to trade with those coins and learn some basics of trading. That is hard, but I never stop learning more and more from different sources. I ask my friends if I don't understand trading. I want to become a trader, but if I can get more big money, I will buy a house or apartment and rent it to people. I want to see bitcoin can rise higher than now while I still trying to collect as much bitcoin as I can to prepare my future. I am sure that we can have a better future with bitcoin.
8650  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin: People Empowerment on: October 17, 2019, 04:56:47 AM
The biggest obstacle for bitcoin is approving from all government because bitcoin cannot grow or reach all people in this world without government approval. We still need the government so people will think that their government is admitting bitcoin, and the government can explain what bitcoin is.

After many governments, especially the government from big country approve, people will see a new revolution in the monetary and financial. The banks will also give their permission to people to have bitcoin and another cryptocurrency. Once this can happen, cryptocurrency can grow and start to reach more people. But yes, we need time before the government can realize and see the benefit of bitcoin and cryptocurrency. And that is not as easy as we turn our hands.
8651  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Weekly Update: Range Highs Taken? What's next for BTC? on: October 17, 2019, 03:49:46 AM
I am afraid we need to be patient this week because now, bitcoin price is below $8000, and it seems the price hard to increase to the higher rate. We need to be ready if bitcoin price is down for more, and I guess that will be a good time to load some more bitcoin. If the situation like this until tomorrow, then we might see the price will go down again but nothing we can do to know until how much the price will go down. We could only prepare for the worst thing that can come anytime while we can try to place the order buy at a low price. There is a big wall to prevent the price from increasing more than $8000, so we can hope that the wall will be released if there is good news for bitcoin so the price can start to rise again.
8652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: October 17, 2019, 02:49:20 AM
We don't need to risk our identity sending personal documents for kyc requirements, and as you wanted gambling for fun and lucky wins it should be done privately. I wonder why it came up on their mind seeking every users identity to be transparent with them. Maybe this kind of implementation was too strict and I don't think the people didn't seem to appreciate this. They're just pushing away customers, because most of them preferred to be anonymous instead of revealing their identity.

Protecting our document will be the priority for us to prevent the stealing from the thief. We don't know what their purposes of seeking the user's identity is but perhaps, they want to know from where the money comes. But even if the gambling owner knows from where the money, it will be difficult to know if the money from money laundering or the other illegal stuff. Perhaps, if they reveal their identity to the public, people will see that they are real people who operate the gambling website.

There’re many exchange that not required KYC and besides what we’re talking here is Gambling sites and not specific exchanger’s so those are different thing as what I believe
And besides we can choose for where to pay without KyC and why need to be hold in with this requirements when we can enjoy not having it.
And also it’s their losses if thy cannot lure players to be in their sites while they are generating KyC and others are not

People avoid gambling site which requires KYC because they don't want to send their document to the wrong person. And if that is for playing gambling, we can find many gambling sites which don't have to complete KYC even if we win big money. Usually, if gamblers feel enjoy to stay in one gambling site, they will not move to another website. They will remain on the gambling site, which is free from KYC because they are careful with their private documents.
8653  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever won a huge amount on gambling? on: October 17, 2019, 01:45:16 AM
~snip~

I suppose this means that a sociopath (and no,,, I do not mean psychopath, just people who are not able to feel emotions like most of us can) would be the best person to gamble. But then,,, since sociopaths cannot feel the excitement of winning, they would never be gambling in the first place yeah? Professional poker players though maybe for a living.

Yes, that could be true. But perhaps, before that person become sociopaths, they are playing gambling, and gambling turns them to become what we see now. We never know what they do before because perhaps, we only know them after they involved in gambling. I am sure professional poker players are making money for a living. But we cannot find in around us because they don't say that they are a professional poker player. I guess they will not tell people where they get the money to buy their living needs.
8654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: October 17, 2019, 12:45:26 AM
Until this day I have not imagined playing in a real casino in my life.I know playing directly in its place will give a different sensation in this life. An extraordinary experience.in the movies I can see how exciting the activity at a casino is.So I can imagine what if it's directly there. But maybe that I will never do in this life.

If you cannot control yourself in a crowded casino, it's better not to try to play in that place. You see, in the movies, the activity at the casino and I think the situation will be the same in the real casino. Many people gather in that place and talk around at the table. So if you are not familiar with the situations, then you will not feel comfortable to stay in the real casino. You better to choose online casino than the real casino because you will not feel annoying because of so many people in one place. You can play games without feeling stress, and you will have the time to enjoy the game you've played.
8655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: My list of 5 Sleeping Giants of 2020 :) on: October 16, 2019, 05:36:53 AM
the real giants such as ETH. BTC, the god, is also asleep.

He might forget to add ETH and BTC as 5 sleeping giant of the coin of 2020 Cheesy

We know that ETH and BTC have a chance to increase in every year. Bitcoin itself will have halving in the next year, which can increase so high. Ethereum can be the next potential coins at the market, which can also increase, especially if the ethereum 2.0 release. I think OP has a good list, but we might agree that bitcoin will be one of the sleeping giants that will get an increase in the next year.
8656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did you ever won a huge amount on gambling? on: October 16, 2019, 03:31:07 AM
I feel some people get stressed with gambling as if once they lose even a miner amount so they become aggressive but it’s not good I guess a person should have command over his emotions if he really wanna be a gambler. I know to win and lose are part of life so I gamble and feel relaxed when I win I celebrate and when I lose I just take it as lesson.

They will feel stress if they lose, but that won't change the situations as they need to stop for a while to prevent the next losses. If the gambler can feel relax with the winning or the lost, I am sure the gambler will act like usual and not feel too big because of the winning. Although that person gambler is lost, he can control himself and will prevent to play the next roll. He will always remember that gambling has the risk, and he should not follow his mind to continue the games.
8657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If You Win Big Will You Remember Your Losses on: October 16, 2019, 01:52:27 AM
Of course I will count the number of my winnings whether to cover the amount of loss of money that I have spent so far. Because my initial goal was to make money not for fun. What I have tried so far is that each time I win the amount to be above my previous defeat.

So you need to be careful if you want to make money from gambling because as far as I know, the chance to make money will not bigger than to lose the money. Many people desperate because they lose and when they can win big money, I guess that they still lose some money because they already lose from a long time ago. But yes, they will not remember their losses, and they will consider that the losses are normal for them. Some gamblers are making a file of how much he wins and lose so he can know how much money he spent in gambling.
8658  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: October 16, 2019, 12:34:44 AM
Most of the crypto users choose this crypto space as the security mode and to be anonymous while they are investing. So no one wish to KYC verification for any kind of services. Including gambling, trading, exchanges and so on.
Then when there is sites give the option to invest without KYC verification no will go such option.

But mostly, the exchanges require traders to do KYC. I only know Binance which don't need to do KYC, but if you do KYC, your limit will be bigger than the traders who don't complete KYC. Yes, we want to play gambling on the gambling website which doesn't require KYC because we don't want to send any document to them. Perhaps, gambling website which doesn't have to complete KYC will have a big member who will play gambling, and I am sure that they will stay on that site and have fun.
8659  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looks likes ETH is breaking out of BTC pair on: October 15, 2019, 05:40:18 AM
The battle that is ongoing is between XRP and ETH. There is room for only one winner in my opinion. We will se which of the two will become the No 1 altcoin. Ripple seems to be on the fast lane and I think it is more attractive to new investors because it's cheaper and newbies will think it has more space for growth. So when altcoin season comes (there are signs of it, but this is still far from it), my bet is on XRP.
I bought some XRP too this week, the potential of XRP outrun ETH is possible just by looking its graph this past months and weeks. If it continue in this trend maybe this month or next month it can take over ETH in no.2 spot Though ETH is doing great this past week too its just some holders pulling it back that it can't get into $200 price.

That will be difficult to beat ethereum since XRP needs to increase its volume to compete. Perhaps, that will not happen in a short time but who knows because everything on the market will be possible to happen, especially if there is a strong back up for that coin. Ethereum itself need time before the price can increase. I guess that will depends on how strong the support for ethereum because the ethereum price is not going to increase in a short time too.

But ethereum will have a chance to break 0.03 btc in this month or next month, and I guess that it will increase so high when the update of the ethereum project release in the next year. Ethereum still at the no.2 at CMC and that will not easy to replace the ethereum position at the coinmarketcap list.
8660  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Some advice/awareness for newbies. Newbie should read it. on: October 15, 2019, 04:37:08 AM
That trick will work for the newest people who still learn in crypto. They don't think how they can win the biggest rewards because they don't remember that they are signing up for the contest or competition. But the old people could still get scam if they don't be careful about reading and clicking any email that comes to their email account. But I think the email provider like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL was already filtering the unknown email from the unknown website and I think that is work for us. The unknown email from the unknown source will enter to the spam folder, so you don't have to check your spam folder unless you know that the email is from your trust sources.

The sign that is a fake email or not can be seen as a big reward or prizes that we should confirm by clicking the link inside the email. We don't have to feel anything, just click the deleted email button, and you're done. But you still need to be careful to click any links in your email because that will be a fake email if you don't check before the click.
