8681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ❓What are the main Trends/Challenges for Bitcoin and whole industry? on: April 07, 2019, 08:41:38 AM
I think the next big thing will be the Banking industry catching up to Crypto currency and hosting their own BankCoins. They have had loads of time to develop their own coins, like what Mike Hearn was doing at R3 with Corda.

The competition between "private" and "public" coins will increase and we will see a lot more regulations from governments that would be focused on "public" Blockchains. <Governments are working with Banks, so they will use regulations to give "Private" coins the edge over "Public" coins in the future.  Tongue
I agree. I have been hearing news regarding banks developing their own coins, Facebook and Amazon developing their own coins etc(Mostly rumors currently) a lot in recent times which is why this could soon become a reality.

Government banks realize the power of the blockchain which is why they are trying to utilize it for their own benefit since they clearly hate volatile crypto like Bitcoin.
8682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Blockchain Can Transform Traditional Business and Impact the Market on: April 07, 2019, 08:33:16 AM
Pretty good article op. Enjoyed reading it thoroughly even though majority of the information presented in the article is old news, but I still like the manner in which you presented it.

You are clearly a quality writer which is why I think you should write more of such articles(Preferably about something new).
8683  Other / Off-topic / Re: Hyips and contract transparency culmination has changed in cryptocurrencies on: April 07, 2019, 08:27:54 AM
Hyips are always risky investment options no matter how many changes they introduce and this is a known fact. The risk factor does not fall just because transparency has been improved in recent times.

I advise staying away from all HYIP programs and instead focus on legitimate ways of earning money through crypto(Trading etc).
8684  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone knows whats going on with Bitcoinwisdom? on: April 07, 2019, 07:04:28 AM
The website is bugged since morning. I think the site is down due to some issues on server. The owner of site might busy and unable to update the website. I suggest you to follow them on twitter and wait for some notification or new. I hope we get some good news from bitcoinwisdom https://twitter.com/bitcoinwisdom
There is no point in following them on twitter since they have been inactive as the posters above me mentioned for the last couple of years.

None of this looks good for Bitcoinwisdom which is why I suggest checking out the alternatives for now.
8685  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Check Out my Bitcoin Hugging Strategy!!! on: April 07, 2019, 07:00:22 AM
Do you honestly expect people to invest several Bitcoins to try out this strategy which is a pure high-risk strategy? I highly doubt this strategy will be feasible in the long term anyway and could work in the short-term.

Reminds me of matched betting somewhat, but still way more riskier in this regard.
8686  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: April 07, 2019, 06:50:41 AM
~snip~

The 2nd most popular sport in the world(Cricket) continues to rise in popularity over time!
Whatever the growth for cricket, I think it will always stay in the 2nd place. No one can overtake the popularity of football/soccer in my opinion. It's true that cricket crazy people are mostly in south Asia but everywhere in the world you will find people play football.
People play cricket too in most of the countries including Brazil and Argentina. Brazil's first cricket match was against Argentina in 1888. Brazil ICC status is associate member since 2017 and Argentina since 1974. Problem is in those country, football is widely adopted and no to very little chance of being cricket flourished there.

Interesting. Never knew some of this stuff.

It obviously makes sense that soccer is way more popular than cricket in Brazil considering the fact that it is one of the best countries in this regard producing amazing soccer stars over the years.
8687  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: April 06, 2019, 06:22:36 PM
SRH lost its way for an easy match to win against MI where they just required 137 runs to win and playing well and 4th wicket fall on 61 runs and finally got all out on 96. What a fight back by Mumbai Indians to win this well deserved match.

MI played extremely well and destroyed SRH by 40 freaking runs and I lost my bet again. Alzarri Joseph is simply amazing. This man created a record on his debut game in IPL by taking 6 wickets for 12 runs.

SRH quality batsmen = Warner and Bairstow at present!
8688  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: April 06, 2019, 03:51:36 PM
Bravo missing out is not such a big deal for CSK since he has clearly been out of form lately.
Disagree with you bro,Bravo is the best ever Death bowler for CSK and he can also bat very well if needed so if he is missing means there is no better player than him available at the bench for CSK to fill up his space.I think Santner will be replacing Bravo and not sure he can bowl at the death,Dhoni is in trouble from this match and also Watson already mentioned that he is not fit for bowling in this IPL.
That is your opinion which is why we simply need to agree to disagree. Also, CSK have great replacements available for Bravo and their win against Punjab proves that(No trouble whatsoever).
8689  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: April 06, 2019, 03:47:39 PM
@Royse guess you are talking about this post?

@eaLiTy you might wanna Click this
Yh this was the post. Thanks bud.
@eaLiTy, feel free to read those references. Cricket is not only popular in India but in the whole world. Over 2 Billion people loves cricket. Not a small number :-)
I remember talking about this particular topic too recently. The IPL and big bash helped elevate the sport of Cricket to new heights making it even more entertaining and enjoyable.

8690  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Need to start Mentioning Price in Satoshis on: April 06, 2019, 12:31:56 PM
we need to start mentioning price in SAT, we need to remove USD the sinking currency from the equation

Well, that's exactly what I've written many times. Many users, especially those who have been with Bitcoin for a long time, only calculate in Bitcoin. But most of the board users still think in fiat currencies. But you can't blame them as long as you can't use Bitcoin for shopping in the shop around the corner.
What exactly is the problem here? Mentioning BTC in USD is far more convenient and effective when compared to mentioning it in Satoshis.

Also, BTC was never meant to replace FIAT, but stand alongside it as an alternate payment solution to users.
8691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Mempool: from over 75000 to less than 10000 on: April 06, 2019, 12:28:07 PM
My thought is that it has to do with the fact that many traders are boycotting Bitcoin for other means of payment coins. A few days ago, a friend complained of a blockchain transaction that took over 24hrs to confirm. So, what trader or businessman would want such a delay for something they could easily do within a few minutes with Litecoin or BCH?
Boycotting BTC? Seriously? That is your theory? You have got to be kidding. Its pretty obvious that the spike in the price of BTC value or Veriblock are legit reasons behind this problem.

Also, the LN is being improved to tackle the very problem that you mentioned.

I tried logging in myself and everything was fine which means that the issue is present on your side. It could be a Firefox related problem. Try checking in Chrome which could resolve your issue if you haven't checked already.

8693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can the centralization of Bitcoin mining pools be prevented? on: April 06, 2019, 06:35:52 AM
Honestly I think the best safe guard against this at the moment, is their own self interest. Bitmain stands to gain nothing by doing this and would lose everything in the end. Sure they may make some coin in the very short term, but once it came to light that the network suffered a 51% attack, faith in the system would be lost. Adoption would be set back years at a minimum, and with it any sense that people had about stability or projected future growth would be shattered.

Their equipment sales and earning would be the next thing to tank. So it would be very shortsighted for them to participate in anything of the sort.

I do think that they could do it with all the pools under their control especially if they brought over the Hashrate from BCH. It would probably just be easier to spot if it was a coordinated effort across several pools they control.

In regards to the centralization of mining pools. I think we're stuck with it. People are to focused on receiving a daily reward and knowing exactly what they are receiving each day. Some also don't do enough research and are sucked in by a fancy interface, and think that is worth an extra 1.1-3 % of their rewards. Not to mention the miner fees they don't realize they aren't taking in either. Like most problems it's a lack of knowledge, and ignorance to the system.
I concur. Bitman does have a lot to lose in this regard which is why I am confident that they would not risk destroying their future over short term profits.

Honestly, centralization is present in the decentralized cryptocurrency world to an extent(Price manipulation etc) which is why it is not surprising that the mining pools are centralized to an extent (Not necessarily a bad thing).
8694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sites of binary options bitcoin without registration on: April 06, 2019, 06:27:54 AM
Hi people! Smiley
Please tell me the sites of binary options bitcoin without registration and with high coefficients.

You need to find it on google as i do not see any binary option without registration site. If you are old to this forum, you would have remember Secondstrade which was many people favorite binary option site but unfortunately it was closed (Maybe due to hack)
You are literally reiterating what the previous posters mentioned several times already.

Secondstrade, hacking drama and a quick google search have been mentioned multiple times. I advice improving your post quality.
8695  Economy / Gambling / Re: flashcrash.io | an upcoming bitcoin gambling site with instant deposits on: April 06, 2019, 06:23:48 AM
The site look great. Looking forward to gamble my money on your site. But before gamble i want some answers. The site is under construction why you're accepting investment now,  can you tell us what's the benefits we gain by investing our money on that site which in still under construction ?
The previous poster literally answered all your queries by providing detailed explanations.

Its always risky investing in such websites which is why you need to do your research before deciding to invest or not. The website does look pretty simple currently.
8696  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: "Scam Warning" (WITH PROOF) www.casinoroyale.bet proved not provably fair - on: April 06, 2019, 06:20:19 AM
Thank you so much for saving my money and time. I was looking for Crypto Gambling and i found some reviews on Facebook about casinoroyale.bet. I think all the reviews were fake and maybe paid. You not only save my money and time but other investors too.

Damn.... I wanted to try this site because I watched a YouTube review of this site claiming it gives good bonuses. Thanks for the urgent info, if this indeed turns out to be true, you have saved me and many others from scam. I'm looking forward to what they have to say about it.

Everything on YouTube is fake. They're making money from Viewers by making them fool
Everything on YouTube is fake? I don't think so. It is true that there are many useless videos, but calling everything fake is stretching it buddy.

I don't know about the website that op is talking about, but calling it a scam because of server errors etc is presumptuous in my opinion. The manner in which he is responding to poster queries on this thread does not help his case.
8697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Pakistan tour of England, 2019 (Cricket Series) on: April 06, 2019, 06:13:19 AM
I don't think a separate thread is required to discuss this topic. The main Cricket discussion thread is the ideal place to talk about this series which is why I recommend locking or deleting this thread and continuing the discussion over there.
8698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Cricket World Cup - Discussion & Analysis on: April 06, 2019, 06:11:25 AM
RCB almost their to take their first win after 4 matches. KKR still require 67 runs in 26 balls and 6 wickets remaining which is getting tough for them as the required run rate getting bigger and bigger. Let see if any miracle can happen.

Lol. There is a separate thread for IPL discussion which is why I don't understand why you are posting IPL related news in a thread which is clearly dedicated to the 2019 World cup(Excitement rising).

Read the title before posting away buddy!
8699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 06, 2019, 06:05:35 AM
~snip~

Anything can happen in the World Cup, I think it will be out of 5 teams. Lets not forget about New Zealand, I know their form hasn't been as good but they have a good team that can surprise and make the final. Its going to be a competitive World Cup that's for sure.

It's true that anything can happen in the world cup even the most unpredictable team can win the tournament or may be unfortunate England will keep the trophy in their home or may be the chokers will win it for the first time. It's really difficult to find a winner at this stage when the tournament has more then one and half months or may be more than two months left.

The only expectation I have from world cup is to see an entertaining tournament.
The world cup tournaments are always exciting to watch. I am expecting Australia to get eliminated during the quarters.

They did play well recently, but this current team is not as strong as the previous Ozzy teams which is why I am pretty confident that they won't lift the cup this year.
8700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: April 06, 2019, 06:00:13 AM
Russell is going through one of hi best from taking the matches to win single handed fro the KKR. he has stole the show yesterday where at one point it was an easy win for RCB but he came and splash the ball all around the park.

Scoring at 380 strike rate will steal win from anyone's hand,Russel is at his best in this season and one of the contender for orange cap even if he come down the order to bat and big asset for KKR for the last two season.

Let's talk about today's match CSK vs KXIP,I heard that Bravo was suffering from hamstring so there are chances for he will miss out few matches or the remaining tournament such a big blow for CSK.
Russell is seriously performing brilliantly currently. What a player. It feels like I am watching a baseball match whenever I watch him play.

Bravo missing out is not such a big deal for CSK since he has clearly been out of form lately.
