However, we discussed for many hour with the criminalist team and they ended up in conclusion claiming that here in Italy laws regarding the Ponzi scheme are not updated for such kind of "games", because as long as you take a fee from each deposit and pay your users with their own money by stating the facts, then it's considered as gambling.

Non è vero, io ho lanciato schema Ponzi in Italia prendendo 5% da ogni deposito senza aver mai preso un centesimo di troppo fino al collasso naturale dello schema. L'avvocato mi disse che sono in regola poiché le leggi italiane sono troppo vecchie e quindi la legge poteva essere aggirata con uno schema Ponzi trasparente (usando BTC tra l'altro, mica valuta FIAT). Sta di fatto che l'evasione fiscale avviene quando si scambiano i BTC in valuta FIAT poiché non si possono dichiarare i BTC prima di tutto, e secondo perché fatto con uno schema Ponzi "gioco", che sebbene sia trasparente non è regolamentato dall'amministrazione del monopolio di stato.

ad oggi no, ma non si sa mai. Io ho imparato in tanto tempo sul forum che se è un giveway, cioè gratuito, dove non devo metterci manco un satoshi, allora lo faccio. In passato gli stellar, i cooffecoin, gli enery sono stati molto redditizi, nell'ultimo mese i decred hanno fatto fare quasi 1 btc per chi ha partecipato gratuitamente, quindi fino a che son gratis, vale la pena ( ho un vecchio pc dedicato solo ai wallet di coin da giveaway)
