8781  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: May 14, 2017, 06:33:41 PM
I think the bitcoin will stop at $ 2000, it can not go higher and it is not allowed to rise higher. If it goes up too much, inflation will occur which cause the economy to crumble, it is not allowed to happen, and governments will undoubtedly prevent it, despite the high bitcoin prices due to bitcoin adoption by governments around the world.
Hey, before we talk about the Bitcoin price and its impact on the general price list of the items i.e. the inflation in simple words you are talking about, we must look at the number of people who use the Bitcoin and also the use of the Bitcoin in the general market.

I hope this research will help you correct your opinion about the price increase of the Bitcoin and the potential that it have..

You are right.
I think he is imagining things. Why should it stop at just $2000 if it is really valuable.
Hell! There are items out there that costs hundreds of thousands of dollars.
People are seeing a good potential on something so why stop at that price if demands are still coming.
They want to buy it and that causes the market of bitcoin to go up.
8782  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.? on: May 14, 2017, 05:48:44 PM
And who will pay for that?
It will take a lot of dollars and I dont think someone is willing to do it.
If anyone wants to try to get donations for that kind of advertisement no one will trust it. What if he suddenly run and just takes all the money.
This could be done by the whales only and they will only do it once the bitcoin fall and they need to bring it back to get all their target price.
Conclusion: It can't be done.
8783  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is useless or is it? on: May 14, 2017, 05:15:20 PM
The rise in price made it look like it is very expensive.
There is one solution here. Lower the satoshis that are needed to make the transaction.
There is no problem with considering they will still profit the same if they convert it to US dollar.
And they are screaming about the electric bills right? There is also no problem with that just seeing how high a bitcoin is.
The miners now are really getting a lot of profits here.
8784  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Pump and Dump ninja technique, how to maximize the earnings on: May 13, 2017, 03:47:06 PM
If I have 1 bitcoin worth of that coin and that happened like 200 sats to 1450 then I might be running now.   Grin
That is already a max earning for me. I dont want to let my greed take over me and wait for more that could end up in a bad decision.
Regrets only comes at the end so better make a choice in the middle.
There is no such thing as a ninja technique. Trust your instinct and sell whenever you feel like doing it as long as there is profit from it.
8785  Economy / Speculation / Re: China is coming back to the game, moon? on: May 13, 2017, 03:08:11 PM
Why is it always the Chinese? How about the other race?
They dont own the world. They are just making a big fuss all over the world and that's it.
They're people dont even want to stay at their own country for banning almost everything.
Even "if" they do have the largest amount of bitcoin in the world that doesn't matter.
There will be a point that they can just make a wave by selling it then what is next?

8786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please dump it on: May 13, 2017, 10:28:51 AM
We have our own losses and it is not just your lucky week.  Grin
It is not all about the Chinese. There are other people who are holding a lot too.
Better just wait if you like or you could just earn all the lost $.
Go to other coins you might have luck there.
This happened to me to brother that is why I feel you. Nothing but regret in my mind thinking I should've waited. But you already made the decision so better just take it and get over it.
8787  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: May 13, 2017, 05:50:30 AM
Altcoins.  Grin They are a good source of making a great number of bitcoin.
But still you will need to make a capital to buy one of those blooming coins.
I have been through the altcoins section and found out some of them are really a good choice to invest.
They are really active when it comes to advertising their lovely coins and many of them really give out a lot of money just for making their coin popular. That means they are willing to risk anything.
You might want to look at that section if you have time.
8788  Economy / Speculation / Re: A price correction is happening now on: May 12, 2017, 10:38:31 PM
Same thing that happened when it reached the same price of gold.
From $1250 then suddenly going back to $900+ then back again.
All of this is now normal to me unlike before. It is just leveling itself. Maybe there have been too many people who bought it while it was increasing. Maybe now, they thought they should sell. I would not mind that movement.
8789  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Problem Bitcoin volatile Nature on: May 12, 2017, 05:29:57 AM
Then send it from bitcoin to dollar or you could do it fast before it goes to a big change.
If you have a different currency that USD look for an exchange that best fits your money.
That way you wont feel any changes as long as it was already sent it wont even budge a little.
Or you could just provide a cash if he is really in a hurry to get it.
8790  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: May 12, 2017, 03:49:23 AM
If you would have bought 4 years ago, it would have been a long time good way to make money. Even if you would have bought few weeks ago, you would  have made a nice catch.

Even just a week ago or 3 days ago there is still profit.
You wont see anything like this with other commodities.
That is why having bitcoin is mandatory for me now. Without it I feel like I am being left behind.
Even looking at altcoins they just move a little with a long time span.
Even gold is stucked with just $1200 - 1290. Way to different with how the bitcoin moves. He could try to compare it if he want to.
Maybe that will open some senses to other people too with introducing the difference.
8791  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 11, 2017, 04:42:20 PM
we're starting to make the 2013 bubble look stupid Cheesy

think we'll see a replay of 2013? like, 2013 with the decimal place moved over one? masterluc called for a target of little above $9k i think so that would fit ...

Gave me the creeps when I thought about it. That is one hard fall if ever.
Oops. Better not talk about it. There might be someone reading here with heart failures.  Grin
However, can it double its price now? That is the one exciting event. Others might not believe again then suddenly BAAAM!!
YES! It can happen.
8792  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: May 11, 2017, 12:38:08 PM
Because easy to use, easy to access.. sending money more easier.. no more paper work, no more waiting for 3-5 days for transfer of funds...

This is correct before because it is really fast when you do a transaction.
But now, its taking time but still if all can be done for a day then I would still accept that.
Better than other which takes a lot of time before my money is sent.
There aint much now who can do this kind of service that is why I stayed using this.
8793  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex bitcoin withdrawal issues? on: May 10, 2017, 03:37:59 PM
I have almost 400 BTCs in my account.

I was banned in the Trollbox since 13 hrs, cannot write.
My withdrawals are blocked since 36 hrs.
My support tickets are closed without any solution.

Are you a verified member there? 400 BTC is quite huge money have you tried to contact them via their ANN thread here in the forum?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=420836.0

Hope your problem will be sorted out.

Yes I am.
Yes I did now, but I do not expect anything from them anymore.

What? That is 400 BTC man. That number could not just be ignored, it is aay too much.
I would not just let this go if I were you.
This kind of service will tell if the website is really trusted small or large amounts.
We are talking about real money and those arent small figures.
8794  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is no longer a currency on: May 10, 2017, 02:57:51 PM
Well, the more others says that bitcoin is no longer a currency it became more a legal currency online and also became popular too. Look a the price value of bitcoin at the present time now it is almost 1700$ each bitcoin. The demand was getting higher more and more and many businesses too are also adopting the concept of bitcoin.

Bitcoin is more than a currency, bitcoin has risen to an asset for one's investment, because many people get big profits from current price spike. Demand for bitcoin is increasing, giving extra benefits to bitcoin owners who hold it.

This has a lot more to do with hedge funds who have gotten into Bitcoin than individual users. Institutional managers have far more ability to affect the price than regular folks, and over the past few years there have been numerous private funds that have been started to buy and hold Bitcoin on behalf of wealthy investors

Do you know any of these?

Apart from the Winklevii twins (who might in fact be managing someone else's money, not only their own), I have never heard of investment (hedge) funds involved or even interested in Bitcoin. It is obvious that they cannot officially (legally) invest the money of their clients in Bitcoin (at least, not in the US as it seems to be the case after the rejection of the Bitcoin ETF by the SEC) but, on the other hand, if they are doing that via some gray schemes, how do you in fact know that there are "numerous private funds" trying their hand at managing Bitcoin assets?

Here's my take. I believed that there are entities behind bitcoin, it could be private entities or other hedge fund managers that are buying bitcoin is behalf of wealthy investors. The reason we don't know it that because they tend to work behind and don't want to exposed their wealthy clients. I've been speculating on this since there is a uncovering of market price manipulation by the Chinese. So its more likely that there is also entity or entities getting bitcoins through hedge funds managers or other means that we still don't know, so that they can control the price of bitcoin. This is only my opinion, but I don't have the facts so far to back it up.

That's deep. But without the facts to back it up we cannot do something to make others believe.
Me though, also in deep thoughts had the same speculation.
This people are just the faces of those who are really behind those companies.
Still we only have the speculation but I believe you.

8795  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST bets, chat, play & invest, 2x1 BTC JACKPOT PROMO! on: May 10, 2017, 04:12:35 AM
Some if not all the other sites that I have went to during the past two weeks are nothing but headaches for their customers waiting hours even an entire day for their bitcoins they deposited to be sent to their casino wallets.
It is not because sites or services are evil and want you to wait longer. We can thank Bitcoin network for that delay.
Currently we have over 143605 unconfirmed transaction, absolute record, I've never seen more than 100k transaction unconfirmed.
Casinos just want to make sure that there is no double spend going on and most of them don't use transaction confidence system.
Yolo is once more ahead of the pack. Smiley

Could it be because the blockchain is overused?

More casinos should accept other coins or create their own token coins to use on their own network so not to have these problems thus not having about 10% of those transactions contributing to the highest amount of unconfirmed on the slow blockchain as it stands.

Yeah but what coin is there to be used? Are all trusted one which will be there for a long time?
As of the own coin there will a lot of phases before it can be done.
If Yolodice is using their coin example is Yolocoin will you still gamble with them considering that coin is not really that popular?
Ain't it better to just stick with bitcoin into which a lot of users knows it already.
That will a lot of capital advertising the coin and the gambling site.  Grin
8796  Economy / Economics / Re: Holdings of gold vs Holdings of btc on: May 09, 2017, 06:41:16 PM
Well in my opinion, bitcoin will never be equal to gold because gold has physical value and represents for the whole economy while bitcoin is just numbers. One possibility for that to happen is we lose all our gold

Yes, gold has value in the real world, and bitcoin is valued only on the Internet. Therefore, they can not be compared, gold is much more valuable.

That is not the point there.
Bitcoin should be compared with fiat. Gold is way different. We should be looking more of bitcoin as a currency.
Although it is hard to see it that way for others it should be like that.
More of like a credit card into which bitcoin filled card.
We know credit cards gave ease to those who dont want bringing cash in their pockets. That is what bitcoin is also offering just much better.
8797  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin To Soon Reach $1700 on: May 09, 2017, 11:35:34 AM
It is really shocking. It is just days that passed by and the increase is so large.
It went up so high that it is almost unbelievable.
Those who sold their coins will have a hard time buying back again for bitcoin is really getting expensive. Also those new investors.  Grin
8798  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know whether its your lucky day? on: May 09, 2017, 07:31:15 AM
In gambling, Usually I feel my lucky day after my winning. But i am happy person that's why everyday is my lucky day. I am very satisfied with my life.
But in gambling, it is difficult only when we not accept our loses. Gambling never give us luck easily, so better is that accept it whatever gambling give us.

Winning doesn't always guatantee us.We should only play  when were feeling lucky and dont abuse the opportunity once won enough then save it.

That is actually the problem.
When you already won, you will think rhat you got some spare money to gamble again and will use that.
Not thinking that when you lose it, even the other other half of the winnings will be used also.
That is greed. Thinking you got a lucky day will end up the same.
8799  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: May 08, 2017, 06:45:56 PM
Current price is very good in my opinion. And I have sold most of bitcoin in my wallet ..
Bitcoin gives me extra income, because I have the advantage of trading and from the price increase.
Current price is good and that is not the time to sell our bitcoin because it is expected that in the coming months the price of bitcoin will increase more so if you do not need your money then why ae you selling your bitcoins and are denying yourself from that profit which will be bring to you by bitcoin.
I think this is not right time to sell our bitcoin. Yes bitcoin price is very good and thats amazing. And if you sell that you can earn profit. But I believe bitcoin in this month or maybe few months will increase more. If you sell your bitcoin and if you have a time buy again time is gold bro. Buy more bitcoin if you want more profit or money. Its not too late to buy bitcoin you have second chance.
You need urgent money then sell few bitcoins and take money the price is really good to sell your coins. And hold other coins for a while everyone is expecting a very high price in a coming month. If it happens then yes you can make more profit. But buying bitcoin for the present price, i think it is not worth. Becasue the price is too high.

I said that too when the price is still at $900.
Now look at it. It is way too high that it almost doubled its price again.
Yes it is really risky to buy considering the money that it will take is toi high but still anyonr who have guts to take it may be the winner again if another price hike comes.
8800  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price is recovering! on: May 08, 2017, 03:19:15 PM
Bitcoin is here to stay and as the price slowly steadily rises, more and more mainstream businesses and lay people will be accepting Bitcoin as a part of their every day life in some form or another. I see so many new people coming into Bitcoin daily, buying it for long term storage or wanting to earn an income from it, than say a few years ago where most people saw it as some basement nerdy type of contraption. I see the price of Bitcoin now just slowly and steadily going on the uptrend for a few years to come.

You said it all.  Cheesy
Storing bitcoin is really the priority of many users. Thanks to those who have spread the news to just HODL. They didnt surrender into that choice and now look at it.
Because of the demands the value it grew and with that the holders have been taken with the wave of it.
Still we could dobit. Not allowing ourselves to panic whenever there is a bad news, lie or not. We can make it higher.
