So, CX or Coin Exchange is not yet operational as it says it is currently in private beta. So OP, how do we know when it would be operational? Thank you.
Siguro naman mag lalabas ng announcement ang Coins.ph or kaya naman mag lalabas sila ng announce din thru coins.ph wallet app or yung website.

I remembered watching a video about bitcoins and the simple information that a beginner can understand. It says that bitcoin only has the maximum of 21 million bitcoins and 17 or 18 million has been mined.
What would happen if the very last block were mined? Will the value of bitcoin finally be stabilized?
Some say bitcoin will be so hard to mine in the coming days that we will hit that 21 million cap long enough that we don't even exist ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Might happen though or not because we will have quantum computers. Well probably not easily available on the market but will be available. Still, this depends on our future and our fortune. But to give my opinion on this, if bitcoin happen to mine the last block then I think bitcoin's price will go high. This price will include higher fees for the transaction because its the only way miners will earn from the network. Or maybe, bitcoin network will shrink. Miners will most probably go mine some other coin that will give more profit. But this is all speculations for as always say we don't know what the future is.

Japan and China have great influence on BTC!
The volume of transactions in Japanese bitcoin is very large, and many stores accept BTC payment!
China has the largest population in the world, and there are a lot of people doing BTC. Government policy is strong enough to affect BTC.
I agree, in China although users are now not allowed to use crypto many still get pass this law. As for Japan, they like technology and innovation is their game.

Guys meron akong GTX 1070 ngayon kaso nga lang eh dual core lang ung PC ko. Plano ko sanang mag mine. Gusto ko sanang malaman kung anu ung experience nyo. Kelangan ba naka i7 ako para makapag mine ? And tingin nyo magkano ung kikitain ko per day ?
Basahin mo nalang. Maka profit yata sila ng 100-250 pesos per day.

sorry dev before ... i have filled the form which is in ANN but i still have not received his facebook token till now .. please explanation.
You are not alone. Many other persons are affected including myself. I filled the form too for my unpaid facebook bounty rewards and waiting for dev to do their job. Let's allow them some time to go through the form submissions and do the needful. Patience is key. Yeah we need patience. BUT this is really not good. We have no choice though.

As far as I understand, SegWit is proposed to avoid increase block size. With SegWit activated, the data of each transaction is handle outside of each block and it can increase the block size with maximum of 2MB. However, even in case of all infrastructure implement 100% Segwit, the total throughput can be double in capacity which is still far beyond expectation for mass adoption. As for LN, it is better such that the transaction is occur off chain and near zero fee with instant confirmation. However, to implement LN, the Bitcoin chain has to set aside a prefunded BTC locked outside of mainchain. And this fund has to be constantly topped up to maintain the payment route for BTC. Such offchain fund is efficient for payments, but they would be exposed risk for hacker and more decentralized. For the purpose of scaling, LN is better but it is still not the perfect solution.
Nicely said!, thank you. For LN also I think you need to open what they call channels where both users need to fund first. This channel is where their transaction will happen and will be finalized before it will be written in the blockchain. Isnt that too hassle?

We all hope that Theymos aim for creating the merit system; which is to bring sanity to the forum is achieved. Though alot of people dont like the system while some does. It will be impossible for anyone to sell a huge amount of merit without been noticed. Many peopIe here strive to get merits but I always tell people, do what you know how to do best; the merit will come on it own.
Right think of helping people the more you help the more positive karma you will receive and merits as plus points. Think of this as the universe giving us what we deserve.

I think it is a good time to buy bitcoin BUT be cautious. Bitcoin is now changing from currency into store of value. Which as Ive read, will make bitcoin go more down for it to be more acceptable. But this was months ago and never have happened. Maybe this is wrong but who knows really.

It seems like many participants have not received for blogs and Facebook ones. I will go through this today.
ATM don't pm me or telegram (@rudster) since it fills the inbox full of messages. I will make a form that will enable users to report their tokens unpaid.
Thanks for this Avirunes.

Can anyone please prove he wrote the letter contained in this link: http://satoshi.nakamotoinstitute.org/emails/cryptography/2/This quote is what am particularly interested in: "network nodes. At first, most users would run network nodes, but as the network grows beyond a certain point, it would be left more and more to specialists with server farms of specialized hardware. A server farm would only need to have one node on the network and the rest of the LAN connects with that one node." I kind of doubt it came from Satoshi. Wasn't he talking here about mining pools? Or am I wrong? This is happening right now if I'm correct. The blockchain's size is now too big for a single user to run it a node. So this is most essential. And I think Satoshi wrote this. Some of us do run full nodes to help increase the resilience of the network. If somehow the world got wiped out and my server was the only copy of the blockchain remaining, we'd be happy to propagate it back to other nodes as they rejoined the network. Of course, that's highly unlikely, but I try to do what I can to help advance Bitcoin, and that's really the least I can do. If this happens which is highly unlikely as you said. Then you will be able to edit the blockchain ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) as nodes/miners need to verify against other records.
