Good idea. It is for all employed and unemployed. Yes bitcoin helps a lot of people.
First I agree in terms of helping others to earn money from being unemployed.
But not all are educated. What about unemployed and without education.? What should bitcoin can do to reach them? But I think it is not the problem of bitcoin it is for every government.

For me happiness is just knocking at the door it sames like saying ' hey dude I am happiness I am the contentment'. Sometimes happiness is not depend on what do you own, where do you live/eat. Not according to money. Happiness is when you learn to be content of what you have. It does not mean you are stopping to achieve your dream. Live with contentment because it is better than Love and money.
We need money. We need love. But you need contentment.

Paper money is good in terms of security and not losing everything when some bad things will happen. The security of it you can put it into digital account.
In the coming years it will change. Money will be safer and smaller. The developers will do something new, affordable, safe, secure, and reliable account for everybody that want it.
I can't grasps what will exactly happen in 20 years to come.

Money is just the same as bitcoin in terms of introduction. As I'v observed the way of bitcoin last 5 years until now it is so unstoppable. Someday every government all over the globe will introduce bitcoin and it will become well known. That is the time that bitcoin rapidly increase and its high value. It will be updated and updated to meet the need and wants of the people. In the future everyone will embrace bitcoin.
